Founded in 1990 by specialist surveyors, Andrew Bradshaw and Jamie Willacy, RTC are multi award winners in the building preservation industry and the highest rated Remedial Treatment Specialist on the Fylde Coast. We are TrustMark accredited, have Which? Trusted Trader status and are PCA members, proving we are the elite of what we do.
Our range of services include the control of dampness, above and below ground waterproofing, dry rot, wet rot and woodworm treatment, condensation control, concrete and structural repairs and flood remediation.

I was relieved to have RTC undertake work on my home! You never know how it will go with builders until they've completed the job, so it was a relief when RTC proved itself to be the reliable and professional firm they claim to be on their website. At every point in my contact with them, they have been helpful and knowledgeable - from the first survey visit, while undertaking major works in my kitchen and whole living area, leaving the property completely finished (no little annoying snags), to prompt invoicing and receiving my certificate of works. All the technicians were respectful and careful, keeping me informed of any issues and progress. Thanks to Kris, Dale, Dylan, Ben and Kevin for being a great team, Chris the joiner who went above and beyond, Stacey and Hayleigh for prompt comms and Jamie for project management - and reassurance! Highly recommend this company and would definitely use again.

The gentleman that came to carry out the work was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. He carried out the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself, so you couldn’t even tell he had been. Would recommend this company, hence I am getting them back later in the year to do some damp work for me. Thanks again!

We had our survey done by Sam the day after moving into our new home, he was very helpful and talked through the work required, he was happy to help with any enquirys upto the start of the works. Our technicians where Manni and Dylan, who were both very friendly and efficient, due to the amount of work needed we left them a set of keys and spent the next ~2 weeks elsewhere. Manni kept us up-to-date throughout. The work itself was to a high standard and the attention to detail was excellent. We had a small issue with two other technicians, but upon talking to the office, they arranged for Sam to do a completion survey the next day and it was discussed and sorted out straight away. Would happily recommend.

Highly recommend RTC Andrew came to do the survey and I was really pleasantly surprised at the quote he gave. booked the job in and Hayley in the off ice was exceptionally helpful. Chris and Dom came on the day and were absolutely brilliant. Covered everything, so lovely to engage with and completely trustworthy. The job was done in a day, all cleared up and mopped my floor! RTC from to start to finish carried out this work in a very professional manner. From the initial visit, to a pre start survey I was confident I had selected the right company to carry out this work. Communication from the office as well confirming each stage was excellent as well. The 2 Technicians that came out were superb, they explained at the start what they would be doing & confirmed back to me it was as I expected. Before starting they covered all the floor areas they were working on. They were polite & went about everything in a very professional manner. They also cleaned up as they worked. They completed the job & showed me everything they had done, asking me to check & confirm I was happy. Which indeed I was. I then received a follow up call from the office, again confirming if I was happy with the work. Excellent Service from start to finish. I highly recommend anyone using RTC
