As usual excellent work from RCP. (They've done several jobs for me in the past.) Would definitely use them in future if the need arises.

The work was done extremely well, the two lads were professional and friendly and explained faults and advised on work that could be carried out. All faults were rectified and electrical safety certificate and buildings reg certificate all received in a timely manner. Rob very easy to contact through email. Very good communication. Easy to do business with..absolutely stress free experience. Well worth the cost I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to others.

I'm very glad we found RCP after a bad experience with another electrician (also listed on Which TT). The team conducted a thorough inspection and identified a number of faults that the previous electrician had overlooked. New fuse board and remedial works were completed in a couple of days, and building compliance paperwork received quickly after. The lads were friendly, hardworking and knew their trade inside out. Slightly more expensive than other quotes we received but worth every penny! I'll certainly be going back to Rob and his team for future electrical works.

Two replacement smoke alarms fitted, arrived on time and was quick and efficient. Great customer service.

Contact Rob for a quote for running a supply for a meter relocation. The work was done quickly, efficiently and cleaning. The workmen who attendees were polite and very helpful. At short notice we had to bring forward the switch over date for reconnection and Rob very kindly scheduled us in to make sure we were connected up quickly & not without supply. The price was reasonable and would definitely use them again in the future.

There are so many electricians out there that do EICRs but finding one that is honest, meticulous, hardworking, efficient, polite, no-nonsense, reasonably priced and a very good communicator is rare. RCP Installations is the one. So if you are reading this, having read a number of other reviews for other electricians on Trusted Trader and are unsure whether to choose them - stop, save yourself some time and call them. You won't be disappointed. I contacted Rob back in July as I need to have an EICR for my flat - I was pretty sure there would be remedial works and I only had a small window of opportunity to have the works completed while the tenants were away. The whole process from initial inspection, diagnosis (of works), remedial works taking place to completion was straight forward. This is due to the excellent communication, flexibility and genuine honesty and interest to help/guide and get the job done. Both Rob and Steve just got on with it as you would expect professionals to, explaining everything as they went along (costs, recommendations, advice - for you to choose with no pressure). So if you are looking for an electrician just use them to save yourself some time, money and stress.

Rob and Steve did a fantastic job. We knew there were going to be quite a few electrical issues to resolve in our house. We started with Rob carrying out an electrical installation condition report - this was carried out with great attention to detail. Steve then rectified all of the issues found and the recommendations, including a fuse board upgrade. Despite the significant amount of work required and a few challenges on the day, everything was done to a high standard and for the price quoted. Rob and Steve explained everything very well and kept us informed throughout. I'm very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Very professional service, came around to quote first, as I wanted replacement electric radiators. Quoted me a competitive price, seemed trustworthy so I chose them to do the work. Was available to do the work quickly too. When work completed left my flat cleaner than when he arrived. Great service, would definitely recommend.

We just brought a new flat and needed an EICR and remedial electrical works to be carried out. Steve did a fantastic job and did exactly what we asked for. He was very thorough and helpful throughout. Completed the job in good time, as well as giving us great advice and going the extra mile, such as removing dead cables and tidying up the area around the consumer board and service head. RCP Electrics is my go-to company for any electrical work. They have always given me good advice on electrical work and other building issues. Steve, in particular, has given me lots of advice on my bathroom problems. Both Steve and Rob are so helpful. The surveys and estimates are sent quickly. The work is always carried out to a high standard, leaving the place immaculate when they finish. Most importantly, they never try to oversell the work and look for the best option for any job; this is especially important as I am on a tight budget. I definitely recommend this company.

Rob came to check out our wiring and proved to be professional, informative and honest. We’d booked him for a 2 hour visit and he only needed an hour as he told us at the time. He also informed us of paperwork we should have received from previous work done (not by him) which I chased up and now have.

A very professional service providing support on buying an appropriate bathroom light fitting prior to fitting the light fitting and also putting he extractor fan on a separate circuit.

I had a great experience with RCP from start to finish. The quote was accurate, the timeframe for booking in for the works to be completed was reasonable. The engineer that came to complete the works, was efficient, quick and tidied up after himself. I have used RCP Installations in the past to install some Halogen downlighters in my lounge and bedroom and found them very efficient, so when my main fuse tripped out on a Friday afternoon I emailed RCP and asked if they could help. Fortunately it was only the utility room which was causing the problem and I had electricity in the rest of the house but RCP sent Steve round on the Monday to check out and resolve the problem in the utility room. Whilst he was there I asked for a quotation to renew the light fittings in my car port and shed and replace a security light, which I accepted and Steve was soon back and quickly fitted the new lights. He did a very neat job, to budget, and as before I was very satisfied with his work. RCP are now my go to electricians for any electrical works I need done.

You won't be disappointed with this company. I have used them for years and have complete confidence in their work. Very friendly too.
