With a large dollop of trepidation, we began the journey of replacing our old, worn out kitchen. After trawling around many outlets and showrooms, we decided on R&R, following an initial contact visit with Daniel in the showroom. From that first meeting, armed with ideas, prices, choices of appliances and a myriad of other stuff, we took the plunge. We would like to thank Daniel for his unending patience, help and advice. Joel, Lawrence and Simon who began work each morning at 8 am and at the end of the day, made sure everything was left as clean and tidy as possible. Chris the electrician, Carl the plasterer who came out on a Sunday morning to undertake an extra job , Magnificent Matt and Alfie here one evening until 7pm when our boiler decided to play up. And finally to the ever resourceful Rick, trouble shooter extraordinaire for whom nothing was too problematic, who made sure the job was kept to the allotted time scale. We love our new, high quality, kitchen - its an absolute joy. We have already recommended R&R to friends and acquaintances and will continue to sing the praises of this highly efficient and professional company. Thanks everyone for a job extremely well done.

The service we received was excellent. From our initial enquiry and quotation Daniel was helpful and informative, listened to our comments and needs. We were provided with a comprehensive quote and 3D render of the designs for thebathroom and ensuite. The final rooms look exactly like the plans. The team that carried out the work was also excellent, Joel kept us informed on progress daily and fixing any problems quickly. Everything was done on schedule and sometimes even a few days early. These are big and disruptive projects, but the team made everything as smooth as possible so I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We recently had our bedroom and ensuite bathroom designed and installed by Richard & Richard’s Design & Installation Specialists Ltd. Daniel did the design for us. He came to measure up and listened to our ideas and needs. The design that Daniel created for us was brilliant. He designed both the bedroom and ensuite to be contemporary, modern and included all the items on our wish list. We were able to choose wardrobes, bathroom fixtures & fittings, flooring and wall tiles all under one roof at their premises in Pear Mill, Stockport. The installation team were excellent. They were hardworking, skilled and a pleasure to have in our home. The team cleaned up at the end of each day and were so tidy! The quality of their workmanship was exemplary. We had a couple of small issues along the way which were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Richard & Richard’s Design & Installation Specialists Ltd, in fact we already have!

This team are exceptionally good. I am not prone to hyperbole, but I recommend them on so many levels. To begin with, they are highly professional - supervised by the ever-conscientious (and very hard working and able) Rick, the young-ish workers applied themselves skillfully and diligently. The input the firm provided over the design and major refurbishments to my kitchen, sitting room, and two bathrooms was both inspiring and impressively accomplished. On the design/co-ordinating front, Ben was highly creative and thoughtful (and patient!) and judged the degree of consultation and 'going ahead' (there were so many decisions to be taken) just right. On top of all of this, the team are personable and good to be around - a blessing when for a while I had to live with them cheek-by-jowl on what was effectively a building site. The result: a wonderfully transformed home and a very satisfied and grateful me.

I’m actually a returning customer this time around, having had the team fit my kitchen a couple of years ago. Before I’d thought to check whether R&R did bathrooms too, I’d visited the usual high street brands, and either felt disappointed by the choices or [helpfully, actually] just told that my ideas and vision were not in their capabilities! I knew Daniel from the kitchen job I’d had done, so knew I was going to experience no pressure - he just listened to my ideas and offered his creativity and ideas right when they were needed. He’s got a real flare for getting you to that final design, when you’ve only got the key ideas in your head. My ideas needed guidance - I ran the risk quite heavily of the finished job not being right, being as bold as they were! You get a bit nervous when you can’t find a single result on Google to describe what you’re imagining(!) So many thanks Daniel - Rick - the great team of lads who represented them so well - and various others who I know took a keen interest in nailing this (e.g. my obsession with getting lighting just right, that needed assistance too!). Great team, great result, great experience, great big pain that I now can’t stand my en suite. Guess I’ll see you soon chaps ;-) (And to the casual reader, to prove my point about the madness of my design, I can’t even put a name to it, to point out which picture it is above! The jungle… cave… spa? You can see why I’m buzzing about the result)

