Friendly, honest and reliable. Excellent communication and project management. All the contractors were great - builders, carpenters, electrician, windows company etc. Rutland helped me source other contractors for additional work (floor sanding company) and even liaised with them to help move their dates when there were some small delays. Work was carried out to a high standard. Everyone was polite, respectful, flexible and tidy.

We asked Rutland to reconfigure our ground floor, with a single storey rear extension and new kitchen, new downstairs toilet and shower and a utility room. Work was carried out to a very high standard, and any problems were dealt with with the minimum fuss.
