Michael & his team were brilliant from start to finish. Prior to the job Michael spent time answering all our questions prior to what felt like a mammoth task of a full house rewire whilst living in the property. He found a solution to every problem & nothing was too much trouble. The team were reliable & professional & did everything they could to make a difficult situation far easier than expected. I rang Michael as our lighting had developed a mysterious fault. He was brilliantly communicative about when he’d be able to come over and his charges as it was a Saturday and arrived when he said he would. Michael worked incredibly methodically to diagnose the fault and explained what he was doing. When he had to cut a small hole into our ceiling because of a poorly sited junction, rather than doing it with the equipment he had, he went to get materials to do a better job and then did so with great care, cleaning up properly after himself and then doing a really excellent repair to minimise the damage. He made a number of sensible recommendations for the future and was clear about distinguishing between necessary and optional further work given our aging electrics. It’s never brilliant to develop electrical faults at home, but I couldn’t be happier with the service, work and explanation that Michael provided. Highly recommended.