We had our kitchen and utility room designed and professionally installed by Richards and Richards around 7 years ago. Everyone was super friendly, incredibly patient as we made constant changes, and very professional. Ricky and Dan in particular were so helpful throughout the process, communication was excellent and the whole project went seamlessly well. Thanks to Rick who fitted all the quality units and appliances our kitchen looks as good now seven years on as it did after installation. We recently had a problem with the kitchen tap which was making a loud air like sound when we flushed the upstairs toilet. We don't know any plumbers so I rang Richards and Richards to see if they could recommend anyone. Ricky told me he would get Rick to pop in and have a look as he was working in our area. Sure enough within a few days Rick called round, diagnosed the fault and returned the next day to effect a permanent repair. What fantastic service! Even more incredible was that no charge was made for the repair when we called in the office to settle the bill! It's no wonder this company has gone from strength to strength and increased it's workforce to cope with the high demand for quality products and workmanship at a competitive price. We have no hesitation in recommending Richards and Richards should you be thinking about having a new kitchen or bathroom installed. We are thinking of having a new downstairs toilet fitted in the New Year and we will calling Ricky for a quotation.

We required two new bathrooms to be installed on a high floor in a city centre apartment building, which we thought may be a problem as some tradesmen don’t like the aggravation of working in town, or in apartment buildings where it’s more problematic transporting materials and getting parked, and where having a skip to haul rubbish away isn’t possible. However, on a recommendation from a neighbour, we approached R&R, who were quite happy to do the whole turnkey project. Initially we had a couple of design meetings before signing off on everything, and then they ripped out the old and put in the new. The installation was completed in time and with very little hassle. The end result was far better than we had expected, and it all came in under budget. We have renovated a ruin in Spain and a barn in the UK, and installed new kitchens in properties, but we have never worked with a better team than R&R. Good design, stress free installation, and an end product that bettered our expectations, all under budget. What’s not to like? From our experience we would be happy to recommend them for any design and build project. Frankly, given the work we’ve done in the past, I wish we’d met them earlier.

R & R designed and installed my bathroom a few years ago and they were my first choice when it came to a new kitchen. Daniel designed and managed the whole project after talking it through with me: no ‘hard sell’ here but listening and suggesting options until we arrived at the perfect solution. There was regular communication with me throughout and once again the results are brilliant - just what I wanted. All the team at R & R are exceptional but I have to thank Simon especially for his fantastic craftsmanship in the installation. I also appreciated the careful and tidy way everything was left at the end of each day, which minimised disruption. All the different trades were great and arrived/completed work to the schedule Daniel managed. The extra building work involved (moving windows) was achieved efficiently and as with the kitchen installation, to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard & Richard’s: they work incredibly hard, taking a great pride in all aspects of each project. This is a company you can trust completely.

Having used Richard and Richards last year (2022) for design and installation of the kitchen (installed by Lawrence and Simon, so professional), we went straight back to them for the design and installation of our shower room. Both projects were managed by Ben, who listened to what we were striving for and understood our budget). Everything was thoroughly explained to us and the video of the design was extremely helpful. The budget was spot on, no hidden extras and the schedule went perfectly to plan. Rick and Joel did the installation, incredibly professional, and answered any/many questions we had, they kept us informed of the work done and at the end of each day left everywhere tidy. Richard and Richards have impressive customer service and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Richards & Richards provided an excellent design, fitting and Project Management service for a new bathroom in a tenanted house. They were always professional, helpful and easy to get hold of. The work was undertaken to time and when issues arose they were addressed promptly and efficiently. The quality of work was excellent and the price less than agreed, due some items not being necessary. Overall it was a pleasure working with them.

From my initial meeting with Daniel, the project manager, to Martin, the fitter's, perfectionism, every aspect of the job was of the highest standard. Daniel listened to what I wanted and provided a beautiful plan within my budget. All the materials that he sourced were of a very high standard. Martin and Suzanne, who completed all the work, gutting my old bathroom and rebuilding it, are clearly very skilled craftspeople. Every aspect of the bathroom was completed meticulously. The aftercare service has also been first rate. I would recommend them highly. Absolutely worth the money.

I decided to engage R&R as they provide a complete service from design to supply to installation, which took the hassle out of everything. From the outset, the design was fantastic with R&R providing CGI panoramas of the envisaged finished product. We made tweaks to the design and products and materials throughout the project which R&R were only too happy to accommodate. Upon supply, all products were of exceptional quality. The workmanship of the installation is second-to-none with ongoing design improvements suggested throughout. All R&R representatives were punctual, polite and professional. Communication was exceptional and the finished product is beautiful.

We recommend to use Richard and Richards as we are pleased with the work they have done. If we have had any queries they have always attended to them. Recently I marked the bath and R&R came round and polished out the mark. Their after sales service is excellent.

