RCP Electrics is my go-to company for any electrical work. They have always given me good advice on electrical work and other building issues. Steve, in particular, has given me lots of advice on my bathroom problems. Both Steve and Rob are so helpful. The surveys and estimates are sent quickly. The work is always carried out to a high standard, leaving the place immaculate when they finish. Most importantly, they never try to oversell the work and look for the best option for any job; this is especially important as I am on a tight budget. I definitely recommend this company.

I had a great experience with RCP from start to finish. The quote was accurate, the timeframe for booking in for the works to be completed was reasonable. The engineer that came to complete the works, was efficient, quick and tidied up after himself. I have used RCP Installations in the past to install some Halogen downlighters in my lounge and bedroom and found them very efficient, so when my main fuse tripped out on a Friday afternoon I emailed RCP and asked if they could help. Fortunately it was only the utility room which was causing the problem and I had electricity in the rest of the house but RCP sent Steve round on the Monday to check out and resolve the problem in the utility room. Whilst he was there I asked for a quotation to renew the light fittings in my car port and shed and replace a security light, which I accepted and Steve was soon back and quickly fitted the new lights. He did a very neat job, to budget, and as before I was very satisfied with his work. RCP are now my go to electricians for any electrical works I need done.

Our downstairs lights kept tripping so we found an electrician online who came round and struggled for some time to find the fault, couldn't find it and said he'd be back the next day. We never heard from him again. A colleague of my mum's recommended Rob, we called him, he came the same day and quickly and easily found and fixed the fault. He was friendly and professional and I've called him many times since for other jobs, all of which he's done quickly and well and with the same great manner.

So pleased I found Rob's details on Which's "Trusted Traders" website. I had a bit of a 'lights out' situation (and it wasn't due to a simple blown bulb or tripped fuse). Rob responded to my query promptly, politely and clearly. An appointment was made without delay. Rob not only fixed the problem but he improved the system I have so that it wouldn't be such a problem again. He's gone straight to the top of my Trusted Traders list. Thank you Rob.

Rob deserves all the excellent reviews here. He fitted 2 pendant lights for me and was very thorough and meticulous in his work. He was also brilliant in giving me advice on how far to hang the lights down making sure the room space was being used to its optimum. Will be definitely contacting him again when future jobs come up.

Honest and reliable tradesmen aren't easy for find. Here's one of them. I needed a new plug socket, along with an electric fire installation, and an RDC safety device fitted. Rob and his team provided an excellent service at a fair price. I'd highly recommend.

I am happy to thoroughly recommend RCP Installations who installed a new fuseboard and provided an electrical safety certificate at my address. They arrived promptly and carried out the work in a professional and friendly manner. Subsequent testing for the purposes of the certificate seemed extremely detailed and thorough. Discussion of the proposed work in advance was informative and helpful, and the cost seemed reasonable, adhering exactly to the original estimate. A good firm whom I'd gladly use again!
