At RLS Plumbing and Heating Services we have been fitting bespoke bathrooms for over 15 years. We pride ourselves on being the go-to bathroom fitters for discerning customers in the Stanford-le-Hope area.

I was looking for a plumbing engineer to replace the hot water cylinder at my elderly Mother’s house in Tilbury, Essex. I live in london so it is important to me to employ engineers that are reliable and trustworthy - something i have struggled to obtain locally to her in the past. I am a Which? subscriber and my experience of recommendations from them is that they are of a high standard. I was not disappointed with RLS Plumbing. Ryan visited and gave me a clear plan of what would happen and made great suggestions as to the products to use. On the day the engineer Callum was exemplary, nothing was too much trouble and his conscientiousness when presented with the unexpected was admirable. Very happy to recommend.

Michael and Harry who came to my home were so lovely and very understanding of the issues I had experienced with a previous installation so as a result paid exceptional care with the work they were doing. They really are a credit to the company. They were tidy and respectful (bar some pretty out of tune singing 🤣🤣).

Another call was made to RLS plumbing, this time to install the butler sink with all brand new plumbing, including hot/ cold water and dishwasher feed, as well as a new Quooker tap with Pro 3 tank and water filter. As always, on previous visits the plumber turned up on time and was polite, then cracked on with the job in hand and left no mess. Under the sink is tidy and looks like a professionally done job. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Ryan and his team were very helpful and professional from the beginning. Ryan helped me design our new bathroom to be able to include the things I wanted in it and showed me lots of examples of previous work. Ryan's team arrived promptly every day, worked really hard and kept the disruption to a minimum. Once the job was complete we had a few nagging issues which they gladly came back and rectified for us. Would use again.

Yet again RLS plumbing has gone above and beyond. This being the second bathroom they have completed at my home without any issues. We had an upstairs bathroom fitted and from start to finish we liaised with Ryan who helped create the best design in the space. He helped with any last minute changes I had without a fuss. The fitters were respectful, knowledgeable and extremely tidy. Brilliant company, cannot fault them.

Michael and his plumbing mate did an excellent job correcting defective work done in my bathroom. They also installed a shower screen, towel radiator, removed electric shower and corrected the waste pipe in the garage. They were polite and very helpful to me. Their customer service skills are excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

I contacted RLS Plumbing concerning the replacement of taps in the kitchen. They were very helpful from the start and kept in contact throughout whilst arranging an appointment. They also offered a cheaper alternative to what I asked for which was actually exactly what we needed. The job was done quickly and we are very happy with the work. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
