Fantastic service, Alan was friendly and prompt in returning my call. His quote was VERY reasonable (My trees were really overgrown and jungle like!) and the work was completed with hardly a leaf left on the ground! I have used other garden services before but Robertsons Tree Care did more, knew more and cost less than I was expecting!

From the minute I contacted Robertson Tree Care I knew I had done the right thing. Alan was very informative about the work I needed doing, reducing the height and girth of a leylandii hedge. His Team arrived promptly were polite and professional. The work was carried out speedily and efficiently. The whole area was cleared of all debris which was an important element of the job. The price was excellent and covered all aspects of the job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company from start to finish.

Robertsons Tree Care offered a very prompt and efficient service to tackle four trees in my back garden. Staff who assessed, and the staff who carried out the work were very professional and courteous, and instilled confidence in their abilities. The trees were dealt with very efficiently, and the garden tidied up afterwards. I could not fault them on any thing.

I had a tree to be removed from our front garden (it had grown too large and was too close the the house) and a large Leylandii hedge at the rear of the back garden that needed to be taken down by two feet and trimmed at our side and the neighbours side of the boundary (the neighbours side was badly overgrown). I went with Robertsons Tree Care after reading other reviews here. The three Robertsons guys who came (on time) were just fantastic. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and had every piece of equipment they could possibly need to carry out the work. The work was done to a very high standard and the Robertson employees worked hard (on a very hot day) to get the job done safely. This was a lot of work to complete in one day, but it was completed without compromise to safety or quality. Furthermore, our garden and our neighbours were left without any trace of the huge quantity of material cut from the tree and the hedge. The tree was covered in pine needles, and even the thousands of needles shed onto the ground when the tree was cut down piece by piece were meticulously swept up and removed. At the back of the house, not just the branches cut from the hedge, but every twig was removed and the decorative stones raked back into neat order. I really don’t see anything that could possibly have been done better. Fully recommended!

We had several trees that required work and as we are in a conservation area Robertson’s obtained the necessary permissions on our behalf. They came on the date promised and carried out the work using impressive equipment. The debris was cleared up and taken away, just leaving the usable logs which we will burn on open fires and stoves.

The team turned up on time and despite clearly knowing the extent of the job in hand were happy to discuss the work and explain how it would be carried out. They took care to explain the timescale and work practices, and the division of labour was allocated quickly. It was clear from the start that this job was going to be completed to a high standard and this proved to be the case. The team were sensitive to issues that may have troubled neighbours which was creditable. The clean up and departure from the premises were carried out efficiently and with little fuss. This is clearly a busy company and we were pleased that they could fit us in reasonably soon after first contact.

I have just had Robertsons Tree Care complete the second job for the conservation village of Dunmore. Excellent service from Alan and his team as usual, with Alan completing all local council authorisation documents so that the work could be carried out. Thanks again Alan.

Recommended by a friend, who uses them frequently, I was very impressed by this company from first contact to completion of the work. The quote for removal of a very large, old, apple tree and drastic trimming of a huge Laurel was very competitive. The team who arrived to carry out the work were extremely efficient and courteous. The job was completed swiftly and all the branches, trunks and leaves removed. The garden was left very tidy. We can’t recommend Robertson’s Tree Care highly enough. It was a hassle free experience and we would use them again without hesitation.
