Alan and his team came to fell and remove the stumps for several trees in our garden. Throughout the job they were speedy, professional and friendly. The work they did was excellent and very efficient, the team knew exactly what they were doing, and they tidied up as they went along leaving everything looking great. The team took great care to check we were happy with everything before they left. Most importantly we felt from our first meeting with Alan that we could trust him to do a good job for a reasonable price. Alan even revised the final price down a bit to reflect the fact that the job went quicker than expected - needless to say honest contractors like this don't grow on trees :-) I would wholeheartedly recommend RTC to anyone looking to get tree work done, it was really a pleasure to work with this company.

I just had two large pine trees removed from my back garden along with some other overhanging branches. This was to reclaim space and allow more sunshine for longer. Alan and his team were all professional and skilled at what they were doing. Unbelievably quick too. Trees were taken back to ground level with all branches and trunks removed. Had a wood chipper on site and all mess was cleared up and taken away. Cant recommend enough! Excellent service.

Emailed Alan to provide a quote to reduce the height of two large conifers, remove an ash tree, reduce the size of a large fuchsia bush and to reduce the height of another ash tree. Alan was very quick to get in contact to look at the work required and to provide a quote, and again to arrange a suitable day for the work to be carried out. The work was carried out to a very high standard. The team were very professional, polite and hardworking, ensuring we were happy with each part of the job. All the trimmings were removed and the garden was left very clean and tidy. The price was very reasonable for the work that was carried out. We would highly recommend RTC Ltd.

Arrived in good time to take down the agreed target trees and did so with clear efficiency and prompt action despite the difficult conditions of some inclement weather. The team members were friendly, helpful and considerate to both client and neighbour whose property lies alongside. Resulting tree debris was neatly cleared before leaving the site This trader stands out as acting with immediate response and minimal delay in both assessment and conducting the work involved with skilled staff, altogether at a fair price.

Quick turn around to provide quote and to cut the trees. Apart from leaving the logs (as requested) you wouldn't even know they've been in the garden - took the trees down and tidied up without damaging anything... including the phone line running through the trees. Highly recommended because were available, competitively priced and very professional.

Taking down tall tree in awkward location was dealt with expertly. This is a fast, friendly, efficient, very professional service delivered at highly competitive rates. Communications are excellent, site management is faultless and all left clean and tidy. This is the second time I’ve used them and I won’t hesitate to do so in future. Very highly recommended.

I found this company through Which Trusted Traders last year and this is the second year I have used their services. Alan was very helpful with great communication on both occasions. His team arrived on date and time as agreed. It was the same gentleman who had pruned my trees last year along with another member of staff and his knowledge and advice along with consultation regarding work whilst here could not be faulted. The work on both occasions was carried out and the site was cleaned up efficiently. I will certainly be looking to use their services again in the future.