We decided that our 20-year-old kitchen had seen better days but who to trust with creating a new one? Several neighbours recently had new kitchens fitted and Richard & Richard’s name came up with glowing reviews. Being a ‘Which’ recommended outfit was a big plus. From initial contact through site visits, drawing plans up, recommendations for units, all was done very professionally, friendly and without any pressure selling. The work was started on time, everything went smoothly, plumbers, electricians, plasterers all turned up on schedule and their work was of a high standard. The kitchen fitter worked tirelessly and with great skill and the finished kitchen was everything we had hoped for. We can highly recommend Richard &Richards from our experience, they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but the standard of work, craftsmanship, materials and organisation is excellent. When we’ve saved up the bathroom is next!

I originally sought Which's Trusted Traders so as to find a trader for the design and installation of our new shower-room. I was encouraged by the high rating of customer reviews of Richard & Richards' and their website showcasing their excellent work. Richard & Richards have completely delivered on all stages of the project. The customer service from Daniel has been excellent, the information and breakdown of the work (such what is included and what is not) detailed in the plan is clear and comprehensive, the reliability of the team was excellent, all the work was completed according to the original timetable, the shower room is of a high standard and we are impressed by the transformation.

Someone reviewed R and R stating their new bathroom fit was as good as the previous refit of their kitchen. This sold the company for me. Daniel gave me confidence from our first meet, he was punctual, listened and was able to advise when needed. Work started on time and finished on time. Our fitters were really nice guys and did an excellent job, always tidy and didn't mind my questioning. Sub contractors for flooring, tiling, tops and electrics were all good. We came in on budget and minor hiccups with refitting in an old house were easily and quickly sorted. Would I get R and R to do my bathroom. I certainly would.

Highly recommended. From the moment we engaged R&R for a small project they truly did deliver. The service, communication and workmanship was outstanding. We have used Richard and Richards for a number of projects over the years. On this occasion, we were creating a disabled-friendly en-suite bathroom within one of the bedrooms in our house. From start to finish, Richard and Richards gave excellent and high quality service. Full design was completed with a choice of finishes and accessories. The installation went seamlessly, with excellent project management of all the different trades. The work was done without disrupting our household and in a clean and tidy manner. It is so rare to find a company of this quality - we cannot recommend more highly!

I have had work done by Richard & Richard's previously and they have always been excellent when it came to customer service. I recently had a problem with a ballcock on an expansion tank on my heating system. I phoned them on the off chance they could help, and they didn't let me down. As it was entering the weekend I was worried about who to phone, thankfully they came to the rescue. They have never let me down, and always gone the extra mile.

We spoke to numerous kitchen companies (big and small) and were recommended R&R. We felt they best understood what we wanted and our constraints around budget. It's safe to say they delivered (at every stage!) and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Had a downstairs toilet made into a shower room. We had trouble looking for trades people to remove existing walls and building new ones and wanted the job doing by one company to make it easier for us. Richard and Richards were spot on in everything they did from turning up for the initial consult on time yes on time! to delivering the finished product. We were very happy with the professionalism, attention to detail and craftsmanship of all the guys working there. Also the clean up operation on a day to day basis ensuring everywhere was kept as clean and tidy as possible. I can highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

R&R completed the task of reconfiguring the ground floor of our house to our utmost satisfaction. This included the repositioning of the boiler & electrics to create a new storage space under the stairs, the partial removal of a stud wall to join the kitchen/dining area, extensive re-plastering, new flooring throughout & installing bespoke cabinets, shelving & appliances to provide us with a kitchen/dining room of the highest quality. The entire process from the initial showroom consultation to the conclusion of the project was both “Remarkable & Reassuring!” Communication from start to finish was outstanding. Throughout, two way discussions were actively encouraged facilitating the smooth and seamless completion of the project. R&R gave us a detailed quotation that was within our established budget & there were no hidden costs. Any changes to the final total were at our request for additional work. From Daniel, coordinating calmly & assuredly in the office, to every single skilled workman who delivered the highest possible standard of work in the most respectful & mannerly way, it was a pleasure to welcome them each day. To mention anyone individual from the team would be unfair as each played a significant part in bringing the job to fruition. R&R were reliable & punctual for work every day, relentless & resourceful in their pursuit of excellence & respectful to us, our home & our neighbours in going about their business. We had a beautiful kitchen fitted, from start to finish was perfection. All the lads are very friendly, Polite, hard working and Professional They kept to the three week time schedule right to the Day. The quality of the kitchen, floor etc. everything is absolutely fabulous I want to say a big thank you to Daniel, the project manager, he did the 3D model layout design, it was amazing, Laurence, Simon, Rick, Joel for kitchen fitting, John and Dave for new flooring, plus Luke and Callum at Simplicity Granite for worktops and Danny the electrician. I had a new kitchen and utility room fitted. R&R also updated my wardrobes. I was most impressed by the way all the work was done. I was given a detailed schedule in advance and the work would have finished on time had covid not intervened. The team worked together well and were very professional. They cleaned up after all the work every day. I am really pleased with all the work they did and would highly recommend this company.

