Very Happy Customer Our very old boiler needed replacing, along with new central heating/radiators replacing and fitting throughout the whole house. Matthew and James gave great advice and details on when is the right time to get the work done, and how the project would proceed. As we were living in during the work, they managed to fit all the work around us, including some challenging areas in the house. All done on time, on budget and with a really pleasant attitude.

Initially Alex called to look at the extremely noisy pump which I had inherited in my new flat. He wasn't happy with the pump installation and thought this not the best solution. Matt then visited and suggested a combi boiler, explained why this would work best, and he and Jamie did the work. This has solved my worrying problem. All done on date arranged and in estimate and flat left clean and tidy. I had a bit of an issue when the heated towel rail stopped working the next day. Spoke to the very pleasant lady in the office and she got Jamie back quickly and sorted in no time. It is very telling how traders respond when things go wrong and I'm happy I've found a plumber I'm confident to call on in the future.

I had a 30+ year old Potterton boiler that had to be run on max and wouldn’t generate hot what without having heat on and started to trip-out needing resetting. I knew it wouldn’t last the next cold spell! I contacted Matt in November who kindly re-arranged his busy schedule to visit me the next day. Matt discussed our requirements and explained the best way forward. Estimate sent over and installation date agreed within a week. Thankfully Matt had sourced a Worcester Bosch in anticipation. I went from a conventional boiler with an emersion tank and water tanks in the loft to a powerful Combi boiler with room thermostatic control and TRVs on upstairs radiators + a rotten redundant old kitchen rad removed. Matt and James spent a very long day executing the systems conversion. I didn’t realize the science involved to get this job done right until I saw them in action and more importantly the benefits of now having superb regulated heat at the temperature we choose and hot water on demand. I suspect we’ll save a small fortune going from an ancient to a modern A rated boiler! Matt & James were very knowledgeable, polite, worked neat, kept to price and are extremely honest. Top job.

Matt did an initial survey for a replacement boiler and provided a very competitive estimate which he stuck to in spite of providing an extra remote thermostat. He and James are excellent professionals. never appeared to hurry but worked quickly with no long breaks. He explained the plan and sought to discuss with me where there were any different options for a joint decision. Communication was very courteous, polite and to the point and clear. Very punctual, clearly well prepared with all the kit ready. The workspace was well organised and clean as it could be. The team took a lot of trouble to protect floors etc. and cleaned up perfectly after the job. There were no problems in spite of quite a large complex fitting into an outside cabinet. Pipework changes to the system were included in the work plan and the price including some improvements to the plumbing of the system/tank which they felt would be an improvement. This gave me total confidence in their knowledge and ability to carry out the whole job to the correct specification etc. It was a pleasure to see such a high standard of knowledge and practical skill combined with swift, efficient, conscientious and careful work. I highly recommend them, and thank our near neighbours for recommending them to us!

The company was exceptional from the time I rang them to the time Alex had finished a complicated job within 1hr. He was even able to fit me in last minute. The area was left clean and tidy and I would not hesitate to use the company again. Highly highly recommended!!

Reheat Me are a fantastic company and I would highly recommend them. I had used them before and found them highly professional and helpful. So when I needed a new boiler in my 1930s house Matt talked me through all the options and gave me a fully-priced quote. This quote turned out to be better than any of the other companies I spoke to, so I went with Reheat Me. Matt and Richard installed a new combi boiler, removing the ancient one and cistern, and draining the tanks in the roof. They worked efficiently and tidily. They explained the new system and asked me if I was happy with how they had tidied up. Overall very happy with this service.

This was a good experience, from reviving a rather old and ailing boiler, through recommendation of the choice of replacement, and through fitting to completion. Well done Matt and Richard and, in the office, Jayne. It was a pleasure to deal with all of them. The work was done promptly, on schedule, and on budget, and all left clean and tidy both overnight while work was going on and at the end. Trouble was taken to establish exactly our needs; careful and clear explanation was given as to which boilers might be suitable and why; this included recommending a boiler which was not the most expensive, subject to it being possible to fit it in the rather inconvenient space. Our only regret is not having found them years ago.

Had problems in Automatic Air Vent (AAV) and Immersion heater in my flat, which made me have "No hot water for 2 weeks". Matthew arrived at my flat on time and replaced 2 AAVs and Immersion heater. He wasted no time, worked professionally and answered all my questions. (He always explained to me what he will do next). Replacing immersion heater was very cumbersome job due to drainage but he completed all the works on time as it was written in his quotation. Quotation process was also very simple and easy. I sent pictures of problematic area to him and he ordered the parts to be replaced. The cherry on the cake was his quotation was very reasonable! I am very happy to find "Reheat" through this website and to recommend his service to my friends and neighbours.

I met Matthew first who provided me with a very reasonable quote for a new boiler. He was happy to deal with any queries I had. On the day of the installation he arrived a few minutes before time, and told me Richard will be coming to complete the installation. Richard was very polite and respectful of my tenant, who was not well, letting me know every time that if the noise levels of the installation were going to be loud. He explained all the functions of the boiler once it had been installed and he left the flat clean and tidy from any rubbish and mess created by the installation. I would highly recommend Re-Heat to anyone who is looking for a complete service.
