We chose the full packing service. Our whole house was professionally packed in 3 hours. On removal day the team were friendly and made leaving our house of 38 years less stressful. The team took care of our belongings and were very helpful and obliging both at our old house and our new house. We also had some unwanted items disposed of. We faced many problems getting to completion date, with lots of changes and a last minute date. Relocate was flexible and helpful.

Relocate Removals managed to accommodate us at relatively short notice after a very protracted sale/purchase chain came good at the last minute. Packing was quick, efficient and professional and the move itself went very smoothly and we were moved in ahead of schedule on the day. We felt that particular care was paid to our belongings and all the guys involved were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Communication throughout the move was excellent and aftercare follow-up was spot on! We felt properly looked after and consider the service excellent value for money. Highly recommend them!

The packers were excellent - efficient and careful, and very friendly, and really alleviated the stress I was feeling about the move. The move itself was very efficiently done too the next day - again a lovely, helpful team - and I was moved from north London, to South Shields, loaded and unloaded in the one day. Even my many garden plants were transported with barely a leaf out of place. The company's fees are very competive too. I recommend Relocate Removals without reservation.

I trusted this company with my house move. Whilst they are responsive, their dismantling and re-assembly services are poor. When I raised a claim, they came back and informed me they don't have qualified professionals for such tasks (I'm not sure why they sell these services in first place) and declined any way to compensate by stating I should have informed them within 7 days. I informed them on 13th day after the move.

I had an excellent pre package experience. Ben was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he didn't stop working the whole day. Moving day was efficient, the crew worked really hard and loaded my entire home in just over 2 hours and it was a hot day too.

We moved from Hornchurch to Tiptree , the boys were brilliant , fast and efficient and very careful with our stuff , Very pleasant and happy with no dramas , just a great bunch a blokes , Plus all contact with the office was always pleasant and well mannered. There were two Relocate trucks unloading into a house on the corner of Sandpits Road (our street) and Petersham Road, Richmond TW10. One truck was in the house’s driveway, the other blocked off our street, a cul de sac, completely. Somewhere between 50 and 100 people live in our street and there are no nearby shops so we are more car dependent than we’d like to be. There was no reason to block off the street as they could have parked the second truck/lorry elsewhere. They seemed to want to get the job done quickly without considering anyone else’s needs (not to mention the law). When asked to move because we needed to leave in our car, they refused, saying they’d have to finish unloading first. I said I’d be leaving comments on social media and the driver said he wasn’t bothered because it wasn’t his company. When I started taking photos (which are on my phone if photo evidence helps) the driver covered his face and came right up to me with his face a few centimetres from mine, shouting threats. He seemed about to lash out when I didn’t back away but I think the fact that his colleagues seemed to think he’d gone too far may have prevented that. We then had to wait while they finished and were late for our appointment. This was 3.00 PM approximately 13/7/24. Thank you for your kind attention.

Relocate took care of our move from Essex to Norfolk and I could not recommend them highly enough, they took care of our possessions from end to end and were absolutely professional in their approach, the 4 men that did the move were very polite and couldn't do enough for us. Marc & Barry came to my house to pack it up on 25th April. Speedy & efficient. On 26th Marc, Barry plus Dean arrived to load van & move me across London. On arrival at the property we had the nightmare scenario of the sellers still being there. My lovely crew kept their cool hanging about until they cld eventually unload. Once again so professional & efficient. To say they went "above & beyond" is putting it mildly. I really can't praise Relocate Removals & Storage Ltd. highly enough for all their support at this very stressful time.

We came across Relocate when our old neighbours moved in, when they knocked on our door to ask politely if they could park their lorries in the public parking spaces front of our house temporarily. At the time we were also in the process of selling and buying, so we took down their details due to their courteous first impression. When we were ready to move, their surveyor (sorry, forgot his name!) came to our house assess our processions in person to give us an accurate tailored quote. We have had quotes from other removal companies through filling out endless forms or recording video messages. But we really appreciated Relocate's personal approach. It was also helpful for us to meet the company in person. On the removal days (day before for pre-loading and day of the move for the remaining), Relocate arrived punctually. They were friendly, yet professional and extremely efficient. They handled our furniture with care. They also provided us with good quality boxes without extra charge. We highly recommend them.