We wanted to update the kitchen rather than entirely replace it. This in itself can raise issues as some we approached only wanted to undertake complete replacement which in our case seemed excessive. Richard and Richard's were entirely open about any feasible request. We had reasonably definite ideas as to what we wanted but needed guidance over some issues and this was expertly given. The work location is an apartment in the city centre - again this can cause problems but there were none with this firm. The work was carried out promptly, with a great deal of attention to detail when this was needed, and in a tidy manner. Every individual involved in the undertaking was very congenial and skilled. From first contact up to completion of our new kitchen everything was very slick and professional. Planning was initiated during lockdown via a rough sketch and photos from us. The virtual presentation provided was spot on. After lockdown we visited the showroom to view the various options open to us. Ben assisted admirably in this process and we eventually ended up with his recommendations regarding cupboards, work surfaces, flooring and tiling. R and R managed the whole project including the sub-contracting of plasterer, gas technician, electrician, flooring installer, tiler and skip. They also sourced all materials. All personnel (both R and R and sub-contractors) involved from removal of the old kitchen to completion of the new project were courteous, knowledgeable and the quality of their work was superb. We were given a start date and a time frame 3 months from placing the order. The promises made were fulfilled in full and on time. The whole process was incredibly smooth and well managed with no real hiccups. I purchased an apartment that needed a complete makeover so I took my time in researching in order to ensure a good job, which would be as hassle free as possible. I came across Richard & Richard’s and contacted them due to the reviews and because they were a ‘Which’ approved company. Daniel designed and project managed the work. The difference from other quotes was different from the onset… Daniel didn't just design what I asked for but offered suggestion, showing me options I had not thought of. The 3D design was better that I imagined and the end results were exactly as designed. The work included knocking down two walls; installing a kitchen and bathroom and turning a very small cloakroom into a shower room. I am delighted with the work, the process and the customer service. Richards and Richard's provided a fantastic service for our bathroom. Ricky was brilliant helping us plan everything and provided clear and timely communication throughout. The installation included knocking down a wall between the bathroom and toilet but everything went exactly to schedule. Brett and everyone else involved were very helpful and did an excellent job, they turned up exactly on time everyday and we were impressed with how tidy they left everything. When a couple of unexpected minor issues cropped up, they were great with dealing with the problems quickly and to a high standard. I previously had R&R fit my kitchen a couple of years ago and was so pleased with the whole experience, I chose them again to design and fit my bath/shower room. Dan gave excellent advice on the design and layout and always promptly replied to any questions I had. They started work on the agreed date and were here working each day until it was completed. I had minimal disruption, they tidied up each day and they always made sure I had water available. Just under 2 years ago we employed the services of Richard and Richard's to design and install our kitchen. We received outstanding service from Daniel who designed our kitchen - the 3D design created was exactly as we'd imagined our new kitchen to look. One of the reasons we employed R&R was their ability to project manage all aspects of the job with their expert fitters and skilled tradesmen. So when we decided to go ahead with a new bathroom we went directly to R&R. Designed by Daniel and expertly fitted by Brett, we are thrilled with the result. Everything about the service was impressive. Daniel was able to produce designs quickly, using quality products within our budget. As the project commenced just prior to lockdown, the majority of contact was completed via email. This did not impact the project at all. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions and nothing was too much trouble. The project started and ended on schedule. A truly professional service by all at R&R and team and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to as Richards and Richards deserve it. Ever since we stepped into the showroom, we've been treated professionally, with a personal touch. The kitchen has turned out better than we had hoped as throughout the build Rick, Daniel and his tradesmen offered help and advice and good solutions were offered to any problems encountered. There was no penny pinching, and in certain situations, money was actually saved and we had complete in Richard and Richards and anybody they used or recommended. My experience of working with R&R was exemplary from enquiry to completion. There was never any hint of pressure in the showroom, simply a willingness from Daniel and his colleagues to provide the appropriate advice on design, components and a sense of prioritisation. Daniel spent a great deal of time helping answer queries and always made himself available to help, adapting to various lockdowns conditions using a variety of tech. Unlike many National suppliers, the costs were extremely transparent which really helped bring things in on budget, and R&R helped ensure there were no surprises. The fit was completing to a very high standard. The communication between R&R and the contractor team with me was exceptional. The attention to detail on site was excellent, and tiny details and issues which could easily have been neglected were addressed creatively and with a perfect finish. I have no hesitation in recommending their service and would use them again in a heartbeat should the need arise.

