The Boiler was installed in Jan 2021 by ST Plumbing and has always had an annual service by them. This year it also required service of a system Filter and the unvented cylinder, at a small additional cost. I'm happy to know this is running at optional peak with energy costs spiralling.

Having moved home, I asked ST Plumbing & Heating to carry out a full bathroom renovation. The whole process was straightforward and stress free. Firstly Dan visited to measure up and discuss my requirements after which I attended their supplier to choose the fixtures and fittings. From then on I had one point of contact who was Claire. She was extremely helpful and efficient and explained that she was happy to adjust my requirements/quote as many times as necessary to ensure that I was 100% happy. She then made all the arrangements to an agreed timescale and the whole process went ahead smoothly. Dan and his apprentice Joe arrived on time to supervise delivery of the skip and bathroom fixtures and fittings. They carried out the renovation as arranged with the minimum of disruption in a clean and tidy way. I observed that Dan is a perfectionist and he works conscientiously to a very high standard. I’m really pleased with the finished result which was completed three months ago and I have not encountered any problems. This company has previously serviced my boiler and carried out unrelated plumbing work too. I have no hesitation in recommending them, they are reliable, always answer the phone (or quickly call you back) and they do what they say they will do. I’m a happy customer.

ST plumbing came and diagnosed high water pressure causing my washing machine to bang. A PRV valve and shock absorber were fitted. The job was difficult as there is not a lot of space under my kitchen sink. Daniel and Lewis showed great determination and got the job done .Daniel later came back to make some adjustments and at the same time repaired the washing machine fitting. The work was done on time and on budget The service provided has been excellent. Daniel and Lewis are professional, polite and knowledgeable. Claire is the most helpful person I have come across in a long while. Great first impressions,helpfulness, ongoing communication and aftercare. I am using ST again and can highly recommend this firm to others

Dan and his apprentice arrived on time, were very polite and conducted a boiler service quickly and with minimal disruption. A quotation was received quickly for a boiler replacement with three options provided. I shall be using STP's services again.

S t plumbing carried out work on a back boiler and changed broken programmer and thermostat , they arrived on time very friendly and seem to be able to repair anything ! The boiler is quite old but now in great working order I was just pleased with how friendly and professional they all are people on reception to engineers excellent company .

All the team worked efficiently and with care from the initial contact throught to completion of the work.

Contacted ST plumbers on a Sunday evening when the office was closed.I left a message on the answer phone and was contacted back within 5 minutes. Dan and his apprentice arrived the next day. They identified where the leak was coming from which was above the ceiling. Minimal disruption caused to mend the leak. Area of floor removed and then made good before they left. Invoice received day after which was a very fair and reasonable price for the excellent response time and level of service.

The guy from ST Plumbing arrived on time, introduced himself and explained everything at the beginning of the job & kept me informed at all stages. He was very polite clean and tidy. The workmanship is first class & they do care about you as a customer and the work they do, so nice to see a company that really does care. All in all a fantastic job and left me very very happy, just a great small family firm i would recomend.

We have had heating issues at my local club for a while. We rang ST Plumbing and Dan promptly came out assessed the situation and within days had provided us with a quote and a choice of dates to get the work done. Dan explained every step and put us at ease that the solution would work. STP came punctually on the day stated and had the work completed in a day. Dan pointed out some issues in the boiler room which we agreed to get sorted the following day. Everything from first contact with the office was faultless and very professional. On Saturday, during a function, people actually wanted to open doors to cool down the heating was so effective! Would recommend STP to anyone who has issues with any aspect of plumbing and heating

To get straight to the point, I would definitely give 5/5 for the work S T Plumbing have done for me. I had two jobs done by this company over the past couple of months, I did want to wait until I'd had the second job completed before I left my review. The initial job was to replace a flush system on my upstairs toilet, Lewis was incredibly professional with this job, the work he did was high quality and not rushed, and he was also very tidy. The second job was a bit more complicated as they needed to replace an old glazed clay pipe that had developed a drip with PVC. Again Dan and his apprentice (sorry, I forget your name) arrived at the time they gave me, were very informative and talked me through exactly what they were going to do. Once again they were tidy and took steps to make sure that nothing got damaged as this was quite an invasive job. On both counts, I found that after the jobs were completed, they had both done work that I hadn't expected them to do, but in both cases it was much appreciated. I would definitely use this company again, I really do struggle to think of any negatives, everything from getting someone out to get the original quote all the way through to completing the job and payment was painless, excellent communication and they were accommodating to my days off. Definitely a breath of fresh air when unfortunately it can be hard to find tradesmen with this level of professionalism. Thank you.

