Dear Duncan, thank you for leaving a review and we would like to respond to some of the points you have mentioned; When we give out quotations, a standard insurance is provided with an option to declare the value of your items and increase the level of insurance. I have looked at your account and you opted to choose the standard insurance which is the reason why the standard limit was applicable. I have also looked at the pictures of the 2 items (TV Table and Dining Table) which you claimed are damaged but I can confirm that none of the items were damaged and only had a scratch on them. We understand that with your belongings it is not not always about the monetary value of each item but there is a sentimental value to it as well which is the reason why we always give an option to request a pre-collection sheet to note the current condition of the item. Lastly, I understand that we called a few times on the day but that was to get an idea on the keys collection as the staff had been waiting for a few hours. We always aim to provide an outstanding service and willing to take constructive feedback, if you thing we have let you down in any way then we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