I wanted to update my ‘tired’ kitchen whilst retaining the basic design and some of the existing appliances. Richards and Richards were the third company I approached. I was impressed by Daniel and his team from the outset. No hard sell - just excellent advice resulting in a stylish, contemporary and practical kitchen design at a competitive price. The quotation was both detailed and straight forward. The 3D presentation of the design was impressive giving a clear virtual impression of the finished product. Daniel was patient and constructive when I changed my mind on several occasions during the design process. The kitchen fitting team led by Rick were excellent. High quality workmanship undertaken within the agreed time schedule and cost estimate. Last month I needed to replace my dishwasher. Unfortunately I miscalculated the measurements for the replacement washer as a result of which it would not fit into the allocated slot. Rick has been twice to resolve the issue treating it as an after service issue. Outstanding service and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending Richards and Richards.

We had our kitchen and utility room fitted by Richard and Richards in 2017. The kitchen and fitting was of a very high standard and we were extremely pleased with the work You may wonder why I am writing a review now. I can’t praise Ricky Williamson highly enough. I have had two occasions when I have needed a trader for work on our house and asked Ricky if he knew anyone who could help. If he doesn’t answer the phone when you ring he returns your call within minutes. He is always pleasant and helpful and has found us two traders to do our work. I had my kitchen installed in October 2016.I contacted R&R regarding an issue with the door panel on the front of the dishwasher as I was concerned that this could damage the dishwasher hinge. After talking to R&R they said they would come and have a look at the problem. Rick removed the panel and said he would take it back to his workshop and return it the following day.We now have a working dishwasher with no issues with the door. Excellent service from R&R which is good to know that after four years they still value their customers. The kitchen still looks as if it was installed this year a credit to their kitchen quality and good installation. I can fully recommend R&R for their kitchens and after sales service.

We had R&R to fit our Kitchen last year and were thrilled with the everything in relation to design and installation. We had minor issue with a squeaking cupboard door this week and they came to sort, while here, they also helped Us with a completely unrelated water leak that was nothing to do with them which their plumber fixed. They go above and beyond! A great team and we’d highly recommend them.

We first spoke with Ricky at Richards & Richards in March of 2019, and were immediately impressed by the way that he and all the other staff treated us. He came out, measured up, taking into account what we were looking for at that time. He came up with ideas that we had not considered, and invited us back to the showroom after a week or so to see the 3D designs, which helped us to visualise the look of our new kitchen. Both my wife & I were absolutely amazed by how he had managed to make our kitchen look so different and so much bigger. There was absolutely no hard sell whatsoever! We threw Ricky a number of ‘Curve Balls’ resulting in him having to amend his design…….yet again. To say that he has the patience of a saint is an understatement! I cannot say how pleased we were with the way that the installation was organised and project managed. We knew exactly what was being done, by who and on what days. Everyone who worked on our project was courteous and respectful of our property, it was a messy job but they kept it to a minimum and always cleaned up every day. The quality of workmanship carried out and quality of materials is fantastic. Rick who did the installation was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble for him. No job goes without hitches and problems, it is how a company deals with them that shows how good it’s service is, and R&R get 10 out of 10 in respect of this. The sink from our In-Toto kitchen became detached from the worktop and as it was otherwise unsupported, was effectively unusable. We could not get any help from In-Toto or their former Stockport franchisees, so we emailed several Which Trusted Traders for help. Richard and Richard's response was the most helpful and they turned up the next day. Within half an hour, the problem was resolved. They were most careful to observe social distancing and the work was completed most efficiently. Their operative also carefully cleaned up afterwards. Exemplary service!

