Have used Roofbusters before for a new garage/utility roof. We were so impressed with that job that they were our 'go to' contractor when some dislodged tiles on the main roof were noticed. It wasn't the biggest of jobs but Roofbuster's prompt response to our call was really appreciated and demonstrates well their willingness to carry out not just the big 'pay day' jobs. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The house is over twenty five years old and has quite a lot of external woodwork which had become weathered and cracked and would need remedial treatment. Earlier this year a flashing had come loose and my son recommended contacting Roof Busters. I was very impressed by the way that Matthew Prince dealt with my request for repair and his willingness to carry out additional grouting once more weaknesses were discovered. The work was completed quickly. As a member of Which? for 50+ years I was pleased to see the 'Which Trusted Trader' logo emblazoned on the company vehicle. I was so impressed by this willingness to carry out such a minor repair and asked Matthew if he would give me a quote for replacing all of the woodwork and guttering. We arranged a meeting to discuss, the proposal and price was accepted. No date was finalised. Six weeks later Matthew then contacted me to see if the 27th July would be suitable. Matthew and his assistants Derek and Paul arrived at 8am as they did for the five days they were here and worked non-stop in the heatwave. They cleared away all the rubbish and tidied up before they left each day. We developed a good rapport and I was kept fully informed of what was going on. I was impressed watching as each of them individually went round the building checking to see if anything had been missed. The materials used were high quality and the workmanship is first class. It was a pleasure having them around the house.
