Hi, I'm Scott Cloud, your Local Reliable and Trustworthy Electrician in Orpington. I specialise in domestic and commercial electrical installations and the provision of a range of services directly to Homeowners, Letting Agents, Landlords and businesses.
S Cloud Electrical Services Limited is a small electrical company that carry's out all types of electrical work. The company was started in 2016 and is based in Orpington, Kent. I cover work in Orpington, Bromley, Beckenham, West Wickham and surrounding areas, with many years electrical experience and knowledge within the industry.
The work I do is both domestic and commercial, from large jobs to small jobs, from a full re-wire to changing a light fitting. As a proud member of 'NICEIC' and 'Trustmark' all my work is certified and guaranteed, giving you the knowledge and piece of mind that you will receive a professional service.

This is the second time to use this company. Having moved house in October there is a lot of work to do. We gave Scott a long list of jobs. This ended up as a 2 day job. Fair pricing, punctual and tidy work. One of the jobs on our list turned out to be more complicated than expected but Scott just got on with the work, no hassles. I was surprised to learn that Scott also installs Ring alarm systems. We will be looking into adding cameras to our doorbell. The extra sockets we requested were done with no mess at all thanks to the machine Scott uses. This is the second time we had extra sockets and both times, no mess. All work done very well and our house left clean and tidy. We are already planning the third job which is likely to be in March. We are very happy.

Contacted Scott to help with an issue we had with our integrated spotlights installed by another electrician who had gone out of business. Scott was helpful from the start. He came out to view the problem and offered advice and followed up quickly with an email and quotation. He fitted in with our timeframes even when we had to change the date we had previously agreed with him. The work wasn’t quite as straightforward as originally thought but he completed to our satisfaction. He is a friendly approachable individual and a clean and tidy worker who definitely understands the meaning of great customer service! We definitely recommend him and will use his company again.

We used this company for the first time yesterday. Having moved into a new home we have a list of many jobs that need doing but one of them was time sensitive before furniture is built in situ. Scott went out of his way to fit us in on the rush job. This was for additional sockets in the sitting room. From my initial call to the office, to the visit to quote to the fitting, everything was professionally handled. Scott was punctual, did a great job and left the room tidy. We could not have asked for more. Price was fair and we have booked for the rest of the jobs on our list to be done in January. I have no hesitation in saying that I recommend this company.

The work involved replacement of two defective downlights in a shower room. Scott responded promptly to my initial contact and booked an appointment to assess the task about 10 days later. He arrived on time, provided a written quote within 24 hours and was able to fit the job in during the same week. The work was efficiently carried out with minimal disruption. I regard the price as fair and Scott was friendly, efficient and easy to do business with. I will certainly use him again if the need arises.

Outstanding. Scott did a full survey, and then 3 days of remedial work and fitting a new consumer unit and fusebox. He kept us informed at every stage and didn't press us to have expensive work that wasn't strictly necessary. We feel much safer now, not least because he found some things that were dangerous and needed immediate work on the day of the survey. Scott worked incredibly hard and did a great job in spite of some of the work being very difficult to access. Everything was explained clearly, both in the days before the work, and while he was here, and he checked that we were happy with it all before signing it off. Work was completed exactly on schedule, to a very high standard. We're so glad we found him, and can't recommend him highly enough. On a side issue, it was reassuring that he works on his own. Although this may mean a longer wait, you know for sure who will be coming! Definitely worth waiting for!

We found Scott via his advert in Orpington Connected. We had a problem with our wall lights and Scott (small job specialist) gave us an estimate before he came round the following day. Scott installed three new double sockets and an additional light at the front of the house. The new light wasn’t as straightforward as hoped due to old wiring that had to be upgraded. Scott installed it with the minimum of disruption possible to the interior decor. His work is very neat and he left the work area really tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others as he has carried out other work at this address and we have been very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic.

I have used S Cloud Electricals several times and I have always been pleased with the service I have received from Scott. He always returns your call and arrives on the day he says he will and on time. I have had work carried out inside the house and also, most recently, he has investigated a problem I had with my garden lights and repaired/replaced fittings. He is a very tidy worker and disposes of old lights, packaging etc. He also talks through everything he is doing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From first contact Scott was very friendly, helpful and efficient. He came to inspect the work and provided a very reasonable quotation promptly afterwards. A variety of dates were given to suit our schedule for the work to be completed. Today he has installed six new LED downlights in my mother's bathroom. The work done is immaculate and the bathroom left perfectly clean and tidy. All the old fittings have been removed. I would highly recommend S Cloud Electrical and hope to use his professional expertise again in the future.

Scott arrived with no presumption of walking into my home unmasked or wearing his boots. He was pleasant, polite and offered what turned out to be sound advice about the replacement of an electric socket and other work I wanted to have done. I was offered an early appointment due to one of his customers having to postpone for health reasons. Scott undertook the work efficiently, explaining what he'd done and asked if I was satisfied with each item he repaired or installed. It's always difficult engaging someone previously unknown to you but I was completely satisfied with his work.

Scott undertook a review of our electrical installation at home, and then provided a comprehensive report on improvements required to meet current safety standards. He then completed all the necessary work, including installation of a new fuseboard and conversion of a number of sockets and switches, to a very high professional standard and to the agreed budget and schedule. Scott was courteous and helpful, and took care to ensure that any mess was contained and then cleaned up when each piece of the work was completed. I am delighted with the outcome, and would recommend Scott without reservation.

When I called Scott he was friendly but he wasn't able to arrange an appointment because he didn't have his diary to hand. He said he would call me back - and he did: always a good sign. I had a difficult schedule but Scott fitted me in. He turned up on time, was professional and courteous. He explained the problem clearly in layman's terms and gave a couple of solutions - there was no hard sell or pressure. It was a small job and I agreed to go ahead and Scott was able to do the work immediately - another bonus. There is a lot going on in my house but Scott just got on with the job quietly and it was completed. Discussed options for another possible job but no hard sell - just left it with me to consider. All in all an excellent experience and highly recommended.