We started planning with Daniel at R&R in August 2019 for work in our new home. He had great ideas and the 3D designs helped us to visualise the look of our new home. We found the designs completed for other customers on the website really useful to get ideas . It didn’t feel like a hard sell! Advice about appliances was really helpful! Very patient and willing to adjust as the design phase progressed. The company was recommended by the building team working with us. It was good to have the 2 companies working well together. Fitting commenced in January 20 of 3 bathrooms, kitchen and utility room. They also supplied and installed the central heating. We’re very happy with all the work, the quality of the goods and the after care. All requests regarding snagging were addressed very promptly . When we moved into our new home we had all rooms in a useable finished condition! Like other reviewers, we highly recommend Daniel, Brett and Rick. I think all the rooms are beautiful and functional! It is some time since my kitchen and bathroom was fitted. I developed a fault on the bathroom tap. When I approached Richard and Richard's they went out of their way to assist me especially Brett who went the extra mile to fix it. This is a company that really believes in customer service, very rare these days. I applaud them.

The design had a few tweeks by us to get what we wanted which Daniel was only too happy to carry out, we found the design process evolved as we realised what could be done. It has been a couple of weeks since our kitchen was completed and we love it. We had building work done back to the brick walls, new electrics and all re-plastered including ceilings, all which was completed week 1 including a bespoke housing for our oven and fridge/freezer tall cabinets by Rick which has had loads of comments by our friends on how smart it looks. Then the kitchen team (Terry) completed the installation in the next 2 weeks. All the guys were courteous and respectful of our property. It is a messy job but they kept it to a minimum and always cleaned up every day. The quality of workmanship carried out and quality of materials is fantastic. R & R can get the appliances or not if you care to purchase your own, which we did. Highly recommend to anyone and have already to all my friends who are looking for a new kitchen. Very happy customers.

As soon as we first visited their showroom and had a chat with them we knew we wanted R+R to do our kitchen and bathroom. We had recently bought our first house and were nervous about the large amount of work, and ensuring we found someone reputable and trustworthy to do it. However, we needn't have worried! Dan, Lee and the team were so helpful, professional and approachable; nothing was too much trouble throughout the whole process. We even felt comfortable enough to go away for a week or so whilst the bulk of the work was done. Whenever little issues popped up they were quickly dealt with and clearly communicated to us. Dan even helped us out when the loo seat broke recently (a few months after the work was finished). The subcontractors they used were all very reliable and I got the impression that they were held to an extremely high standard by R+R - I now have the numbers for an electrician, plumber and plasterer who I know I can trust for any other future work. Honestly, I can't recommend these guys enough. Unfortunately we don't have any other bathrooms (or kitchens??) in our house, but if/when we move and we need someone, we'll go straight to R+R!

From the initial consultation to final installation, nothing was too much trouble. Daniel showed endless patience along the way as we made many changes to give us our dream kitchen. The installation and remodelling has been completed to a high standard by the various trades within the expected timescales and price quoted, only 12 weeks from initial consultation to final installation, coordinated by Daniel as project manager, taking the stress away from us. Attention to detail and customer service has been excellent. We were never made to feel that we were being a pain, but I’m sure we were at times! We did exceed our initial budget, but that was our choice, upgrading to a Dekton work surface and high spec appliances. It is one of the biggest purchases we have made and we are so pleased with the end result. Many thanks to everyone involved (including Daniel, Rick, Lewis, Carl, Damien, Neil & Laurence). The team designed and created my perfect kitchen. No hard sales tactics, no up-selling. Daniel helped me to establish what I wanted in my kitchen, efficiently and to a high standard. I was expecting a long draw out the design session but was out by the time I drank my complimentary tea. Perfect and to the point. We were at the end of a long house renovations so money was tight...the price was brilliant and the quality fantastic. Throughout the whole journey, I have had regular contact with the team which has helped things run smoothly. On the day, Rick and Lewis were friendly and high skilled. Never having had any big jobs done before. I was impressed with Dan's professionalism and ideas for my kitchen, he put me at ease. I went down to the showroom to view my kitchen and make any changes and was made to feel welcome and that no question was a silly question. All the tradesmen turned up on time and all were pleasant and professional. My fitter Terry was excellent and kept me informed at each stage of what was happening. In fact by the end of the week it was like a friend was working in my house. Amazing what a bacon butty can do!. Dan called round twice to make sure everything was on track. Having got other quotes, they are not the cheapest, but as with most things you get what you pay for. All in all I would have no hesitation recommending them for fitting kitchens. Excellent service and excellent staff.

