Jackie and I wanted to say how much we appreciated the skill and care that your team took over our move to Yorkshire. The team were polite careful and very efficient. I couldn’t believe how quickly the guys emptied our house in Havering and it wasn’t just 'chuck it on the van' but all done with care. The next day all was placed where we wanted it in the new house . Overall we were really pleased and the move was so much less stressful than we thought.

Relocate handled my move from London to Norfolk with efficiency, courtesy and professionalism right from the initial estimate through to the actual completion. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The driver who had to get a very large truck into a tight place in Central London was a total experienced professional and the guys who packed and loaded my possessions and transported them couldn't have been more helpful, thorough and professional. They were also cheerful and reassuring throughout. I have only praise and gratitude for the whole team, they helped ease the stress of moving home and were from start to finish total professionals.

After gaining a couple of quotes from various removal companies (as you do) Relocate Removals stood out from the get go! The staff from start to finish was great. From the 1st phone call of booking a viewing, right through to the removal guys who wish us good luck in our new home at the end of their busy day. Jason, Bradley and Francis was amazing, friendly, and put us at ease on our stressful but exciting day. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Very friendly service from the first assessor to the boss and the lads doing the graft. All very helpful and polite. Only criticism was that carpets were not protected in new house. When asked about film roll to put on carpets and upstairs was told they had run out. I then chucked a few of their protective blankets on the floors, sorted. Not wanting to over do this point the lads were all fantastic and worked really hard. Well done to all.

My wife and I moved home after 29 fabulous years in our old property. Relocate removed all of our items from our old house in 88 minutes and we had 77 boxes and a lot of furniture. The team at Relocate were so efficient and friendly and so professional. They arrived at our new property at 11.30am but the funds were only transferred at 3.45pm. The team at Relocate sat patiently during this time. Once we had the green light to move in Relocate moved all our items into our new house in 1 hour. All I can say is that picking Relocate as our removal firm was one of the best decisions we made, I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you Relcate.

We used Relocate for the 2nd time at the end of 2024 and were very happy to see that they have not changed since we moved in 2015. The team was professional at all times but also relaxed enough to make a stressful move (dare I say it) fun at times. They were efficient and effective and worked with us to make sure we had everything out of the old house and in the new house as quickly as possible! We don't ever plan on moving house again (the move itself was fine the process before that wasn't) but if we ever did have to move - I would definitely use Relocate again.

We chose the full packing service. Our whole house was professionally packed in 3 hours. On removal day the team were friendly and made leaving our house of 38 years less stressful. The team took care of our belongings and were very helpful and obliging both at our old house and our new house. We also had some unwanted items disposed of. We faced many problems getting to completion date, with lots of changes and a last minute date. Relocate was flexible and helpful.
