I had a new roof and David reinsullated and boarded the loft. David was very communicative throughout. I can't fault the work. He also replaced all the fascias and soffits

David and his team overhauled a complex part of our roof on a listed building in Farnham - very steep pitch, required care to not damage very old tiles around the area being worked on. Replaced considerable section, matched new tiles in perfectly, replaced old lead works and corrected some other faults whilst scaffolding was in place. Very tidy, professional and worked long days - would highly reccommend.

Re-roofing large centre section of house replacing original tiles dating at least from1950-ish and quite possibly from the date the house was originally built - 1929. Rosam proved to be easily the most impressive contractor we have ever employed and we have been in this house since 1979. Engaging, friendly, faultlessly polite, and refreshingly open to discussion and explanation regarding materials, techniques, etc. The moment we pointed out some visual aspects we did not like they corrected them to our taste with no delay nor objection - as we have sometimes experienced in the past with other teams. Thoroughly impressed with their expertise, competence and fine quality workmanship. Very highly recommended indeed.

Had two chimneys rebuilt.

Removal of glazed conservatory roof and replacement with lightweight slates including hips and ridge tiles and new lead gutter plus insulation, plasterboard and skim to new ceiling and alteration to ceiling lighting.
