I contacted ST Plumbing & Heating when our boiler needed replacing at a particularly inconvenient time, as we were also in the process of selling our house. From the very first conversation, the whole team was helpful, responsive and incredibly easy to deal with. They took the time to understand our existing heating system and what we actually needed rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive solution. Communication throughout was excellent, the price was very competitive, and everything was arranged quickly and professionally. Daniel, who carried out the installation, did a fantastic job. The work was completed efficiently, everything was left clean and tidy, and the new boiler has been working perfectly. What impressed me just as much was the service around the installation. Lee, Claire and the team have been extremely responsive whenever I’ve needed anything, including helping with the documentation required for our house sale and personally chasing the Gas Safe certificate for me when I needed it. It’s increasingly rare to find a company that combines good workmanship, fair pricing and genuinely excellent customer service, but ST Plumbing & Heating delivered all three. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them without reservation. A very well deserved five stars.

I have used this company a few times and have received excellent service every time. They were professional, helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Have been using their service for a long time and would not hesitate to recommend them. This time they replaced a Power Shower system and put in additional isolation valves. Initially they installed a new combi central heating system over 10 years ago.

Finally got around to changing our old back boiler for a new modern combi boiler. Unsure which unit to purchase and what work would be involved in the process. Called STP Plumbing and they explained all my options regarding which unit to purchase and what work would be involved. The work was carried out professionally with no mess or inconvenience to us. Should have done the change over years ago, thank you STP and I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing job.

Everything seemed to go very well. The engineer protected the fixtures and fittings and especially new floor coverings. Very pleased with the service. I have used them for many years for all my plumbing and heating issues. Always very professional.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed with STP plumbing I felt they needed further recommendation. I booked an appointment to have my annual boiler serviced and a new tap fitted in my kitchen. Agreed a time slot between 8am-13.00 at approximately 11am received a phone call from their office to inform me that my allocated engineer had been delayed at a previous job but he would definitely still be coming to me afterwards. I appreciated the fact they had kept me informed so I wasn’t wondering what time he would arrive. He got to me for 13.00 and I was very pleased with his professional approach and efficiency he completed the two jobs and gave me some good advice on some other plumbing projects I am considering and I would feel completely confident in requesting STP Plumbing to carry out these jobs. If tried to install a Hive thermostat myself. Couldn't work out what was wrong. The r engineer fixed the issue in minutes, bro woohoo and professional. Will use again
