I just felt the need to write a review for this company. Approximately 5 years ago Regal Bathrooms refurbished the main and en-suite bathroom of our house. We recently, whilst cleaning the en-suite, unfortunately unhinged the shower screen and broke the hinges so we couldn’t refit it. I contacted Regal and they agreed to order and send to us a replacement shower screen which was received within 7 days. Superb after sales service provided by Gill, thank you so much it was very much appreciated.

We discovered a water leak in our house bathroom. It was obvious that there was a problem with the cistern but we could not access it. We called Regal, the installation had been done a coup,e of years or so earlier so we were concerned that any warranty might have expired. Lucy Frost looked after our problem. She arranged for a fitter to come and assess the work, a new panel was needed and she looked after that, keeping us informed through voicemails and she also organised the final fitting date. The fitters worked competently and diligently. Overall the work was completed to an ‘as new’ standard. We have been delighted with Regal’s service, especially Lucy.

Regal Interiors fitted a shower room 3 years ago , and we were very pleased with the quality of workmanship. However we started to have problems with the shower door in November, and them in early December when engineers came out twice to try to resolve the problem. In the end as the correct part was not available they ordered and fitted a new door completely free of charge very quickly. Their standard of service is excellent, and all we dealt with were helpful and efficient. We highly recommend them.

The process of choosing through to fitting was a straightforward process. I never felt I was being persuaded to have things I didn’t need and the staff at the company were always helpful and not at all pushy The fitter was very experienced , very considerate and did a first rate job.

My advice to anyone who is looking for a new bathroom renovation and wants an outstanding professional service and an exceptional finish, to look no further than Regal Interiors. I wanted to convert a bedroom into a bathroom, which included some difficult changes. From the initial design to the final completion, I was absolutely confident that the job would be to an excellent standard because of the time that was taken to get the details right. Firstly, nothing was too much trouble whilst creating the design ideas, then I was impressed with the extremely detailed quotation that made all the costs very clear and comprehensive. The communication was very good at all stages and all the timings worked perfectly. The bathroom fitter, Jordan, was extremely hard working and his craftsmanship was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for him in preparing everything thoroughly to ensure the finish was superb and he went above and beyond to create a bathroom that suits all my requirements. To complete the total effect, the beautiful flooring was fitted to the highest standard by Sam. My bathroom is stunning and I would highly recommend this first class company.

Acting upon a recommendation from our next-door neighbour and seeing the quality work done, we felt confident that a possible reburbishment of our Bathroom with Regal was the right enquiry to make. It turned out so well. Adrian took us through all the options and even suggested a plan that we hadn't thought of ourselves. A quote was quickly dispatched to us and a date for commencement was arranged. The date was again confirmed the week before and Jordon, the fitter arrived on the day arranged and set about rebuilding our bathroom. There were a few snags at first with the plumbing, but they were quickly and professionally attended to. Jordan worked very hard and with great efficiency. Within the same time scale the Electrician and 'Karndean' floor fitter arrived and between them produced a flawless result. We are very happy with it and pleased we chose Regal. From start to finish our new bathroom was designed and fitted to excellent standards. At the design stage all our concerns were taken into account and where other companies said what we wanted couldn't be done Andy came up with a design after, talking to a fitter, that could work and fulfill our needs. We went to talk through the designs and where free to change anything. There was no pressure at all. When we were happy with everything a date was set and the work began. Scott did all the work and worked miracles, moving pipework to enable the design we wanted. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was right for us. The customer service was excellent and all the team were friendly and approachable, keeping in regular contact to check we were happy with how everything was going. We now have a bathroom we are totally happy with. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I visited the showroom to view their wardrobe range and was greeted by Smita. She was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I chose the Holcombe/melford range in Kashmir. The work began on the exact date given by John, the fitter. John worked without breaks and was very respectful of my property and at the end of each day the room was tidy and left in a clean condition. Everything went according to plan without any problems at all. I am absolutely delighted with my wardrobes and the excellent service that I received from everyone at Regal Interiors. First class service and quality products.

From the booking of a initial planning appointment to the completion, the service was exceptionally good. I hade a partial update of en-suite (vanity unity with basin, a new toilet and a Karndean floor) and a new vanity unit in a cloakroom. Kevin installed everything very efficiently and was exceptionally clean and tidy. Andy kept us informed of the order and installation dates and checked that the work was of a good standard. We have used Regal Interiors a number of times over several years. On this occasion it was for the design and fitting of a new kitchen. We received the usual helpful advice about what was and wasn’t possible and when we visited the showroom there was always one of the two kitchen sales people there to help us - they have endless patience. The fitting was carried out to the highest standard and with great respect for us and our property. There was one tiny thing to put right after the kitchen was fitted and that has already been addressed. The final cost was exactly as quoted minus some items that did not turn out to be necessary.

