We chose the full packing service. Our whole house was professionally packed in 3 hours. On removal day the team were friendly and made leaving our house of 38 years less stressful. The team took care of our belongings and were very helpful and obliging both at our old house and our new house. We also had some unwanted items disposed of. We faced many problems getting to completion date, with lots of changes and a last minute date. Relocate was flexible and helpful.

Relocate Removals managed to accommodate us at relatively short notice after a very protracted sale/purchase chain came good at the last minute. Packing was quick, efficient and professional and the move itself went very smoothly and we were moved in ahead of schedule on the day. We felt that particular care was paid to our belongings and all the guys involved were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Communication throughout the move was excellent and aftercare follow-up was spot on! We felt properly looked after and consider the service excellent value for money. Highly recommend them!

The packers were excellent - efficient and careful, and very friendly, and really alleviated the stress I was feeling about the move. The move itself was very efficiently done too the next day - again a lovely, helpful team - and I was moved from north London, to South Shields, loaded and unloaded in the one day. Even my many garden plants were transported with barely a leaf out of place. The company's fees are very competive too. I recommend Relocate Removals without reservation.

I trusted this company with my house move. Whilst they are responsive, their dismantling and re-assembly services are poor. When I raised a claim, they came back and informed me they don't have qualified professionals for such tasks (I'm not sure why they sell these services in first place) and declined any way to compensate by stating I should have informed them within 7 days. I informed them on 13th day after the move.

I had an excellent pre package experience. Ben was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he didn't stop working the whole day. Moving day was efficient, the crew worked really hard and loaded my entire home in just over 2 hours and it was a hot day too.

We moved from Hornchurch to Tiptree , the boys were brilliant , fast and efficient and very careful with our stuff , Very pleasant and happy with no dramas , just a great bunch a blokes , Plus all contact with the office was always pleasant and well mannered. There were two Relocate trucks unloading into a house on the corner of Sandpits Road (our street) and Petersham Road, Richmond TW10. One truck was in the house’s driveway, the other blocked off our street, a cul de sac, completely. Somewhere between 50 and 100 people live in our street and there are no nearby shops so we are more car dependent than we’d like to be. There was no reason to block off the street as they could have parked the second truck/lorry elsewhere. They seemed to want to get the job done quickly without considering anyone else’s needs (not to mention the law). When asked to move because we needed to leave in our car, they refused, saying they’d have to finish unloading first. I said I’d be leaving comments on social media and the driver said he wasn’t bothered because it wasn’t his company. When I started taking photos (which are on my phone if photo evidence helps) the driver covered his face and came right up to me with his face a few centimetres from mine, shouting threats. He seemed about to lash out when I didn’t back away but I think the fact that his colleagues seemed to think he’d gone too far may have prevented that. We then had to wait while they finished and were late for our appointment. This was 3.00 PM approximately 13/7/24. Thank you for your kind attention.

Relocate took care of our move from Essex to Norfolk and I could not recommend them highly enough, they took care of our possessions from end to end and were absolutely professional in their approach, the 4 men that did the move were very polite and couldn't do enough for us. I would certainly recommend Relocate if you are looking for removal companies

Marc & Barry came to my house to pack it up on 25th April. Speedy & efficient. On 26th Marc, Barry plus Dean arrived to load van & move me across London. On arrival at the property we had the nightmare scenario of the sellers still being there. My lovely crew kept their cool hanging about until they cld eventually unload. Once again so professional & efficient. To say they went "above & beyond" is putting it mildly. I really can't praise Relocate Removals & Storage Ltd. highly enough for all their support at this very stressful time.