From the time we enquired Tracey and Kim helped make the process feel relaxed and will reply to any questions very quickly. We felt Relocate Removals and Storage will look at your needs and accommodate to suit. On the Removal day we had David and his team arrived on time, care of our property on both sides, asked questions and made sure they thought about everything to make the move go smoothly. Once everything was off the van they also made sure we checked as well. No damage occurred and furniture they took down like beds or chair legs were all put back and everything were placed in the correct place. A brilliant experience and we will not have any issues recommending to others.

We used relocate removals for our move from Dagenham to Cottingham Yorkshire. From the time they came to visit us until they finished the job they were amazing. Giving us a quote, supplying the packing materials, explaining how the move would be done. The schedule was followed, they arrived on time, the work was carried out with care and cleanly. On arrival at our new property the lorry was unloaded all boxes and furniture was place were we wanted it again with care and attention no breakages or damage to walls. Neither me or my husband did any of the work. We were extremely satisfied with the work which was carry out and by the staff who were well presented clean and very polite. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. From start to finish they made everything go like clockwork. The removal guys were super careful with our belongings, and not only did they dismantle items they put them back together in our new home. Nothing was too much trouble. The amazing team at Relocate Removals were outstanding from start to finish with our house move. From the initial home survey which was thorough and gave us the confidence that we were dealing with a professional and friendly company, we knew that they were the right team for us. The amazing packing service really took the stress out of moving. We were astounded as to the speed that the two guys worked - packing our 3 bedroom house in half a day ready for moving the next day. On moving day, the team worked non-stop to load the vans, carefully dismantling furniture and ensuring that all fragile items were well looked after. The house was empty in good time, ensuring we were ready for completion ahead of schedule. After completion and picking up keys, we met the team at the new property where they unpacked and reassembled furniture in less than two hours - taking care of the little things like setting up kids bedrooms so they would see their familiar things in their new rooms and not be overwhelmed. We were recommended Relocate Removals by a close friend and honestly they have been fantastic as it took us over a year before we moved and they were so patient and once the date was set and the day came the team arrived early and were so organised and efficient and really friendly! I found Bills team via a card that came through our door when we was selling our old house, decided to get a quote and so happy we did, Rob was a very pleasant guy who came out to do the survey/quote on what we had to move and what was required, i.e. boxes, vans etc., Rob was very professional and down to earth, this first meeting probably made us make our minds up who to use, plus all the girls in the office , all very very lovely people. We booked the move in for the 22nd May, only just writing this review , as had a bit of stress with looking after family in between, plus getting settled in our new home, moving they say is one of the most stressful things in life, but I tell you, use Relocate and they will take a lot of that stress away on the day. Bill continuously kept in contact making sure of the timings of completing etc., the team Bill supplied us on the day had us all packed up by 10:00am and they waited outside our new house until we got the keys at 4pm, they moved all our gear into our new house without no breakages, they were all outstanding from the time we met on that morning until they finished moving us in, they took so much stress away, cause of the wait getting into our new house , I made sure I had the kettle at hand to give them a cuppa, all in all the whole moving process is so stressful with solicitors and estate agents, but Bills team are the best part of it all, def use them to move.

I highly recommend Relocate Removals. From the moment we got a quote to the removal process, they were very professional and helpful. I got follow-up calls from the office and they kept me informed every step of the way. The removal guys arrived promptly on the removal day and they loaded everything into the lorries including packing my clothes hanging in my wardrobe, large mirrors and disconnecting my washing machine. They were patient and asked where things needed to be placed. Washing machine was reconnected at the new place, beds set up, dining table set up, etc. No damage and nothing missing. The move went so smoothly. By mid afternoon, we were settled into our new home. Wish I knew of them sooner, especially when I moved some years back. This is most stress free move I have ever had.

