On the 12 June roofline installation's (Fraser) started replacing complete Soffits, Facias, Dry verge and some lead work on my property. The whole job from start to finish was a very good experience. Fraser was completely reliable, took all the waste away every day, I never once saw any old material. He cleaned up every night the job was spotless. Fraser had all the answers to our questions and made sure we were happy all the way through to completion. The workmanship was second to none in my opinion. And the finished job looks great. We have already had a quote for future work.

Roofline Installations had already carried out work for some of our neighbours so they came highly recommended. We required the fascia’s, soffits and dry verge replacing. Fraser knew what the job entailed and gave us a very competitive quote and commenced work on the date agreed. The work was carried out very professionally with care to every detail. At the end of every day, our property was left very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Fraser and his company.

Fraser has completed full uPVC replacement soffits, fascias and mock tudor beams to our home. Throughout the work, he was punctual, professional, friendly and extremely tidy with materials and equipment. Fraser has completed a full replacement of the original roofline with premium fascias and soffit boards along with replacement guttering. From initial contact requesting a quote and explaining my current circumstances where the fascia boards were rotten and beginning to fall away, Fraser has been extremely helpful and outlined the work that was required. Kept in very good contact from once I received the quote and booking the job in. When on site himself and Harvey were very professional and explained the process and progress of the work as it was carried out. Extremely considerate when setting up, ensuring everything was covered and protected before work began, and again when tidying up after each day and storing any materials ready for the next days work. Really pleased with the finished work and Fraser has made a massive improvement to the house. Would definitely recommend and have back if any further work is required.

Fraser has made our large balcony look amazing. It was in a very sorry state and the fibreglass was all breaking up. Fraser and his partner were meticulous. He is a perfectionist. It has been transformed into a balcony that we are proud of. I have never known a tradesperson go to so much trouble. He is very skilled. They tidied up each night before leaving. Before he began the work everything was explained to us clearly. We are so glad we found Fraser. They were always polite and it was a pleasure to have him and Harvey working at our home. Contacted Fraser for a quote for 2 new flat roofs, removal of a poorly erected carport, he came on time and clarified the options available, took photos of the high roof which was not visible to us, gave us a clear plan of what was required, sent us a clear written quotation, called again at our request to clarify and the plan was agreed. He gave us a date for commencing the job and came consistently until the job was done, despite poor weather, Fraser was very reliable, methodical and professional, good at planning ahead. He took away and disposed of all waste material, cleaned at the end of each day and respected the property. Fraser and Harvey were friendly and respectful towards us and it was a pleasure to have them on site. We could recommend them to anyone.

Well where to start, completely satisfied with all work done and they worked long hours to get the job completed, professional and tidy throughout and I can say there was no issues at all throughout even though the job was not straight forward, I could not say in words how impressed I was with the quality of work and without a doubt I would only have Frazer and his company if I need further work doing at my address, utterly brilliant which is hard to find amongst so many other companies, totally recommend! From start to finish Fraser was the perfect tradesman. He arrived when promised to take a look at our fascia and guttering which had been damaged by the weather. He offered knowledgeable, honest advice about what our options were and costs involved. We decided to have our old concrete guttering removed and replaced with new UPVC front and back. Once the job was agreed, he arrived on time and completed the job in the time-frame promised. He was clean and tidy and respectful of our surroundings at all times (even moving scaffold boards at the end of each day which were blocking our satellite tv signal). We would highly recommend Fraser and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future for any roofing requirements.

Roofline renewed our fascia, soffits, guttering and downpipes. It was easy to discuss our requirements with Fraser at his initial inspection, he was approachable and offered useful advice, with clear explanations about choices. Fraser is a friendly and competent professional, we are very happy with the quality of work done by him and his assistant, Harvey. Their daily tidying up is thorough also.

