Matt previously carried out some patchwork on my property, following some poor-quality work from another trader I found on Checkatrade (the review I posted on 06/10/2022 for work completed on 12/09/2022). I since contacted Matt again to arrange the full repair/rework of the roof. A full quote was provided up front for all scaffolding and roof repairs, and the work was scheduled and completed very quickly, and to a high standard, while keeping me updated with the progress throughout.

With Matt and the team they are honest, hard working and really polite. The original request, and subsequent quote, was handled promptly and politely. The task itself was completed promptly and typically professionally by Matt's excellent team. The standard of work was excellent too. Matt also arranged for a little bit of additional guttering to be installed on Saturday 1st July at my request. This was excellently executed too. Matt, Derek, Carl and the rest of the lads. From start to finish the work was all carried out in the most professional manner. We received a very detailed quote and were quickly given a date for the work. The work was carried out to time and to a very high standard. The team were pleasant and polite and worked extremely hard. All the mess was cleared away immediately. I was very impressed indeed with Roof Busters, not only with the high quality of their work but also the helpfulness and hard work of the staff themselves. They worked like beavers to complete a whole new roof, including fascia boards, soffits, guttering, drainpipes, and lowering my chimney and pointing the lower half, and did it all in three working days. They did a good job in cleaning up afterwards as well. I cannot fault the quality of their work and also their work ethic, and I thoroughly recommend them.

I had used his company before when I had a leak which they repaired, advising me that I may need replacement in the future. I then decided 3 years later that it was time for a new roof. They provided everything materials, skip, scaffolding all in the competitive reasonable price & 4 great grafters did an amazing job leaving no mess & a 15 year guarantee. With two leaks in my flat roof, and it being a couple of days before Christmas, I phoned Roofbusters for help to see if they could take a look and make any recommendations. Despite being finished for the day, Matthew came round within 20 minutes and went onto the roof to see what he could do. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was really impressed with the honesty and excellent customer service and will definitely be going back to Roofbusters for further work in the future.
