From being rude, charging us for things that weren’t needed, leaving a ‘call us urgently’ message on a Friday night and then returning our call on a Monday… I feel this company should not be trusted. Avoid at all costs.

I've used Rhodes Plumbing for a number of jobs (scheduled and emergency) in SE London. They are great to deal with on the phone for bookings/admin and the plumber team is very friendly and professional. They provide good onward self-maintenance advice and options for the job. They are very capable, calm and attentive. Feels like you are in a safe pair of hands with them and that the job will run smoothly and to budget.

I found Rhodes plumbing on Google just after I moved into my flat and my boiler was not working. They calmly walked me through the issue over the phone for ten minutes and identified and sorted the problem – and didn't charge me anything for the advice. From then on I've booked them three times to service my boiler. Their engineers are reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. As a company, they really look out for their customers. I'm planning to get a new boiler in the next few years and change some of my radiators. No question: I'll be getting Rhodes plumbing to do the work.

Rhodes have been doing our boiler servicing in recent years. Their work has always been highly satisfactory. The engineer explains all the issues mostly clearly and offers options. We are impressed by his candour and his technical skills. All work was done neatly, promptly and our kitchen was left in nice clean condition. The cost of the service was entirely reasonable. The engineer was courteous, knowledgeable and good-natured. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.
