Good advice on boiler & thermostat for our needs. We are very happy with the Worcester Greenstar 8000 Life boiler that Mike fitted. He turned up when he said and completed the work in a day. He provided an excellent and trustworthy service, was very efficient, neat and tidy. A 5-star job from RM Blake, I would definitely recommend.

Mike replaced our old boiler two years ago and we were very impressed with his skill and knowledge. He suggested an alternative installation to one proposed by another tradesman and we have been delighted with the outcome. He has since returned annually to service the boiler and has assured me that should I need any help/advice he’d be more than willing to help. I wouldn’t have anyone else.

We recently had plumbing work done, and we couldn’t be happier with the service! From the initial enquiry, Michael responded promptly and professionally. Despite being very busy, he managed to fit us in, which we truly appreciated. Michael completed a variety of jobs for us, including fitting a new boiler. Everything was done efficiently, neatly, and to a high standard. His pricing was honest and fair, and communication was excellent throughout the process. He was not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly helpful, answering all our questions patiently and offering fantastic suggestions. This kind of professionalism and customer care is rare to find. We highly recommend Michael for any plumbing work!

Mike was doing a job for a relative and out of the blue I asked if he could quote to replace my ageing combi boiler - he called up later that afternoon and although short notice, Mike supplied a favourable quote and we set up an appointment for the work. Communications with Mike were excellent and the work carried out was to a very high professional standard and without an issues. Mike also took time to explain my new system and made sure I understood how it worked. Highly recommended

I was really impressed with the service I received - from the initial visit to get a quotation for work onwards. Michael was polite and friendly throughout - and worked efficiently taking great care not to make any unnecessary mess, and removed all the debris and rubbish once the work was complete.