Relocate were brilliant. I did a lot of research before moving and contacted six companies. Relocate were the most accommodating and also best price. It was a complex job. Packing then taking items to storage (which turned in to 10 months rather than 3 months!) and bringing them back. Nothing was broken. The guys who did the job were excellent and of good humour. Best of all they accommodated bringing my stuff out of storage on Good Friday which was very kind and a call beyond that of duty. Completely recommend using them!

The removal guys did a excellent job, nothing was too much trouble ,cannot praise their efforts enough , got everything where we wanted it and with no damage or breakages ,would use them again if I had to.

I cannot recommend Relocate Removals more highly - From the very start with the Surveyor, the extremely competitve price they offered me, the follow-up calls from the office and the Manager and then finally the Porters on the day before the move when they packed all my possessions into boxes for me and the day of the move when they loaded everything into the lorry, including taking apart all my furniture for me. From quote to finish Relocate Removals worked hard for us! I called Monday morning and they had someone round that afternoon to give us a quote. That week was so manic with all the legals and logistics of moving but relocate called every day to check in and secure our removals. They were super understanding and definitely got the book due to consistency. On the day four men and a huge van turned up. I thought that was overkill, but it was spot on. These four men picked up everything, put it on the van, drove an hour and unloaded the other end. Job done. Plus taking down and putting up two bed frames as well. They worked from 9 to 5.20pm to get us into the new place. They stopped a few times for a quick drink break and that was it, back to work. Would definitely recommend.

An amazing team who were able to make moving home stress free. From the initial visit to the fast efficient service of packing up. Providing extra boxes and bubble wrapping my heavy mirrored furniture. And the safe delivery of my potted trees. I had been let down by a large removal company with a week till moving day. They were reliant on the customer filling out online forms which had not been properly sent to me. When I queried, they told me the slot was taken! Panic! Then I found RR&S Ltd! Spoke to sympathetic humans who were happy to fit me in. And they were half the price! We paid for a two day move, but, on the day, the team insisted completing in one day, so we had to rearrange work to cater for them. To rush the job, they wanted to move all of our belongings into the garage of our new house rather than into designated rooms, and they argued when we told them no. Several items of furniture were damaged, and the process for making a claim is very time-consuming (you have to send photos and quotes for repair by post). Our bannister was damaged as witnessed by my husband, but the team denied this and claimed it was damaged before the move. Team were rude on the day - rolling their eyes and tutting when we were checking the house prior to signing the forms (because they wanted to get going quickly). Team arrived with no tools so had to borrow ours (which had to be unpacked), and they refused to move items to the garden shed as they had not brought floor covers with them. They are very persistent in demanding all money before completing the job but mysteriously difficult to get hold of when you want to complain. All in all, they made the process of moving very difficult, and I would recommend you steer well clear!

My 2 bed house was emptied in no time. Then the relocation journey of 230 miles. The guys got to my house before me and had finished and had left before I got there. Beds built and my large sofa that splits, was built. The only issue I had was that a large solid walnut dressing table with three mirrors, was put in the dining room. It took myself and two other female family members to get it upstairs.

After hours of searching for a removal company I came across Relocate Removals. It was really quick and easy to arrange a quote and then gentleman who came out was fantastic! He asked a lot of questions and viewed the amount I was moving to ensure an accurate quote was provided. On move day, I had 2 vans show up with 4 removal men who were amazing from start to finish. They worked so hard to get everything done to time and didn’t mind waiting for a little while as the occupants at the other end weren’t quite ready. They were very careful with all of my belongings. The lads turned up on time and were respectful careful professional good humoured and helpful. I broke my hip a couple of weeks before the move so couldn't get things as ready as I'd liked but each of the lads just dealt with what was there solving problems without complaint. They clearly labelled each box regards its contents and what room it came out of. When we got to where we've moved to there was a load of stuff in the house which should have been moved and was hindering our stuff going in. The lads put it all out the front without complaint then cracked on with moving our stuff in. I fully recommend Relocate Removals they were a good bunch of hard working blokes and they're reasonably priced as well.

