Very prompt response from Rob Prior to my initial enquiry. Steve attended and explained what needed to be done with two kitchen circuits, and did it. He also located an intermittent seasonal fault in our loft room and agreed to come back at a convenient time to take up the flooring to fix it. Very satisfied customer.

I used RCP Installations Ltd recently to carryout a full inspection of the electrics in a property that I am in the process buying. I dealt with Rob Prior from RCP and he was friendly and efficient and he gave me clear explanations throughout the process. I have used RCP several times and have always been impressed by their efficient and professional work. On this occasion the problem was a faulty two-way switch, but it wasn't clear to start with where the actual fault was. Just over a year ago they were here to check all the electrics, upgrade certain things, put in a new fuse box and so on and provide a new certificate. As always the work was done tidily and considerately and could not have been done better. I'll happily recommend them any time.

I contacted RCP Installations to get some work done on my bedroom lights. I needed old light fittings and pull cord switch removed and to create a new central light fixture as well as adding a double plug socket. Rob responded promptly and called back when he said he would to arrange initial visit to give quote for works. The quote was professional and I thought very reasonable. The works were scheduled quickly and Steve who came to do the work on the day made everything seem very simple even though it involved going into the loft. I was very impressed with Steve's work and he insisted on cleaning up after the works. Throughout communication was as promised and I had complete confidence from meeting Rob that the works would be done to a high standard, which they were. I would thoroughly recommend RCP Installations from my experience.

Replaced 2 sets of ceiling lights that had been there for many years. Electrician arrived early, very pleasant and knowledgeable, completed job in full and assisted with settings. Definitely recommended

The electrician was very friendly and polite and it was easy to explain to him the work needed. He completed all the work in a timely and professional manner, as well as clearing up afterwards. Profoundly impressed and greatly relieved by Steve's visit. Main points: He arrived early, giving time to organise parking and permit for him He came very fully equipped with test devices He worked continuously for more than 4 hours, turning down tea/coffee we offered. Even more than the obvious skill and thoroughness, he was able to analyse the results and make creative changes as he worked. He made it clear to us that faults were not due to wiring failure, but incompetent past electrical work during kitchen and bathroom improvements When he left we were very clear about the work to be done on his next visit.

I needed an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on a flat that 30-yr old wiring. Steve from RCP Installations was thorough in his report, and very helpful about how best to get the remedial works done. Great job. Thanks.

I have used RCP Installations in the past to install some Halogen downlighters in my lounge and bedroom and found them very efficient, so when my main fuse tripped out on a Friday afternoon I emailed RCP and asked if they could help. Fortunately it was only the utility room which was causing the problem and I had electricity in the rest of the house but RCP sent Steve round on the Monday to check out and resolve the problem in the utility room. Whilst he was there I asked for a quotation to renew the light fittings in my car port and shed and replace a security light, which I accepted and Steve was soon back and quickly fitted the new lights. He did a very neat job, to budget, and as before I was very satisfied with his work. RCP are now my go to electricians for any electrical works I need done.