My work was a complete refurbishment of flat roof finishing with Firestone rubber membrane. Plus white UPVC cladding. It is clear that Fraser is truly a perfectionist and cares greatly about the quality of his work and the customer relationship. On first meeting him it is obvious that this company is run by a knowledgeable and sophisticated owner, as the work progressed that proved to be absolutely right. A high level of trust can be attributed to Fraser who simply will not accept any progress on the job unless it is 100% correct. This manifests itself in many ways not least of all , if the weather is likely to be detrimental to the work in hand, putting quality at risk , then it will have to wait rather than completing any stage that is likely to fall below his demanding standards. Throughout communication is very good and cleaning up each day was a ritual that I greatly appreciated. So for me I am delighted with the finished job and clearly would recommend this very personally run Company.

Having seen Fraser carry out work on a nearby property last year, I was keen to use his services to replace my flat roof felt with EPDM rubber, and to have eaves protectors and bird spikes fitted. I am delighted with the result, which was carried out with great attention to detail [in spite of the inclement weather] and with using the highest quality materials. Apart from being a perfectionist, Fraser is a very genuine and likeable person, and I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him. In fact I would go so far as to say that you would not find a better tradesperson.

Fantastic job from start to finish. I needed a new flat roof as well as some new fascia and soffits that were in dire need of replacing. Fraser and his team were very professional and friendly. They explained exactly what they were doing as well as taking many photos. The final result is immaculate. Very professional and solid finish, it's made the front of the house look much better! I really can’t praise Fraser highly enough. I got several quotes on behalf of my father, but picking Fraser was easy. His professional and friendly manner stood out and he came across as careful, thoughtful and trustworthy. I’m so glad we did choose Fraser; his workmanship is faultless, to the highest standard and beautifully finished, but he’s also such a genuinely warm and friendly person it was lovely having him around. Fraser and his assistant Harvey arrived as arranged at 7.30 each morning and worked quietly and efficiently through the day. In 2 weeks Fraser replaced timber, lead and UPVC cladding on the rear dormer; replaced the rear dormer roof; replaced a leaky single storey wood/polycarb flat roof with a beautiful solidly built waterproof roof with rooflights; replaced felt and lathes around the dormer; and re-mortared all gable end tiles. The end results are excellent, all lines clean and sharp, the new lead under the dormer neatly moulded over the castellated clay tiles. Scaffolding was removed as soon as it was no longer needed. All waste was removed daily and the site kept clean and tidy. At the end the site was left very clean and everything moved for the work was put back. The whole experience was stress-free and enjoyable due to Fraser’s warm personality and his wonderful approach to his work. Thanks to Harvey too for finding extra jobs like clearing blocked downpipes! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fraser’s company to others. You couldn't find better.

Fraser replaced cladding on both front and back of the house, and installed dry verges on two gables. The work was of the very highest standard with a lot of care taken to fit and finish down to the smallest detail. The quotation was very clear and we were able to discuss and agree final details very easily. Fraser arrived exactly when he said he would, worked steadily all day and left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. We would have no hesitation in using his services again or recommending him to others.

I agree whole heartedly with everything that other Reviews have said. But details - a 4 bedroom detached 1975 house that I rent out, had rotten fascia & soffits allowing the guttering to fall away and flood the neighbour's property. I had several quotes but Fraser's honesty and attitude to the job made it an easy decision. I had to wait longest for his availability but that says a lot in itself. Because of this we decided to have him also consider the 1930's house that we live in which possibly required replacement soffits, fascia, but certainly guttering and downpipes with scaffolding to span a large conservatory. Upon inspection of the 1930's woodwork Fraser advised that this was satisfactory and just required painting prior to fitting new gutters and downpipes. A significant saving whereas others possibly would have tried to persuade us to spend the extra. Fraser arrived on the due date, covered everywhere and arranged for scaffolding to be delivered and erected. At the end of each day the site was cleared immaculately. The excellent job was completed in 3 days and the scaffolding promptly removed. He then completed the rented property with new soffits, fascia, gutters & downpipes in 4 days. He works hard, extremely good workmanship, immaculately tidy after each days work. But his greatest asset is his personality. Fraser is a warm, approachable person that listens to your suggestions and provides advice that you know that you can trust.

