Honest and reliable tradesmen aren't easy for find. Here's one of them. I needed a new plug socket, along with an electric fire installation, and an RDC safety device fitted. Rob and his team provided an excellent service at a fair price. I'd highly recommend.

The gentleman whom attended were both very professional and extremely polite. I cannot commend them on how great a job they did installing 3 lights and a RING Security System. I found Rob (RCP Electrics) online from a trader list site. From the get go I found Rob and his team to be absolutely very nice to deal with. That’s just to quote and ask any questions. Rob and Steve where both excellent and went above and beyond for us. Very prompt response from Rob Prior to my initial enquiry. Steve attended and explained what needed to be done with two kitchen circuits, and did it. He also located an intermittent seasonal fault in our loft room and agreed to come back at a convenient time to take up the flooring to fix it. Very satisfied customer.

I used RCP Installations Ltd recently to carryout a full inspection of the electrics in a property that I am in the process buying. I dealt with Rob Prior from RCP and he was friendly and efficient and he gave me clear explanations throughout the process. The work was completed promptly at a reasonable price, and I was given a detailed report of the current state of the electrics in the property and the work that would be required to rectify the issues that he found. Rob was really helpful on the phone chatting through my options in advance and even picked up the key the day before when I wasn't able to meet him at the property to provide access. Everything was done efficiently and tidily. Will be keeping his number for the future.

We booked RCP to carry out work for us after having successfully used them a few years ago. When booking, Rob was responsive and enthusiastic about doing the work for us. Rob carried out an electrical safety test for us and identified a number of improvements, some required some suggested, with options. Once we had agreed the scope of work which included the replacement of the fuseboard, his colleague Steve came back a few days later to do the work. The work was carried out neatly and efficiently. Both Rob and Steve were very friendly and easy to have around. On completion, the work area was left clean and tidy. Followup in terms of issuing certification, invoicing etc was prompt and effective. RCP provided great service and we would not hesitate to use them again.

I have used RCP several times and have always been impressed by their efficient and professional work. On this occasion the problem was a faulty two-way switch, but it wasn't clear to start with where the actual fault was. Just over a year ago they were here to check all the electrics, upgrade certain things, put in a new fuse box and so on and provide a new certificate. As always the work was done tidily and considerately and could not have been done better. I'll happily recommend them any time.

I used RCP installations to add power for an integrated dishwasher. Rob was extremely professional and provided a quote in advance for the works. The work was completed as discussed and exactly as required, as well as cleaning up after! Excellent price, communication and service. Have already asked for another job to be done!

Profoundly impressed and greatly relieved by Steve's visit. Main points: He arrived early, giving time to organise parking and permit for him He came very fully equipped with test devices He worked continuously for more than 4 hours, turning down tea/coffee we offered. Even more than the obvious skill and thoroughness, he was able to analyse the results and make creative changes as he worked. He made it clear to us that faults were not due to wiring failure, but incompetent past electrical work during kitchen and bathroom improvements When he left we were very clear about the work to be done on his next visit.
