The guys were friendly and very experienced as well as efficient in packing up and took care. My only negative comment could be the underestimation of the job as we did not leave property until 3pm due to still packing.

I was a bit concerned with the low quote they gave me but decided to go ahead because of your endorsement. Unfortunately, the movers did a poor job packing and unpacking boxes. The worst thing is that they requested the feedback form to be filled on the spot and said that if we didn't fill it on the day, they would not let us keep it.

Hi Yannis, We are very disappointed by your feedback as it was a lot more we moved than we agreed without any extra charges. We wanted to carry out a survey of your property to quote you accordingly but as you did not had time to arrange a survey and the inventory given over the phone was not accurate. But I would like to point out that we still completed the job without any extra charges. I can confirm that all of our staff are trained to pack and move fragile and non-fragile items and there were no items reported as damaged as we carried out the unpacking for you as well. I would recommend you to arrange a site survey when you move next time in order to avoid any issues on the day. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours. Regards Removals Expert Ltd