From the first consultation through to the finished bathroom, everything has gone very smoothly. I can't praise the efficiency and professionalism of everyone involved enough, and especially Daniel who managed the project, taking my first ideas and showing me how they would look, and Rick who did the majority of the installation, which involved the complete removal of the existing bathroom down to the bare walls and floor. Everyone stuck to an agreed schedule and the work was completed swiftly and to the highest standards. Each of the additional skilled tradesmen brought in (plasterer, tiler, electrician, painter) was reliable and extremely tidy. Small details were discussed along the way and Daniel and Rick ensured that the finished bathroom was just as I wanted it. Communication was great through the whole process, costs were transparent and immediately modified when any changes were made to the original quotation, and the results are brilliant. I am very impressed with this company and have no hesitation in recommending them: they have the skills, the vision, and they take care - you couldn't ask for more. Daniel called round to measure up our kitchen in February. He invited us into the office to show us his plans that he had come up with, ran through in detail everything he had included. It looked amazing. After several changes the cost was slightly over budget, so Daniel managed to alter some things in the design and eventually he got it within budget. He told us it would take just over a week from start to finish. True to his word, Wednesday day 1 Lewis came and ripped the old kitchen out. Day 2 Damien came to fit all the electrics and then on day 3 Carl came to plaster. On the Monday the kitchen was delivered. No flat pack. All ready assembled. As Ricky said " Flat pack, we don't do flat pack!!! " On the Tuesday Neil came to install the kitchen and his work is amazing. He is a true professional in his trade. By the Friday the kitchen was complete. R&R are what you call an amazing, professional company. The team they have work so well together. No pressure to buy and never let you down. We planned our replacement kitchen over about 18 months and got quotes from 5 or 6 companies. The moment we went to see R&R they just stood out from the rest, their attention to detail is exceptional. There is no rush no pressure the main thing is to get things right. Everyone who worked on our kitchen was on time and completely professional I cannot think of a single thing that caused me any concern. As with any significant job there were one or two very minor problems but these were all resolved quickly and without fuss. I would recommend R&R to anyone thinking of having a kitchen installed, they are not the cheapest in town but the end result is worth every penny.

We took some time to choose a Company who we felt confident could complete all the work we wanted to our satisfaction. This included changing the room layout in our bungalow: designing/fitting a new kitchen in what was a living room, redesigning a living room, installing new cloakroom fittings and changing the existing kitchen into a study/storage room. Richard & Richard's (R&R) came out top of our list of several Companies for many reasons, not least because of Ricky's and Rick's professionalism and 'nothing is too much trouble/can do' attitude. We class ourselves as bordering on awkward customers who like everything to be as near perfect as possible and will say if we are not 100% happy with anything. During the design process with Ricky we took a while to plan exactly what we wanted but even so still made several amendments as work progressed. At no time did Ricky or a Rick make us feel a nuisance, both were always more than willing to facilitate any changes as their main objective is to ensure the customer is happy. All the work is now complete and we are delighted with everything and would not hesitate to use R & R again or recommend the Company. Ricky is a true gentleman who genuinely has the customers best interests at heart and Rick is a highly skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work. It would be difficult, if not impossible, to find a more professional, reliable and trusted Company and we cannot speak too highly of everyone we have dealt with at R & R.

Me and my wife are really, really pleased with our new kitchen. From day one till the very end we received an outstanding service from the team at R&R. Our kitchen has been transformed by the wonderful team at Richard and Richard's. Dan gave us a vision of what could be done (we were clueless about how to go about it) and spent a lot of time with us explaining pros and cons of every aspect. When we received the virtual walk-through a short time later, we were blown away with how it would look. Estimations of the costs were given in great detail and we met with Dan on a couple more occasions before work commenced to finalise colours,etc. At no point were we pressured in any way and we were amazed at the attention to detail in all aspects. Work started as scheduled-the old kitchen removed by Lewis on day 1,electrical work done by Damian and his Dad on day 2 and plastering by Carl on day 3. Fantastic workmanship by all of them, polite,punctual and professional. It was then time for Rick to start the installation. I cannot express how much attention to detail he puts into his work - we witnessed a true professional at work - he was here from early morning and did not stop until we had a kitchen we had previously only dreamed of. We have been using the new kitchen for 2 weeks now and are delighted with the quality of everything from the appliances, the well-planned cupboards,worktop and flooring. A big thanks to all at Richard and Richard's - including Pam at the showroom who always greeted us with a smile and a cup of coffee! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We have used Richard and Richard twice in the last 6 months, firstly for a bedroom fitment of storage space which consisted excellent service from start to finish, we were both extremely pleased with the outcome. We have just had fitted a walk in shower space, cubicle, new shower, new nuance splash back wall panels and finished off with tiling to complete what is now an excellent facility for us to enjoy. From the first exploratory visit to the showroom through to final completion, working with R & R has been a pleasure. All of their staff are friendly, helpful and extremely competent. I expected the design process to be exciting and a bit scary but did not expect it to be fun! Dan was patient and imaginative and even managed to smile when we changed our minds on the worktop colour. Rick and Lewis were fantastic fitters & Pam handled our many queries with great efficiency. We are thrilled with the finished kitchen and can't recommend them highly enough.