After a long stressful wait for contracts to be exchanged and date being set to move, I was delighted to confirm with relocate, my chosen removals people, to move 24th Feb. The removals crew came bang on time and got straight on with the job. They were lovely guys, checked everything with me along the way, were careful and all with a cheerful manner. It was a long journey to face before unloading at the other end and fitting the washing machine and resurrecting my bed. Cant thank Justin's team enough and all at a reasonable cost. I was impressed with the efficient way my move was handled, from my first phone enquiry to completion on moving day. Everyone was courteous and understanding of my needs. On moving day they had boxes and bubble wrap if I required it although I had done my own packing. My only criticism was that I received several phone calls before deciding to use this company which could appear they were desperate for my custom.

After receiving a few overpriced quotes for our impending move, one of our neighbours were moving and I saw Relocate's vans park in front of their house. I decided to get a quote and I was pleasantly surprised that the quote received was reasonable! The reviews online were mixed but after careful thought, we decided to go with them for our packing and removal service. On the day of packing, they team arrived on time and packed us up swiftly. Everything was handled with due care and attention. All boxes labelled and taped securely. On the moving day they arrived on time and got on with the massive task in hand. On arrival at our new property, they swiftly unloaded the lorry and put all the boxes in their respective rooms. Their communication before and after we moved was excellent. I used Relocate for a recent house move, and had the packing and moving service. The packers were extremely efficient, and packed a 3 bedroom terraced house in 5 hours. Everything was well packaged, and protected where necessary. The 2 packets were a delight! The move itself went very smoothly. Some minor damage on a few items but nothing to worry about and I didn’t event bother to notify the company it was so insignificant. Al in all very pleased with the service.

Our moving date was 20th April and we had more boxes and household goods to move that we expected. we were very nervous as this was the first time we have moved in over 25 years. We wasn't expecting the size of the removal truck that turned up let alone two. 6 guys were on the job and started at 8:30 am. They were all loaded and ready to go just after midday. To cut a long story short, we were in and all done by 2:30 that afternoon. The guys were very professional and courteous all day and never stopped. Our nerves were settled from the first moment they arrived to the last. Would i use them again, very much yes.

My move was on March 19th. The removal men arrived very promptly and got on with the job immediately. They’d packed and loaded up in 3 hours, always very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. At my destination the unloading process was very smooth and everything was placed in the respective rooms. They took all the stress out of the day. The rates were very reasonable. My daughter used this company some time ago and her experience was exactly the same. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This company are brilliant. We used them for our move from Rainham (Essex) to Clacton. They were a lovely bunch of guys and very professional. This was the only company that was reasonably priced. They were at my address early and helped move some furniture, was very good at moving furniture from the house to the lorry. Once at my new address they placed all the furniture into the rooms I asked them to. They were very polite when moving the furniture. They moved my leather sofa with care as it was difficult fitting into my lounge. I would definitely use them again & advise my friends to also use them.

We moved house on the 8th May after living there for 45years. So can imagine how much stuff we had. We decided to use Relocate Removal Company Ltd. To be honest having not moved for 45 years we were unsure as to how it would work out. We did not need to worry the Relocate removal team were fantastic. They turned up on time a bit early in fact which really helped us. Steve the main man walked us though the house and explained how it would work. It did not seem to bother them that it was raining hard because they had all the tools to keep everything dry. It went went really well and the Team took all the stress away even things that we thought might be an issue wasnt for them. We all know that moving house is one of the top three most stressful times in your life. Moving house under Covid only makes it worse. And with a stampduty deadline to beat as well... stress! This company from initial quote to the actual move were a joy. If you are an Economist, their price was very competitive. If you are a Customer Service specialist, they were nothing but polite, helpful, willing to do anything. If you are a pragmatist, not a thing arrived in the wrong room or broken. It was the best move I have ever done and these guys are brilliant!

The team were excellent, they did everything I asked to a great standard and put everything in its place, could not fault them. Waiting outside the house for 3 hours while we waited to pick up the keys was no issue.

The team that removed my house contents were very organised and polite, nothing was too much trouble. All contents were replaced in my new home as I directed them, with no breakages or damage.
