The irony is that these guys were recommended to me and so I went for the full package. They turned out be friendly staff however the packing service was terrible. For example we found shoes packed with clean towels, they didn't have the right tools to dismantle certain furniture, the labelling on the boxes was all mixed up as they combined items from different rooms. They left a trail of mess. When I went to complain after we realised these issues, they couldn't care less, they just wanted their money and to collect the boxes so they could charge someone else for the old damaged boxes. Not a professional service in my opinion.

This is the second time they helped us move and I have to say the team took great care of our belongings and we were amazed to see their attention to detail while we were unpacking as everything was packed with a lot of care.
