We just brought a new flat and needed an EICR and remedial electrical works to be carried out. Steve did a fantastic job and did exactly what we asked for. He was very thorough and helpful throughout. Completed the job in good time, as well as giving us great advice and going the extra mile, such as removing dead cables and tidying up the area around the consumer board and service head. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any electrical work.

RCP Electrics is my go-to company for any electrical work. They have always given me good advice on electrical work and other building issues. Steve, in particular, has given me lots of advice on my bathroom problems. Both Steve and Rob are so helpful. The surveys and estimates are sent quickly. The work is always carried out to a high standard, leaving the place immaculate when they finish. Most importantly, they never try to oversell the work and look for the best option for any job; this is especially important as I am on a tight budget. I definitely recommend this company.

I am in the process of selling my home and used RCP Installations Ltd to test all my electrics and issue an E1CR certificate necessary for the buying process. The electrical work was carried out to a very high standard and I found the electrician to be extremely knowledgable, competent and also very pleasant. He was also punctual, turned up as planned and the work was also done to an agreed price with no hidden extras. He was tidy and took care in my home. Rob fitted a load of new lights in the bedroom, several new switches, and a new extractor in the bathroom. His work was impeccably neat and carried out efficiently and swiftly. I had a great experience with RCP from start to finish. The quote was accurate, the timeframe for booking in for the works to be completed was reasonable. The engineer that came to complete the works, was efficient, quick and tidied up after himself. I had some electrical issues in March 2024 and got in touch with RCP following the recommendation from my cousin who had some electrical work done in his house. On the day Stevie did all the necessary checks and was very professional, reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend RCP installations, having used them for a second time now. My electrics recently tripped out twice and I rang Rob in a panic. He kindly took the time to explain (correctly) what he though the problem may be and said he would send Steve to have a look. Steve arrived at the arranged time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the fault. This involved lifting floor boards to access a cable but he took care not to cause any damage or untidiness. He is also very pleasant and helpful. RCP installations are fairly priced, will quote for work beforehand and there are no hidden extra charges. Can't praise them enough.

Our downstairs lights kept tripping so we found an electrician online who came round and struggled for some time to find the fault, couldn't find it and said he'd be back the next day. We never heard from him again. A colleague of my mum's recommended Rob, we called him, he came the same day and quickly and easily found and fixed the fault. He was friendly and professional and I've called him many times since for other jobs, all of which he's done quickly and well and with the same great manner.
