Technician hit radiator on day 1.Caused damage & failed to protect worktops. Technician not qualified plumber to touch pipework & left me without hot water for 24 hours & at risk.Floorboards laid without the area drying out and resulting in a persistent damp smell for 2+ mths.The quality of work dreadful & subpar, squeaking & uneven floorboards & substantial gaps allowing heat loss and the entry of black flies.2nd leak due to touching pipework was not authorised to touch & HO left a clinically vulnerable adult to the elements of the cold for over a week.Technician's language inappropriate & disclosing a criminal record.Day2 technician was no better had no floorboards with him and left & I had to source a plumber as Rentokil couldn't. Day 3 falsely claimed to have conducted fogging despite evidence proving other wise.Not possible to lay 51/2 sq metres of flooring in kitchen, remove 2 floorboards in the living room, fog an area of 36sq metres all in 2.5 hrs and no residual smell & consumption showing at 3.90KWH with no unusual spikes in electricity.2nd leak left a clinically vulnerable adult to the elements of the cold for over a week with no contact from HO which has been consistent throughout.No offer to recompense apart from 300 & nothing for stress, A/L & additional costs incurred. Shambolic service which has left me severely traumatised & the fact I still have to deal with this company & have them back in my home feels me with dread. The trust has gone with this company.

We had the whole ground floor stripped of plaster up to 1.5 m deep. Damp course injected into the walls. Replaced a dozen floor joists and had all the timber in the house treated for woodworm. Great service from the start. Surveyor really knew his stuff and was happy to discuss in detail, even before I agreed to have the work done. The team that came to do the work were polite and friendly, they worked really fast and always cleaned up. They answered all questions and were happy to make minor changes to the work. The finished job was to a very high standard and cleaned up properly. Can't recommend them enough.

A Rentokil technician came to our home to treat the loft space in the oldest part of our home. The technician very carefully explained to us what he was going to do and the precautions he would put in place whilst the treatment was in progress. After the treatment, he showed us the photographs he had taken in the loft space, discussed the state of the old timbers which he assured us were sound and assured us that no further action on our part would be necessary. He then cleared away all protective covers and fixed a danger label to the loft entrance hatch stating when it could be opened for use (7 days from 11th Dec.) We gave him an excellent on Trust Pilot.
