I have used Rhodes plumbing for a number of years of years . I have a boiler that has been problematic since we moved in a number of years ago as the system was not properly designed for the purpose, but to put in a new system would involve the disruption and cost that we do not want to undertake. Rhodes plumbing recognise our dilemma and have always given us the best advice trying to find ways to minimise cost but providing the best service. I have always trusted their advice and have recommended them to other friends who like me have been really impressed with their reliability and service and in turn recommend them to others.

The engineer arrived late with no apology The first thing he said was I wish I wasn’t here in front of of 3 people, then said it again when flooring was taken up, he made more unnecessary and wrong comments about basic standard work practice, the customer care was poor and unprofessional. Plumber Jon resolved water hammer problem involving neighbouring flats, replacing faulty valve and part of pipe. He took care and time to explain clearly what was needed and work was done on time and to budget. It was easy to contact them through their helpful co ordinator Loren at the office. I had used Rhodes for smaller plumbing jobs before this and always found them trustworthy, helpful and reliable. Delighted to have found them and happy to recommend them.

I have used Rhodes Plumbing & Heating Ltd a number of times over the past 3 years - and would highly recommend them. They were recommended to me by my neighbour how also had a good experience with them. In 2022, Dale successfully located an underfloor leak (with minimal disruption), and installed new surface mounted piping to solve the issue. He has also serviced my boiler annually since 2022 - and last year in 2024, replaced my 12+ yr old boiler which sadly packed up, with a new Worchester Bosch combi boiler which has worked brilliantly. It's delightfully quiet and really efficient. Dale and his team have always communicated brilliantly with me - and helped make a stressful plumbing situation (the aforementioned underfloor leak) much easier to deal with. Dale is extremely knowledgeable and transparent - giving me great explanations of everything so I feel I can make an informed decision - which is much appreciated. Dale has always been considerate in the way he works - leaving everything refreshingly clean - and has made me feel like I'm in safe hands. I also feel the pricing is fair - having shopped around prior to using them.

I've used Rhodes Plumbing for a number of jobs (scheduled and emergency) in SE London. They are great to deal with on the phone for bookings/admin and the plumber team is very friendly and professional. They provide good onward self-maintenance advice and options for the job. I found Rhodes plumbing on Google just after I moved into my flat and my boiler was not working. They calmly walked me through the issue over the phone for ten minutes and identified and sorted the problem – and didn't charge me anything for the advice. From then on I've booked them three times to service my boiler. Their engineers are reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. As a company, they really look out for their customers. I'm planning to get a new boiler in the next few years and change some of my radiators. No question: I'll be getting Rhodes plumbing to do the work.

This is the first time I have used the services of Rhodes Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd. Booking was straightforward. I sent a message stating my issues and received a reply which included an appointment date of only a few days wait. I was in the process of changing a kitchen tap but had not completed the job. When the Engineer arrived I explained why and he offered to finish it; when that was done he then carried out a full service on the boiler. Great communicator, explained what he was doing and reason for doing so; all work comes with a guarantee The whole process was seamless from booking to job completion. Great service and I will pass on the company name to local family and friends.

I picked Rhodes Plumbing based on their good reviews, but you never really know. But I’ve now used them three times over the past year or so, To fix a leak, fit a shower pump and install a tap. Every time they have been professional, reliable, quick to respond and deal with the issue, helpful with advice, friendly and fairly priced. I’m so glad I found them, they are my go to from now on. I just need to find other tradespeople this good!

I have used Rhodes Plumbing for just over 3 years and I would 100% recommend them. Jon has been to our home a number of times to do the annual boiler service and has recently changed a radiator in our bathroom. Our boiler lost pressure due to a leak in our towel rail in the bathroom. This was quickly resolved however he diligently tested the heating thoroughly. He also fixed a long-standing noisy radiator! Great friendly service. Have used Rhodes several times now and they are our go-to guys.

The toilets required more work than originally quotes for but he still got it all sorted without charging any extra and even shifted the positioning of the toilet (which the original builders has put in a weird spot). I have a flat and as I am not permanently resident my insurance company were insisting on a system to monitor water flow and consequently any leaks. Dale came as arranged to give an estimate. After his appraisal he recommended installing a simple off/on lever instead of an electronic monitor - a much cheaper and more satisfactory solution. He returned as arranged to do the work. I’ve been using Dale and the team for a few years. The title of my review sums it up. Dale never takes any shortcuts. He will always analyse the problem and err on the side of caution - imperative with any plumbing or heating. In this case, he took remedial work to rectify a poorly fitted boiler flue and gave me one hundred percent confidence with his completed work. Communications from the office are also reliable. I won’t use anyone else going forward.

I used Rhodes Plumbing & Heating when our boiler broke. They had to visit twice, once to diagnose the problem and a second time to install a new fan. I found it easy to get in contact with Rhodes and the office staff were really responsive. The visit was scheduled, and as promised, the engineer called ahead to give notice of their exact arrival time. The engineer was really courteous and showed me what the problem was. He did his best to fix the problem on the same day but as it happened we needed to order a spare. Once the new part was available, the engineer returned promptly to fix the boiler. I have given a mid-range score for value as I have no comparison, but Rhodes are clear about their pricing.

Rhodes Plumbing were recommended by 2 friends/neighbours who had used them over the years for various jobs and were very pleased with the work done by the company. We first used Rhodes earlier this year and again in September where they upgraded our radiators. Each time we have been very pleased with the work done by the Engineer Jon Schaub. He took time to listen, considered the job at hand, make sound recommendations if necessary, and explained what was being done. Each time the work was carried out the work expertly and efficiently. Explained what we needed and that we have a newborn baby. Arranged for a plumber to come at a certain day/ time. We changed our plans/ work day to accommodate this. I was asked for my address by email which I sent on the morning of the appointment. I was then told the appointment was gone as they needed my address to confirm it. Was very happy we received from John . He arrived in time repacked our valve in shower and used initiative and replaced 2nd valve at same time which was great. The 2nd job leaking mixer taps/kitchen recommended new taps as they were old but did not pursue this as seem ok now. The plumber was very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient! I had a Nest system fitted to control our central heating. The plumber discussed the job with me to confirm what I was expecting, then installed the Nest and showed me how to set it up. He also advised best ways to use it going forward. He was friendly and professional and absolutely brilliant with my dog, who was is nervous with strangers, but soon relaxed with him as he took the time to be make friends with her too!

A new boiler and pump and associated fittings. A clear and detailed estimate was given. The work was completed satisfactorily over a period of five days. Dale kept us up to date on the work as it proceeded and answered our queries as they arose. His associate Rob at the office of the firm provided liaison as appropriate. We had a couple of issues with our kitchen sink - a blockage and a loose fitting. We have also used Rhodes plumbing previously for a broken toilet.
