Phoned up Roofbusters on a saturday and was greeted by Matthew. On Monday Roffbusters came to give me a quote on various roof repairs. This impressed myself as other companies had me waiting for days/weeks to arrange a quotation. I was sent an official quote within the hour by e-mail which i requested. Happy with quote i agreed to the work however was cautious of when the work could be done as i was waiting to be paid at the end of the month. Matthew kindly understood this and was happy to wait for when i was ready to have the work completed. Arranged a date to have the work completed. Turned up on time when arranged completed the work to my satisfaction. Clean, Smart and Professional workmanship in all areas. Roof busters did a great job regarding my gutters. The guy was very timely, friendly and efficient. It wasn't a big job but unlike other companies it's nice to be able to rely on professionals who care just as much about a small job as they do a large job worth thousands to them. We have had two projects completed by Roofbusters. We had our roof repaired and pointing work. In both cases the service has been excellent. Matt has assembled a great team of skilled tradesman, who are also very personable. They are very responsive and happy to accommodate when unexpected work is revealed which in an old house like ours is the norm. Would highly recommend to everyone and anyone.

One of the tiles on our roof broke recently, it slid down the roof with a roar at midnight and woke us up. We called Roofbusters the next day and a new tile was fixed in place in a couple of days at little cost. Excellent and rapid service with a smile.