STP came recommended by a family member, who had used them previously,and who'd had a friend recommend to them. Start to finish very polite, proffessional and helpful. Excellent job done. Slight issue with leaking waste/ trap after taps replaced but came back next day to sort, no problem. It had been leaking slightly un noticed by us for some time as badly fitted initially. Which was no real suprise as so many problems still coming to light years after we've had the kitchen replaced. We will be getting them back to fit a new waste and trap, and have a few other jobs we would like them to do, as we feel confident they will be done right....this time. Would have no hesitation in recommending and reasuring to know we have found a company that can be relied on.

Never used this company before but would highly recommend them. When I first rang and spoke to Claire she was so helpful and genuinely caring about my situation. Daniel came and explained what we needed and said Claire would ring with the price .It was before Christmas so she told me getting parts wasn't guaranteed . This was ok as it had to be done. This was the first time we have used this company. The engineer (Daniel) arrived on time and was friendly guy. Our booking was handled by Claire who was polite and helpful. We've used STP for the last few years to slowly replace poor quality plumbing work that we inherited when we bought our house. The latest chapter was the downstairs loo, which was leaking and had ruined the floor. The floor was karndene and runs throughout the downstairs so we were initially concerned that we might end up having to replace it everywhere, which would have been very costly! Dan came up with a great solution to box in the affected area of flooring rather than cutting it up. This meant the rest of the floor could stay down and we get a smart new downstairs loo. We're delighted with the results. Service and communications from the support team in the office was top notch as usual. Highly recommended.

From my initial enquiry through to completion of the work, ST Plumbing were friendly, polite and quick to respond, and gave me the distinct impression of good customer service. The radiator in question could not be replaced during the first visit, but the engineer explained the whys and wherefores clearly. Having had issues with the pressure on the boiler keep dropping, and then losing our heating all together. The man who used to service our boiler for some reason couldn't fit us in this year after trying to contact him for days! I rang S T Plumbing who were the people who originally fitted the boiler. They couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks. But once I lost the heating, and I explained my hubby was working away and I couldn't get up into the loft to increase the pressure once he left for work. The lovely lady managed to get me in the following Wednesday. Thank goodness. A lovely young man turned up around 8.30, I explained what had happened and he said he knew what the issue was straight away. And off he went onto the loft. Within less than an hour, I had heating, water and a fully serviced boiler! And that's all I was charged for, the service. I couldn't believe how quick, clean and professional it all was. And honestly I couldn't thank him enough, it was so nice to be warm again. They're even recommended a new controller for the boiler as the one we have can be very temperamental. We phoned ST plumbing about a problem with our shower after being told by other tradesmen things like ‘the whole enclosure may have to come out’, ‘the shower is a cheap one’ ( it isn’t I can assure you) Dan sent someone to quickly assess the problem, sourced the new parts and arrived punctually on the day arranged. Had wet walls put into the bathroom following a leak From booking the job (which was booked swiftly) to the job being completed which took 2 days the service was amazing. On time, clean and tidy and I was consulted at every step of the job to ensure I was happy. I was even made a custom bath panel from left over wet wall which has just made the room look perfect. I will never use another plumbing company .

We contacted ST Plumbing around 4.30pm, after coming home to a very cold house. They sent their engineer to us the next afternoon. The engineer advised us we required a new condensate pump, overflow pipe and socket. He managed to start our boiler temporarily before he left as so we had heating. The next day we received our written quote and to contact them if we wanted to go ahead, which we did. The part was ordered and received within a couple of days and fitted the next day. The service and work was carried out to a high standard. We would recommend S T Plumbing without hesitation.

