Hello I’m Ryan Miles. I am a professional, locally recommended plumbing and heating engineer who operates throughout Bedford and the surrounding villages. Bringing upwards of 20 years experience and knowledge, I will listen to your requirements with honest independent advice, will help you obtain the most efficient and effective, quality and bespoke installation for your home with confidence working to the highest standards. I am Gas Safe and OFTEC registered and other necessary training and certification are always maintained and up to date. I pride myself on working in a prompt, tidy and neat manner and I will ensure all materials and waste will be removed before a job is complete.

Ryan impressed from the word go. His assessment of the job (replacing defunct gas boiler) was careful and thorough, dealing openly and helpfully with our many questions. His quote was not the cheapest, but it was one we had complete confidence in - and that is worth paying for. He turned up on time and completed the job slightly ahead of schedule. The care that he took do his work well was evident, including some unsought tidying-up of a previous visitor's unsightly pipework. The house was left clean and tidy. We can confidently recommend him.

Great service once again from Ryan’s plumbing and heating Ryan replaced a thermostatic shower in my en-suite and a toilet in my main bathroom. Excellent quality of work, everything left clean and tidy and very reasonable. No hidden costs like other organisations I am a repeat customer and won’t use anyone else.

I had a sink fitted last year and was a very good job. Had issues with boiler and Ryan was there to sort out within a few hours. Decided to get new boiler fitted and would not look back . Ryan is a true professional and tidy and well priced for the work he as done for me.

Supply / fit new radiators, dismantle / dispose of old shower cubicle, supply and fit new one. The standard or the workmanship is excellent, very clean and tidy. This is the second time Ryan has done work in my house, previously boiler annual check. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. No problems for me to recommend Ryan as a tradesman.

Ryan has completed various jobs for me. He started with an emergency repair to my boiler. It was on its last legs, but he kept it going until he was able to fit a new one. As a result of his professionalism, extremely competitive quotes & the quality of his work, I employed him to do a complete bathroom refit. I had builders in at the same time, & they used him to cap off a gas supply in the kitchen, put in new pipe work for new radiators & fitting said radiators, plumbing in of boiling water tap, dishwasher, washing machine & fridge/freezer. He also tiled my kitchen after my tiler let me down. The tiles I had ordered, were of an odd sizing which would have meant that there would have been a narrow strip underneath the window sill, which would not have been aesthetically pleasing. To improve this. Ryan suggested lowering the height of the window sill by the tile difference, which worked brilliantly. He has also replaced and red-tailed my downstairs bathroom and services the boiler annually.
