Without even bothering to visit us and assess our house, our electricity use or our personal needs, they emailed me a solar panel quote. It was completely inappropriate. Amongst other things, it proposed to install panels on a roof that we already had panels on ! ! No solar panel supplier can design a system to suit a particular household without acquiring full data on the household's existing electricity useage. I suggest that all readers of this review avoid this company.

We've been very happy with Renergy right through the enquiry process to the installation being done. Thomas Silk was our first contact over the ASHP and battery enquiry, and he was helpful without being hard sell. Once we gave the go ahead, the paperwork and visit schedules went ahead swiftly and without any hitches. Alex and Steve came over to assess the layout. They immediately inspired lots of confidence that they would do a good job. And they are both very kind and friendly. Their work was brilliant ( they are both super intelligent guys) and done in such a way that they left no mess . Once completed they gave us lots of advice on how to use the system and Alex explained how to get the app onto my phone and then explored with me how to understand it. Actually wewere sorry to say goodbye! However a few days later Alex had to come back over to make an adjustment to the system. We live quite a way away , on the boundary of their parish so to speak, and yet he came back over in his typically cheerful way , and actually we used the opportunity to ask him more questions about the running of the ASHP. Finally let me say how pleased we are to be off fossil fuels now, and we're enjoying the kind of heat that the ASHP gives. Good overall background heat that doesn't feel drying. We find it's best to keep it going all the time. Not lower than 18° at night when it is super cheap to run because of the tarriff we are on with Octopus. So many thanks to the whole team at Renergy.

The Renergy Solutions team surveyed and fitted 12 Solar Panels and a battery to our home six months ago. From the outset, they were knowledgeable carrying out a detailed survey and patiently answered all our many questions. The office team were really helpful and always got back to us in a reasonable time when we emailed. On the day of fitting the really efficient and friendly team kept us informed and consulted us where there were any adjustments. A few months in we had a problem when our electricity provider replaced our old meter with a smart meter and incorrectly refitted a sensor to the mains cabling. I emailed Renergy Solutions for help and one of the Directors got back to me that day, he diagnosed the problem which was then resolved within 10 minutes. So far the Solar Panels have been one of our ever best investments. Now our usage of mains electricity is minimal, with any costs such as standing charge and electric costs being covered by the excess the panels produce. We no longer worry about electricity charges :-). Producing electricity with the Solax software means we have learned how to use electricity more efficiently. In addition, we feel the payback period will be shorter than predicted. If there was anything I would do differently it might have been to get the extra battery at the lower rate. In summary, this is a professional & responsive company and based our excellent experience we have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

These guys installed a Solar Panel System for us and I have to say they were excellent. While the scaffolding company was a bit lax in communicating when they were coming to set up and take down, Energy Solutions' surveyor and installers were Excellent: • Arrived on time • Very courteous, considerate, neat and tidy • Very fast - 4.5 hours from start to finish • Great cabling skills I would highly recommend Renergy Solutions

As an older woman I was nervous about undertaking a complex , technical scheme but Renergy made it so easy . Their communication is top notch , and they always do what they say they are going to do . All the operatives were polite and efficient from the scaffolders to the panel fitters . Their work is neat and they explained everything to me including how to sell spare capacity back to my supplier . Couldn’t praise them enough and Jo in the office is a star . Thanks , loving my free electricity!

Installation of 9 solar panels with battery: there was a long lead time before they were available, which was made clear from the start. Communication was very good. Staff attending site were knowledgeable, pleasant and did a good job. Products are performing well.

The installation of the panels went smoothly even though they had to return to complete the job. The company was recommended by a neighbor and whilst we were warned that they were difficult and slow to communicate with we never really appreciated the extent of that. The company doesn't really take the time to carry out a full inspection despite the paperwork stating they will which means it's left to you to decide e.g. how many panels to install and whether you genuinely need a battery or not. The battery was pushed and when my daughter asked why we needed it given the cost of our electricity the response was 'its good to have'. The attention to detail is shocking - We made a number of requests for the paperwork to be corrected. They are very prompt at seeking payment but when it comes to removing the scaffolding that's in their time and when you chase this the responses on some occasions are curt. I wouldn't recommend the company unless they change their processes and make more of an effort to listen to the client rather than just get the job done.

I had several quotes and surveys and I was a bit apprehensive about which company to choose. Renergy Solution Ltd came across as trustworthy right from the start, they quickly put my mind at rest and gained my confidence that I had made the correct choice. They were very reassuring and turned out to be great. From meeting the surveyor to the solar panels being installed everything went perfectly smoothly. All of the employees I met or spoke to were helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring and they were not "pushy" like some companies who offer money off if I sign the contract this week/month. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions and left it to me to make my own decision. Their quote I found very reasonable compared to other companies, at the end of the day the cost is a factor but above all else you want a good job done and that's what they do. Special mention of Thomas (Surveyor), Joanna (Finance) and Ben & Lewis (Fitters and Electrician), a great team and a credit to the company. They kept me informed of all the progress along the way and everything was done to schedule. No hiccups, a refreshing change nowadays. I can't praise them enough and I have no hesitation in recommending them. My thanks to all the team.

The team at Renergy provided really good both pre and post installation administration for our system. The works to carry out the install were done neatly, on a timely basis and they cleaned up as they went on. We were given a brief overview of the system and it's capabilities from the installation team and other information was easy to pick up by telephone and on line. The handover paperwork was also very comprehensive. We are pleased with the works and are already seeing a sizeable daily reduction in the amount of electricity we are taking from the grid. Overall a very pleasant company to deal with and we would have no qualms in recommending them to others.