The bathroom fitter Paul was professional throughout, explaining the difficulties and helping to resolve them. He was also very tidy and courteous and arranged times that were suitable for us. The salesman Adrian was similarly professional and helpful

I can unreservedly recommend this company. I had a new bathroom fitted involving a separate toilet and bathroom combining. I was worried about the time it would take and the mess. I needn’t have worried. The whole process was made so easy and painless. Brilliant customer service from Adrian and the whole team. Things happened as promised from plans, paperwork and phone calls to the actual fitting by an amazing father/son combo. The quality of work is superb. What was promised was delivered to the highest standards. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I cannot believe how smoothly it went. The personal touch was always in evidence. I never felt like just another customer. Any question or query I had was answered immediately. Always easy to get in touch with the relevant member of the team. Having fairly recently moved into a bungalow requiring a lot of work from various contractors I can honestly say this was my best experience so far. Brilliant from start to finish.

I used Regal to remodel and fit my kitchen. I wanted someone who would manage the whole process for me and they were recommended by a friend. The whole process was easy and stress free. The showroom staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and designed a lovely kitchen for me. At no time did I feel under pressure to make decisions and took my time to get all the details and costs right. All costs are fully detailed on the quote which I liked as nothing is hidden and it’s easy to see where costs are. The fitting process started on the date agreed and it all ran like clockwork with all the trades arriving as needed so there was no delay. The fitter and all the trades were friendly and professional and carried out the work to a high standard. The whole process was stress free and I would highly recommend Regal. They really do what they say they will and unlike what I’ve heard about some of the larger stores they do really care about getting it right for you.

The service and care from Regal Interiors has been absolutely first class from the moment we walked in to enquire about a new bathroom. Your greeting, attitude and ability to show a wide range of options for tiles, baths, showers and fittings was without pressure and with knowledge and experience. You undertook a full survey of our existing bathroom and with discussion and consideration produced designs and reccomendations to suit our needs and space. The fitting and installation was all undertaken to the highest standard, with an incredible eye for detail and perfection, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished bathroom suite - it is stunning. Since completion, we had one small problem with a dripping tap on the washbasin due to a slight fault with the tap and not bad workmanship I hasten to add, and Regal sorted this promptly and without any fuss replacing the tap free of charge. We have happily suggested and recommended Regal Interiors to others in our village who have required bathroom fitting services.

Regal Interiors competely refitted our kitchen. We opted for their comprehensive service from kitchen design/planning through to completion: removal of old kitchen including appliances, plastering, plumbing, electrics, fitting of units, worktop, appliances and flooring. We were impressed from the outset with the care and time taken to ensure the design was right for us and the careful costings. The work was fully project managed and happened on schedule. Communication was good throughout, any minor issues withthe refit were discussed with us and quickly resolved. The workers were competent, friendly, efficient and tidy, completing the work to a high standard within the timeframe we had been given. A complete, fully project managed refit is not a cheap option but for us was worth the expense. The service provided definitely took the worry and pain out of what is a very complex piece of work. We have no reservation in recommending them.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Regal Interiors to rectify a problem with my kitchen. The communication was friendly and once the problem was ascertained the work was carried out to a high standard in a professional manner. I used Regal interiors for the fitting of a shower room and a wet room. Right from the start it was clear that I was dealing with professionals. Their showroom is laid out to the highest standards and the help I received when deciding on some of the key elements of the design was really appreciated. Their fitters turned up when they said they would, treated both me and my house with respect and the quality of their workmanship was of the highest standards. Despite the amount of work involved, my house was spotless when they left. I needed to call them shortly afterwards to report one slight issue and to their credit, someone came round the very next day to rectify it. I'm not sure it gets much better than this and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Regal Interiors, or using them again.

A sale is a sale but the real measure of a company you entrust work to, is how they respond to the after-sales, customer care needs. Regal interiors have been exemplary and the 2 occasions where we needed to contact them (a manufacturers fault on a shower and an electrical supply issue for an led mirror) their response was quick and efficient with no wriggling or attempts to pass responsibility to someone else. Textbook customer care and that really matters so top marks to the team at regal interiors.

We had our en suite fitted back in September 2020. We noticed that the toilet was showing some sign of flexing from the fixings hidden behind the panel. I reached out to Regal Interiors to explain the issue. The very same day I received an email to say this would be addressed under warranty and that the After Sales team would be in touch. Lucy duly called and Colin visited the very next day to remedy the issue. I was really impressed with the service provided and felt really pleased that we chose Regal Interiors as the issue of After Sales care was one of the reasons we decided to place our business with them. Some 15 months after the installation and our first issue that we experienced, it was dealt with promptly and without any hassle. Truly exceptional service
