I found RGM excellent. They have fitted boilers both for my niece and myself. Their customer service is excellent. The jobs were done with care and skill and the house was left tidy. Their prices were extremely reasonable with accurate information at all times.

following several quotes, i decided to go with this firm, largely based on "which" reviews & the fact that they carried out a proper survey before quoting. I had an old standard boiler, hot water tank & pipework removed. New combi boiler installed and rad power-flush. The plumber (Billy) & his team were excellent, going above & beyond when they encountered a glitch. I have no fear in recommending them to anyone.

Asked RGM Heating to repair gas fire, which wouldn't ignite and had just gone beyond its 4 year guarantee from the manufacturer. The manufacturer were extremely uncooperative in communications about replacement parts, and over a period of winter months! Eventually RGM resolved the matter by considerable ingenuity in getting the parts, fixing the fire and we were delighted to once again watch its flickering flame on a cold spring evening.

New boiler and roof installation work was expertly completed. The workmen were extremely competent with the work undertaken. Clear information from company of pricing and payment. Experienced informative options and advice on project undertaken was given. Agreement on quotes, invoices and payments discussed and agreed upon. Great care and tidyness was taken whilst working. I would absolutely recommend this company for their excellent work and a job well done.

RGM came out to service my boiler etc. also got them to look at a radiator that wasn't working. It was done at a high standard. Also was quick to fine the fault with the radiator, pleased with the outcome. Will use them again for future work, thanks again

I wanted to use a local company and from initial contact through all stages of the work including quotation and installation, all communication and works were carried out highly efficiently and professionally. From initial survey and quotation to the completion of the work (additional loft insulation and flooring) we were delighted with the service we received from RGM Heating Ltd. Was contacted by RGM after my post regarding my boiler not working and they came out the same day. Both boys very friendly and professional, excellent service recieved through out and my boiler was fitted with the new part the very next day. I was very surprised at how fast and efficient the service was from RGM Heating Ltd. I was a little embarrassed as I could have probably done the job myself as all I needed to do was reset the button on the boiler itself but the boss gave me a discount on the call-out charge which was a big thing for me! The engineer and his boss were extremely helpful with whatever else they could do for me! (I wasn’t well and the boss even dropped off bread, milk etc) don’t think that’s in his remit but I did appreciate this kindness. He also gave me a reasonable quote for a new boiler which I would actually very much like to accept due to the way in which they were friendly but professional at the same time but due to finances being as tight as they are I really need to get another few quotes before I make my decision. I’m counting on theirs being the best 🤞 You can’t go far wrong with tradesmen that offer help, kindness and good deals!!

Contacted RGM Heating to enqire regarding installing interlinked smoke alarms as required in Scotland. Was quoted a very reasonable estimate and the work was carried out a couple of days later by very competent and friendly installers, the price quoted was what I was billed for. Would use this company again.

RGM Heating Ltd carried out our annual service on our combi-boiler at a time to suit our needs. Care and attention was given and there was no mess. Good clear advice was given and it didn’t feel like a rushed job. Reasonable price as well. We also arranged to have the new interlinked smoke and heat detectors installed. They removed our old smoke alarms and replaced with the new ones. The additional detectors were also installed without any mess or need to decorate. Full demonstration provided. I will be using again and would recommend due to their customer service, quality and value.

This is the first time that I have used RGM Heating. They did the power flush and spent time finding faults on the boiler. However I decided to have a new up to date boiler installed. All the work was carried out very quickly and in a professional manner. I will be using RGM for any future work and servicing.