Having been considering replacing an old gas boiler for many years, I decided that it would be sensible to go for the green option of an ASHP. Everyone at Renergy was knowledgeable, a full survey was done most thoroughly and queries were answered quickly. Renergy did all the form filling to obtain the government grant and it all went through quickly. Most of our radiators were replaced and nothing was in the house was convenient for the installation, but when snags arose Ketan, Alex, Steve and Prashant were uncomplaining and interested only in doing a good neat job. I recommend Renergy who are engineers not sales people and are polite, efficient and work to high standards.

Having had three quotations for the installation of an inverter and storage batteries, I accepted the quote from Renergy Solutions Ltd Leicester which wasn’t the lowest but I was impressed with the specification and SolaX equipment to be used. Alex who came to fit the equipment, SolaX Inverter and batteries, arrived punctually and soon had the system up and running. A subsequent programming problem was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Ketan. So that I am now in line to make, very welcome, substantial savings in my electricity costs. I would recommend using Renergy Solutions.

I had 10 solar panels and a battery installed by this company, as my son had used them a few years ago and he was very pleased. The install went very well, took just over half a day before it was switched on and working. So very pleased with them and the results, I called them back to install another 10 on the other roof with another battery. now on a good day we use no mains electricity and with double the panels stand a chance of using a lot less in the winter. Great company to deal with, very helpful, would use them again.

Ketan and his team of engineers retro fitted our Victorian house with an Air Source Heat Pump as well as replaced a number of old radiators for us. We needed to replace our ancient gas boiler and also felt the urgent need to decarbonise our home in light of the climate crisis. Trying to understand how the system would work, fit our house, how to claim the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive etc involved quite a bit of research - once we began to talk to Ketan it was really clear that he was an expert in this field. His manner is very pleasant and helpful, he returned emails and calls promptly and helped us better understand all the processes involved. For these reasons we decided to go with Renergy Solutions Ltd. Ketan came to give us a quote, explained things further - he is a technician, not a sales person, and so was able to answer all the questions we had about locating the ASHP and compressor, new tanks, cabling, piping etc. We were somewhat surprised at the proposed schedule of 4 days and doubted this was possible (our house always throws up some hidden surprises). Nonetheless, they were super efficient, kept to schedule and even managed to address some of those surprises along the way. The Renergy installation team were all really pleasant and helpful. Everything is working perfectly - the final proof of the system will be in the depth of midwinter but we are feeling very confident!

I contacted the trader on 28/12/2020. Within day or two the trader responded and got all details of work required. Quote was sent to me on 30/12/2020. On receiving the quote I applied for Green House Grant. The rep from Renergy Solutions was very helpful in giving details about product and length it will take to get the work done, once the grant is approved. Also game me details of RHI and when to apply. In mid February the grant was approved and deadline to get work done was set mid May. A planned installation of ASHP was worked out. After the consultation, It was decided to commence work on week commencing 26th April 2021 and was told it will take 4 to 5 days. Work was carried professionally and was finished on time. All documents soon followed. The invoice was issued and charged as per quote. Work carried out is tidy and I am satisfied on optimum use of the space. There was slight problem next day on heating water. One phone call and quickly the problem was resolved. The company helped me with the application to claim RHI. Few small queries I had was resolved quickly and satisfactory. I am totally satisfied with the service I received from Renergy Solutions Ltd and would recommend them to anyone wanting use their service specially to install AHSP.

We were attracted to Renergy Solutions by their informative and well set-out website. They were very willing to visit London to supply a full explanation of the quotation that had been supplied by email. They agreed to install at an early date and the work was carried out by a Director and a colleague, taking just 4 hours. The work was very neatly executed with no fuss and no mess. Final documentation was supplied withing 3 working days. Renergy appear to know their business and were happy to explain the installation in layman's terms.

After shopping around and researching the best PV system to suit our needs we chose Renergy. They provided a system which was good value for money. They provided a comprehensive but easy to understand information. They fitted the system into our building schedule so future works weren’t held up. The team were punctual, friendly and efficient. They provided Good information pre and post PV installation.

Very detailed plan from the start on what to expect from the solar set up, Ketan is very knowledgeable and his designs are superb, 18 ultra low black high powered solar panels installed with a solution to heat up hot water too. Highly recommend company, response from the team was always prompt, no pressure sales, trustworthy company who i would highly recommended.

We agreed for this company to fit some solar panels as we dealt with them before the reason being they did a good job at a good price. This time they came and started fitting my panels and during the time they were on the roof fitting their ladder which was up against the guttering of my bungalow slid along the guttering and hit my front door causing damage to it . They agreed to put the damage right . They ordered a new central panel for my door which I received several days later. I ask them when they would come out to fit it as they did say they would come out as soon as it was delivered. I have rang them 3 times and just been told they cannot come out to fit it for another week . We are not happy at having to wait so long to get this damage repaired. We are now having to put up with a door that is letting dampness in. We are now considering getting this job completed by a double glazing company and sending them the bill for it. On the day this happened it was a very stormy day and the wind blew it off my guttering. They do seem to be able to keep promises.

I have had 2 other solar companies around to quote me for a suitable installation for my property. Both of them were the typical high price, unrealistic pay back. Both called their line manager to ask for a discount. Renergy is not like this at all. I found them on eBay and made enquiries. I had a phone call from Prashant from Renergy to discuss my requirements. He then emailed me my options and payback information of suitable installations. No pressure sales, not phoning a friend to get discount, just a very reasonable price for a 5.2kw installation. It was up to me to call him back if I was interested to go ahead with a site visit. There is always some uncertainty when dealing with a new company, but I have no issues in recommending Renergy for a solar installation. You deal with one person through the whole process from start to finish, and this includes after sales service. All the FIT paperwork is done for you by them. The installation team were very respectful of my property and cleaned up after. A big thank you to Prashant and the Renergy team for a successful installation and a happy customer.
