We have moved several times in the past and on each occasion the move has never gone according to plan. This time we were really concerned incase previous problems happened again. As soon as we met Geoff, on his initial visit, our minds were put at rest. He thoroughly explained what would be happening and when - we were reassured that this move would be different. Unfortunately for us our house sale did not go according to plan as it took 1.5 years for us to sell and find a new home. During that time we had regular contact with Mike and Laura, both of whom were very friendly and professional. When we were finally ready to move, we opted to use the fragile packing service. Our possessions, including the fragile items were treated with the utmost respect and given a high level of care. Nothing was damaged in the move. During the moving period, our crew arrived at the times agreed. They were extremely efficient, hard working, friendly, caring and professional. We really could not have asked for more. For the first time ever, we were not at all stressed during our move as everything went totally to plan. We can not recommend Reddaways enough! Thank you.

Reddaways are an amazing company to deal with, they are extremely polite and friendly. The level of service is incredible. Reddaways moved us from our old home and held our furniture in storage for 5 weeks and then delivered to our new home. All of our furniture was handled with care and packed into storage so well that nothing was damaged when we unpacked our processions. We would 100% recommend Reddaways.

Reddaways were so helpful from the outset. They were able to do our large removal at very short notice and were extremely helpful delivering boxes at the weekend to enable us to pack. Small family company based in Okehampton which exudes customer service before and aftercare. Company very flexible, handling many completion date moves, hard working, polite, conciencious, courteous, accommodating, friendly, pleasing and easy to contact with any issues (none on their side but plenty on ours due to builders), nothing too much trouble. Can't praise them highly enough. Would reccommend and would definitely use again. Competitive prices. We moved from old house into storage and out again after 5 months to new property. No damage or breakages to personal property during transitions. Superb.

The move was handled very professionally. We are particularly grateful that when our buyers suddenly announced that they needed to move within 9 days (contracts at this point not having been exchanged, nor a completion date discussed) Reddaways somehow managed to fit us in, even though our booking with them had been for much later, and they were fully booked for a month or more ahead. What would have been an incredibly stressful experience, in the end, went very smoothly.
