I have called upon S T Plumbing for many jobs from plumbing repairs to gas boiler and gas fire servicing and the latest was a project to remove the old bathroom, bathroom tiles and fittings and replace with a complete new bathroom fittings including wall cladding. Excellent job. The work completed by S T Plumbing was superb and the bathroom looks really well. The engineers were left to deal with this totally unsupervised by anyone from my family. They just got on with it and completed it with absolutely no fuss or issues. I would always recommend them, not only for their capabilities, finishing and trust, but they also completed it at a fair cost too. I would not hesitate to use them again on any possible project.

We’ve had a problem with one of the toilets for some time and had a few people have a look at it. It’s tricky to get to the soil pipe outside so I’m sure plenty would have passed on the job, but Dan found a novel way to get to the problem and finally sorted it for us. Delighted.

I have used STP on multiple occasions, to install radiators, fit a drinking water font and drain (which required new plumbing), and correct an irrational, substandard, leaking mess under a kitchen sink. The workmanship is high, with the most recent work not just fixing multiple issues highlighted, but done in such a way as to ensure maintenance in future will be a lot easier. When a supplier delivered a radiator that had been damaged in transit, STP worked with us to get the issue resolved. I can trust STP to be responsive, communicative, and diligent.

Appointment was for the afternoon, arrived between 12.00 and 1.00. The service took about 30 minutes. Very pleasant and tidy worker. Straightforward!

My boiler was overheating, and when I contacted Claire sorted out a visit quickly, and the service was efficient. When the problem reoccurred, Daniel looked into the problem, got in touch with the company, and sorted the issue effectively. Service was well within budget and dealt with quickly. I have used this company before and always had good service with a quality outcome. They worked around my availability and went above and beyond, being very trustworthy.

Daniel thoroughly serviced the gas fire. He dismantled and cleaned thoroughly the constituent parts, carried out a smoke test, and inspected the flue in the loft. Completely thorough job. I would totally recommend ST Plumbing. They have done many jobs for me over many years, and I will continue to use their services when I need their assistance.

I have recently had a new boiler installed by ST Plumbing after my old boiler was no longer viable. I was given detailed information on the choices that would suit my property and they answered the questions I had. It was a 2 day job to fit the new boiler. The engineers turned up, as agreed both days and worked very hard whilst on site. They were cheerful, polite and respectful to both me and my house. They left my home clean and tidy and removed the old boiler. I am very pleased both with the job and the new boiler and know I can trust S T Plumbing with any future servicing or other jobs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Big shout out also has to go to the office staff who are always so friendly, helpful and polite whenever I’ve had need to contact them. My mum who is 85 suddenly announced she had no hot water. I researched and found ST plumbing and heating via Trustedtraders. When I called and explained the problem they arranged a visit for the following day. The fault was quickly diagnosed and part ordered which was fitted just after the weekend. I was really impressed with both the speed they responded and also with the work done. Given my mums age I asked for correspondence through myself. The office spoke rang me to advise what the engineer had discovered and to arrange the follow up call and they also called on completion to say all was sorted. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone else

I have a Baxi Boiler it is over 10yrs old. S T Pluming has serviced it for a good few years. The engineer arrived at 11am carried out the service and left at 11.30am all done and complete. The engineer was prompt, polite and left it nice and clean. Very good Customer Service, friendly and reassuring. After care service is excellent. Always at the end of a phone if needed. Value for money too. Keep up the good work S T Plumming.

This is the second time this year we have used STP, once for our boiler to be serviced and the other for our washing machine to be relocated. They are a great and reliable company that turned up when they said they would, very polite staff all round including office staff, completed the job efficiently and was mindful not to make too much of a mess. We will be definitely calling on them for future work. It is nice to have a company on hand that you can trust to do the job you pay for.

Every time I have contacted S.T. Plumbing about problems I've had with my boiler, they have arranged for an engineer to come out in great time and the work they could carry out was done there and then. Any extra parts, etc, needed were ordered and further visits were arranged. I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you.

The Boiler was installed in Jan 2021 by ST Plumbing and has always had an annual service by them. This year it also required service of a system Filter and the unvented cylinder, at a small additional cost. I'm happy to know this is running at optional peak with energy costs spiralling.

Having moved home, I asked ST Plumbing & Heating to carry out a full bathroom renovation. The whole process was straightforward and stress free. Firstly Dan visited to measure up and discuss my requirements after which I attended their supplier to choose the fixtures and fittings. From then on I had one point of contact who was Claire. She was extremely helpful and efficient and explained that she was happy to adjust my requirements/quote as many times as necessary to ensure that I was 100% happy. She then made all the arrangements to an agreed timescale and the whole process went ahead smoothly. Dan and his apprentice Joe arrived on time to supervise delivery of the skip and bathroom fixtures and fittings. They carried out the renovation as arranged with the minimum of disruption in a clean and tidy way. I observed that Dan is a perfectionist and he works conscientiously to a very high standard. I’m really pleased with the finished result which was completed three months ago and I have not encountered any problems. This company has previously serviced my boiler and carried out unrelated plumbing work too. I have no hesitation in recommending them, they are reliable, always answer the phone (or quickly call you back) and they do what they say they will do. I’m a happy customer.

ST plumbing came and diagnosed high water pressure causing my washing machine to bang. A PRV valve and shock absorber were fitted. The job was difficult as there is not a lot of space under my kitchen sink. Daniel and Lewis showed great determination and got the job done .Daniel later came back to make some adjustments and at the same time repaired the washing machine fitting. The work was done on time and on budget The service provided has been excellent. Daniel and Lewis are professional, polite and knowledgeable. Claire is the most helpful person I have come across in a long while. Great first impressions,helpfulness, ongoing communication and aftercare.