My partner, new baby and I moved into a house with a kitchen and bathroom that were in dire need of complete re-modelling. It wasn’t just a new cooker, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen units we needed, a structural wall had to come down between the kitchen and dining room, the bathroom layout needed complete restructuring as well as replacing and there were other jobs in other rooms that needed doing (skirting boards, flooring, door planing, plastering and painting). It was a big job! After speaking to several companies, we found Richard&Richards and they agreed to help us with all facets - and we couldn’t be more happy with the process, work and results! Richard spent a lot of time advising us on kitchen appliances, units, worktops and goods for the bathroom, and helped us visualise everything by using some excellent software. Ricky also managed an amazing team of people who each did a sterling job with our home: plastering, painting, fitting flooring, sorting the electrics and even installing the niche radiators that we wanted. I cannot recommend Richard&Richards more highly. All the work was completed well within the set time-frame, sometimes going on through the weekends when we were away. Any issues that came up during the process were resolved quickly leaving us with a fantastic kitchen, bathroom and other living areas that we’re so proud of - amazing, professional work. We owe our great new family home to this wonderful company and wouldn’t hesitate to use R&R again!

Time to purchase a new kitchen but didn't know where to start, tried a couple of well known brand name kitchen fitters and found them not interested in helping me. A friend recommended R&R so give them a go! Job sorted, Ricky came and designed a kitchen for me then we viewed it on his large screen at his showroom. It looked amazing but then welcomed us to tweak his design to suit us for perfection and price. Price was never an issue as all Ricky's estimates for kitchen furniture and appliances you could not beat searching the internet!! (I checked and wasted my time). The kitchen was fitted 4 years ago so I take my time to make sure everything is ok before I review. Since then I have had my en suite and downstairs toilet done by R&R (nearly 12 months ago) and the design and finished product is amazing as I asked for. Highly recommend Ricky and his team and don't be shy to ask for changes to his design if you are on a budget or want to spend more!! he will cater for it and will not be offended. Got more jobs coming up for R&R because kitchens and bathrooms is not all they do.

I was very happy with the kitchen plan and installation. Daniel spent nearly a morning going over the details with me and I haven't had any problems yet with the installation. I will say though that it took a long time from choosing the kitchen to having it fitted, with some other issues early in the planning stage that they resolved.

What a great experience having our kitchen designed and fitted by Richards & Richard's. Daniel couldn't have been more helpful with the design and gave us ideas we hadn't thought of, which make a great difference to the final result. We could pick and choose which part of the process we wanted to do ourselves and what we wanted R & R to do, although we asked them to do the majority of the work. The fitter Terry worked very hard and did a great job, his attention to detail was first class nothing was rushed so a great finish to kitchen. All other people we encountered from ripping out the kitchen to sub contractors were all hard working, friendly and polite. Couple of minor problems dealt with promptly even after final payment had gone through still dealt with us the same as at the beginning of the project. Can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

We had a number of designs done by R&R and nothing was too much trouble. Never did we feel we were being hurried or they had lost interest. The focus was always on delivering a final design with which we were happy. This took several months! Installation included removing an interior wall to make a kitchen diner, plumbing, electrical works, plastering, flooring plus kitchen supply and fit. R & R also arranged the fitting of the granite worktops. Every task happened exactly when scheduled with the whole project completed in two weeks. Mess was kept to a minimum. Attention to detail excellent. Example: all plugs have labels attached so you know which appliance it is operating. This may seem small but useful when for example you wish to defrost the freezer. Projects such as new bathrooms or kitchens are frequently fraught with unexpected problems and often end up acrimonious. One hopes for the best but often there is disappointment. In this case the result was beyond our expectation. Outstanding! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our Project Manager, Daniel, listened to what we wanted and sourced the design and quality we were looking for. Rick is meticulous when installing and talked through minor changes where required. We engaged Richard & Richard's to do some renovation work in two bathrooms. The quality of the work was second to none. The workers were friendly, meticulous and clearly motivated to do a great job.
