I chose Alec Rosendale to replace my two old boilers with a new one a year ago, a job which was done well and to my satisfaction. I also entered into a long term service contract with Alec Rosendale at the time. I have now had my first year of service under the contract and was pleased with the service given. Alec was helpful as usual and answered all my questions including some general ones which help me to understand my system better. I wanted a heating system put into a rental property so wanted reliability and value. Alec quoted a fair price and stuck to it. He arrived when agreed and did a neat, efficient excellent install. I then hired him to install a new boiler in my home. Once again, he did a great job. I was very pleased with his work and his professionalism. I subsequently hired him again to install another full system in another property and will hire him again when a third place needs doing. Great guy, great work. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Alec has proved to be an excellent plumber and services our Worcester Bosch boiler every year. In addition to the servicing of our boiler he has replaced all of our ageing radiators and rectified work done by our builders when moving our boiler when we had an extension built. He works to a high standard,is punctual and polite and is clean and tidy. We wouldn't use anyone else and he comes highly recommended

We recently used Rosendale’s heating to have a new heating system put in. They were within budget, reliable, honest and very tidy. We would recommend using them in future to anyone with no hesitation. It was a pleasure having Alec and his team in our home.

Replaced ancient boiler with a new Greenstar CDI classic and did maintenance work on radiators. They were on time and within budget. Very patient and kind in explaining how system worked (I am in my 70's and have minor memory issues). He suggested the same boiler as I had as my number one choice (unbeknown to him), he supplied estimate quickly and was also the cheapest estimate. The boiler and central heating work brilliantly. I do not find the controls guide very easy to understand, to many options for my liking, not the plumbers fault! Nothing was to much trouble for him, very helpful. Had a issue a couple of weeks ago with the sound of running water. I gave him a call as I thought it related to the heating system. He came round the next day and immediately correctly identified it as a leak in the external mains water supply, he was so kind helpful over a issue that was nothing to do with his work.

Rosendales have done good work for us before. He runs a well-regarded local family business. This time he turned out very quickly to attend to a busted gas boiler. He rapidly diagnosed the fault (broken fan) and sorted a replacement which he fitted the next day. He has wide experience of different makes of boilers and heating systems and is a thoroughly reliable, trustworthy and skillful engineer.

Rosendales were chosen from the directory after reading good reviews and having received bad quotes from other businesses (both expensive and including unnecessary items). A very competitive quotation was received quickly and works were completed on time and without any extras, other than modifications that I requested as works proceeded. All completed without any fuss or hassle. I have also used Rosendales to carry out minor works subsequent to the initial installation and recommended them to neighbours who have also been pleased with works carried out. Servicing to our boiler has been on time and all within the agreed guarantee. I have worked as a Quantity Surveyor in the building industry for 40 years prior to retirement and it is a pleasure to have found a company as honest and reliable as this one.

Alec was one of five quotes that I had to replace my terminally old boiler and replace with a Worcester Bosch. It was a little bit more challenging as I wanted the new boiler in the garage and not in the kitchen. 1. Alec was the only person quoting who arrived on time. 2. His quote was the most competitive ( and after the job was done,because of a slight change in the work the completed price went down!) 3. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was talking about certainly when compared to the other four. 4. His communication both by e mail and by text was perfect. 5. He turned up to do the work on time with an excellent assistant and worked solidly for nine hours to get the job done. 6.He provided an upgraded model for the same price. 7. The work was slick and with the minimum disruption and was extremely tidy. 8. He was helpful during the work making suggestions that would suit me better rather than make his work easier. 9. The work was completed in one day, with almost no mess and they were a pleasure to have in the house. As the title says they were simply outstanding and provide an inexpensive service option into the future.

Selected Alec based on his ‘ reviews’ and following meeting with him and receiving a prompt acceptable quote I quickly disregarded others. He is a very pleasant, amiable man who knows the meaning of customer service and relations. He, ably assisted by Tom, have a fantastic work ethic. Effective, efficient and tidy in fitting a new boiler, associated pipe work, gas hob and extractor fan. My wife and I are delighted with the finished article and with the manner he and Tom conducted themselves. They truly deserve the title of ‘ Trusted Trader ‘