Roofline Installations renewed our facias, gutters and downpipes, installed dry verges and renewed the lead flashing to the chimney stack. When asked to quote Fraser, who is Roofline, turned up on time and carried out a thorough inspection. He provided a clear, detailed written quote which gave an accurate prediction of how long it would take to carry out the work. On the agreed date Fraser and his assistant Harvey turned up spot on time, despite having to travel a significant distance to our property. All working areas were protected by dust sheeting throughout the work process. As they progressed methodically around my L-shaped sprawling bungalow they protected both the garden and bungalow with sheets and covers so dust and dirt from the work did not create any problems for us. Their consideration for minimising disruption was impressive and welcome as they were with us for nearly two weeks. The driveway and footpaths to our home have never been so clean because even thought the work areas had been carefully sheeted over, they also took up the sheeting and thoroughly swept up at the end of each day. They are the tidiest workers we have ever had at our home and were pleasant and very easy to 'live' with. They are excellent craftsmen and carried out the extensive works to a very high standard; their attention to detail and commitment to producing top quality work with a first class finish is impressive. Work was completed on time and on budget.

Fraser replaced leaking flat roofs above a bedroom and snug area with a GRP roof and installed vent tiles on our pitched roof. Our experience with Fraser has been first class from the moment he came to inspect the roof and give us a quote until completion of the works. There were so many positives about him - was very courteous, listened to our needs, was always prompt in responding to emails or calls, started and finished the work as per the agreed timescale and left the premises clean every day.

I was recommended to contact Fraser about getting my Soffet, Faciers and Guttering replaced as they were in a terrible state. They were easy to contact and provided good feedback on the issues I had. #Speed Didn't take long to do any measurements and knew exactly what they needed to do prior to arriving and during the time they were here. They arrived on the Monday and were complete by the Wednesday. #Quality Fantastic work and completes the house, no more leaks or mold. I can't fault it. The also fitted round me. So no need to take any time off. Definitely would use them again in the future.

What fantastic service! We were converting our garage which had a flat roof on a couple of different levels and angles due to extending to a kitchen at the back and round to a porch at the front. The recommendation was for a fibre glass roof. It looks so smart and clean. It has been thoroughly tested since completion with no problems and no pooling (unlike other flat roofs on our street). Drainage re routing was also done to a very high standard. Frazer and his assistant Harvey were extremely diligent and impeccably tidy. They even brought their own kettle, milk and coffee. The best thing was the price, after having several quotes it was clear how competitive Roofline Installations were, I would highly recommend!

My bay window flashing and roof in general was in need of replacement, Frasier suggested that instead of replacing the felt like for like for he could use a fibre coating and it’s turned out amazing, no seams, it’s a clean cut job that has made the front of the house stand out. The price was reasonable and the guys were in and out the same day. Thanks guys, a quality job worth every penny.

We were struggling to find a reliable company to do some work at a rental property we have in Burntwood, after being let down a few times I contacted Frazer who came out that night to quote the job. He was on time, very professional and he emailed a quote over the next morning which was more than fair for the job. I can't recommend Frazer and his team enough - he always answered our calls or returned them quickly, they turned up early or on time every day and even recommended a few changes to the job that he felt would improve it, which we went with (at no extra cost!). They did an excellent job with the loft conversion & bay roof and left the place spotless when they finished. We will certainly be using Roofline in the future with other properties and would highly recommend them.

Our gutter had fallen down and needed replacing so Roofline Installations came to give me a quote and managed to fit me in very quickly. They replaced all the old guttering and did a very nice and clean job. I have already contacted them again for another job at the back of our house. I would definitely recommend them!

Fraser has replaced the mortar in a roof apex today. I can thoroughly recommend him for any work. He replaced my fascias some time ago and did a brilliant job then. He is always quick to respond to emails and always arrives on time to jobs. He leaves everything neat and tidy.

