Fraser is very professional, polite, skilled, punctual & has great attention to detail. Roofline Installations replaced all our fascia’s, soffits, guttering & dry verge on our house & garage. The quotation was itemised & clear to understand. The work was completed on time to a very high standard, with quality products & the service was fantastic. There was never a mess left at the end of the day. There was extra work uncovered when doing our dry verge on the garage, whereby all our tiles had to be cut and sanded back, but Fraser did not charge us any extra, which was excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fraser & his team, & the guarantees given were longer than any other companies we received quotes from.

Fraser always kept us informed from the point of providing a quote - with many options for us to choose from, to the final completion which was delayed due to a birds nest in the eaves. I cannot recommend Roofline enough - we called Fraser in to look at an overflowing gutter and some missing ridge tiles and he provided a number of options for us to mix & match. Nothing was too much trouble and his professionalism with regard to the cable protection and the birds nest was second to none. Cleanliness - amazing! Cleared up every day - you wouldn't know they had been there at all - even the tea mugs were left in the sink for us. We trusted Fraser & Dean in the house when we weren't around with absolutely no problems. Communication though is the key - I have lost count of the number of traders who just don't return calls or turn up when promised; to find someone who sticks to what they agree and keeps you informed at all times is priceless. Quality of the work also excellent and photos of the roof work provided before & after so we could see what had been done. Fraser also managed to sort the drain connections from the down-pipes which we hadn't anticipated. As you can tell - we are more than pleased with the quality and the way in which the installation was carried out.

Fraser Corrigan - At last a tradesman with the right attitude and work ethic combined with enthusiasm to do the job properly - something very rare to find these days! From the quote stage to start of work, Fraser was polite, helpful and enthusiastic. He rang a few days prior to starting the job to confirm timings and arrived promptly at the agreed time. Fraser and Dean replaced our soffits, guttering and fascias.Their professionalism is second to none. Fraser also cladded our porch which was not an easy job to do with intricate cuts and technical parts which other tradesmen were reluctant to do. The end result is outstanding and we are so very pleased with the final look. Fraser's attention to detail is exceptional as is the quality of his workmanship. We have been seriously impressed. Whilst Fraser and Dean were working they were methodical and tidy - and every evening everything was swept clean and tidied away.
