We have used Rhodes twice in the last twelve months - first time in 2024 to conduct a full central heating system flush and more recently the installation of a new gas boiler. In both instances it's been a pleasure to deal with Dale and Loren - bookings easily arranged and all the necessary follow-ups and paperwork all efficiently dealt with. Above all however it was how uttlerly kind, considerate and friendly Dale was when on site especially with, 91 year old, mum. Completely trustworthy aswell as being able to explain in normal languaage what needed to be carried out on both job. I can't recommend Rhodes highly enough. ***** service.

We have used Rhodes Plumbing for a few years and they have been exceptional. They put right a problem caused by another firm and we have used them ever since to service our boiler. Most recently Dale installed a gas cooker in our rental flat on a Sunday so that the tenants could move in immediately. I recommend them wholeheartedly for being reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.

We recently moved into the house and immediately found problems with broken wastes in two washbasins and a WC backing up. Also central heating not functioning. On the recommendation of a neighbour we called Rhodes Plumbing and Dale Rhodes came to our rescue. He replaced several parts, electrical and plumbing, and stayed late and worked on until everything was in order. We count ourselves very lucky to have found Rhodes Plumbing.

Rhodes have done a number of jobs for us now and we have always found their service reliable. Everything is always left in good order and they are quick to follow-up with any queries.

We have been using Rhodes to service our boiler for several years, and they've always done a great job. They've also resolved several plumbing issues over the years, including a faulty toilet, which another plumber said would need our entire bathroom to be amended to access. Recently, Jon did a fantastic job with some new plumbing work and was polite, helpful and gave me every confidence in his work.

I cannot praise Rhodes Plumbing too highly. I have been using them for some years. They are local to me and turn up when they say they will. Most recently, I had two problems with my downstairs toilet. This is a house built in 1960 and has an overhead cistern. Fixing that was not insurmountable, but it was discovered that the pedestal was leaking. Fortunately, John was able to solve that problem and then was able to deal with the wash basin, which was not draining. He did a beautiful job with the new pipework and cleared up afterwards.

Rhodes Plumbing came to service our central heating system. The work was done to the agreed schedule and within budget. Both Dale and John attended. They stood out for their technical knowledge and complete competence. They are both efficient, courteous and actually very good company. They were both entirely forthright, honest and dependable. You couldn't fault them for their helpfulness. We're confident that, if any aftercare proves necessary, they will respond promptly.

I've been using Rhodes Plumbing & Heating Ltd for many years. Having had service so poor from a previous heating engineer that I was exposed to a carbon monoxide leak, I needed to know I was in safe hands. I cannot recommend this company highly enough: they are expert and efficient, and their customer service is second to none.

I contacted Rhodes for a Boiler service on my Vaillant boiler that was installed by another plumber over lockdown. Dale arrived on time and was friendly and professional throughout. Unfortunately, he found a couple of safety issues with the last boiler installation which I have booked them to sort for me soon. I’d used Rhodes before lockdown but had to get someone else for an emergency leak through the kitchen ceiling from an upstairs toilet and for the boiler replacement during this time as they were not available. I have confidence in them, find them professional and trust them to do the right thing. The customer service and communication is friendly and efficient.They are quick to respond.

Our leaking Tap was efficiently repaired by Jon and time was saved by checking Prior to arriving if parts were available locally calls-which was much appreciated. He also fitted a Water Filter under kitchen sink.

I have had Dale about 4 times now for a variety of plumbing jobs. He is always friendly, reliable, and keeps his appointments. On this occasion, he had to replace a worn ballcock valve in the cold water tank in the loft. He came as arranged and did a swift and efficient job. I would certainly recommend him.

Rhodes has carried out an annual inspection and service of my Worcester boiler for the past 10 years, this being the latest. They have always been on time, efficient, and courteous, and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring similar work.