Roofline came and spent 2 days fitting a warm deck roof for me. They responded to my request for a quote very quickly and arranged a date for the work. The date had to be pushed back because of terrible weather but they kept me consulted and informed and on the due date appeared on time. The work is very professional and they were very professional in attitude as well. They answered any questions I had, were friendly and approachable, worked tidily and considerately and were no trouble at all. I will definitely use them again for future work and will be recommending to friends and family.

We had previously asked Fraser to replace our soffit's and facias, and he did a remarkable job. We recently employed him again to replace our lead flashing and again he did a fantastic job. Recently our neighbours asked various tradesmen for quotes to replace their soffits and facias, all commented on the job Fraser had done for us, even to the point of asking us who did it and how much did we pay. We had the fascias, soffits, guttering and dry verge system replaced by Roofline. We were very impressed with Fraser and his team who worked tirelessly in spite of some heavy rain. The quality of the work was exceptional along with the materials and there attention to detail. Any small and unforeseen problems that cropped up were dealt without any fuss to ensure the finish was perfect. They put protective sheets down and cleaned and tidied up before finishing work for the day. We would highly recommend Roofline Installations to anybody.

Fraser and the team turn up in 6 inches of snow and minus temperatures, to fit mock tudor boards to our property as well as other roof repairs. What they have done has totally transformed our house. The quality of the work is amazing - we can't rate them highly enough. The team were friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were very impressed with this firm. Their quote was the best and provided us with full information. They provided a good product, fitted it with great care and with an eye to detail. They had no complaints about dealing with little things which cropped up, indeed nothing seemed to be too much problem. They were meticulous not only with installation but with clearing up at the end of the day. Works undertaken to replace all guttering, fascia, soffits and replace rotten wooden Tudor Boarding. I received several quotations for the works, but Roofline stood out from the start with their thoroughly professional approach and were head and shoulders above the competition with the quality of information supplied (hardly any further questions required as all the info supplied in the first instance). Favourable illustration on the costing side and all materials are backed with long warranties. Works carried out in a timely manner and was actually able to commence earlier than originally planned. Arrived on time and left the property exactly as they had found it and no mess at all as all cleared daily. Very happy with the work and would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly use again in the future for any needs which may arise.

The quotation was itemised & clear to understand. The work was completed on time to a very high standard, with quality products & the service was fantastic. There was never a mess left at the end of the day. There was extra work uncovered when doing our dry verge on the garage, whereby all our tiles had to be cut and sanded back, but Fraser did not charge us any extra, which was excellent customer service. Fraser always kept us informed from the point of providing a quote - with many options for us to choose from, to the final completion which was delayed due to a birds nest in the eaves. I cannot recommend Roofline enough - we called Fraser in to look at an overflowing gutter and some missing ridge tiles and he provided a number of options for us to mix & match. Nothing was too much trouble and his professionalism with regard to the cable protection and the birds nest was second to none. Cleanliness - amazing! Cleared up every day - you wouldn't know they had been there at all - even the tea mugs were left in the sink for us. We trusted Fraser & Dean in the house when we weren't around with absolutely no problems. Communication though is the key - I have lost count of the number of traders who just don't return calls or turn up when promised; to find someone who sticks to what they agree and keeps you informed at all times is priceless. Quality of the work also excellent and photos of the roof work provided before & after so we could see what had been done. Fraser also managed to sort the drain connections from the down-pipes which we hadn't anticipated. As you can tell - we are more than pleased with the quality and the way in which the installation was carried out.

The job entailed cladding over existing fascia and soffits with PVC-U product and installing new guttering and down pipes. Additionally, decorative Tudor beams on the front elevation of the house were also replaced. We appointed Fraser of Roofline Installations to do the work with a planned start date of 29 March 2016. In the period prior to starting the job Fraser communicated well and gave a detailed and competitive quotation with materials samples. Fraser arrived, with his colleague Dean, exactly on schedule. First leaky roof experience so was in a bit of panic and the bad weather wasn't helping, got referred to Roofline through a family member and spoke to Fraser.
