Arrived on time. Very slow packing our things up, considering it's a fairly small 2 bed flat, it took 5 hours for the two guys to pack everything. In this time they both took too long on their break. When we finally got to the new flat I had no choice but to help get everything unloaded as it would have been another 5 hours otherwise. This made it a pretty low value service. In the end, by almost 6pm (10 hours later), I just wanted rid of them. Avoid !