I had a leaking hot water tap on the mixer unit on the kitchen sink. It was dripping regularly and was driving me crazy. I looked on trusted trader and found a highly recommended company I phoned them and they came to see me within a couple of days I was given two options Replace the whole unit or replace the cylinders in the taps As I wanted the dripping stopped I had the cylinders replaced which cured the problem I have since been in touch to ask about replacing the whole assembly and will have this done during the summer I cannot recommend the company highly enough. They were excellent throughout and will definitely use them again

Called as boiler was leaking and to have boiler serviced. Unfortunately the replacement part had to be ordered but S T PLUMBING & HEATING got on it quickly and made sure the service and repair was completed before Christmas. They are always quick to come out when called. So would recommend them.

Just as the annual service approached, a few days before Christmas, our thoroughly reliable 9 year old Ideal boiler decided it needed some attention. A call to ST Plumbing, when I described the symptoms, resulted in an estimate to respond within 48 hours. A particularly cold snap was at it's height so this was really good news. An update the next day confirmed we'd be seeing their engineer as promised, eithin48 hours of the initial call. It took just 2 hours to replace the faulty parts, re-boot the boiler, test it and give us back some heating and hot water. We've used ST Plumbing for almost 10 years now, and have never yet had anything except superb service from knowledgeable, efficient and polite personnel: in their office or attending site. The price has always remained reasonable too. We've recommended them to colleagues, friends and relatives on numerous occasions and will continue to do so.

We have used ST Plumbing for about 10 years for a complete heating installation (and removing the old one) and for maintenance. When we moved house recently we asked the Harrogate company that had been servicing the heating system to check some issues. They were hopeless. One visit from Dan and the problems were sorted. ST is a good company with good staff that do good work for a fair price.

Installation of new radiators throughout.All the work was completed on time to a very high standard.Any issues are overcome and personal preferences are accommodated. All flooring areas were covered and everything were left tidy after completion. Good value for money.

The standard of work that Dan and his team do is the best I have known. S T Plumbing have been helping me in all aspects of Plumbing and Heating since I inherited a German Boiler when I purchased the house in 2011. They were the only company of many I tried, who would maintain the older boiler. Eventually I needed a new boiler and they were the best Quote for the new product. Now they service and maintain my gas central heating system and perform any plumbing jobs (new utility facilities, new toilet & sink, many taps & radiator controls). Wish to report how brilliant ST Plumbing were in replacing our dripping kitchen tap. The replacement tap (Supplied by a different company) arrived without all the required parts. Eventually, after a long haul, thanks to ST Plumbing, we now have a brand new working kitchen tap (With filter)

I contacted ST Plumbing & Heating following a recommendation as I required a replacement boiler for my rental property. From the outset the communications were clear and prompt, very open and honest. A survey was completed and a detailed quote with a breakdown of items provided. The quote was very reasonable and I proceeded with the work. The work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. My tenants reported that the attention to detail was excellent. Communications and dealings have been very easy and professional throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a leak in our kitchen on Thursday morning, I called them and was on the phone to a lovely lady who was prompt in getting an engineer to us. The job turned into a nightmare as there was no stop tap for our house so the engineer had to leave, whilst Yorkshire water dug a hole, capped the pipe and put in a stop cock. The engineer returned and has done a fantastic job. He was polite and explained everything. I was dreading the bill and when I received it I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were. We are saving up for a new boiler and bathroom and I won’t hesitate to have them back out to do that. Highly recommend.

They were called out to sort out a problem with my control panel which a previous company couldn't do when asked by my insurance company. The person who answered the phone was very polite and made me feel confident they could sort it out. Dan came and assessed the problem did a temporary fix so I had central heating and hot water, then returned after authorisation from the insurance company and completed the job. Excellent service.

Only a boiler service this time, but these very good heating and plumbing experts have fix. Fitted and renewed all sorts of bits in this house tested to the max at times (I have been known to throw bits out of the window if I'm a little annoyed ) New boiler, retile cloakroom floor, new gas fire, revamp en-suite . I could go on but it would be boring. Give them a call.

We'd had nothing but trouble with our central heating and hot water for years. Countless call outs from British Gas only ever seemed to solve the problem for a few weeks. Dan and his team came and did a thorough diagnosis, re-designed the system and solved the problems. I asked these guys for my annual gas inspection which was done efficiently. I also had two leaking taps and they came and replaced both taps and didn't charge the earth. I would recommend this company for doing any plumbing work.

I could not ask for better service, they really went a step further to help me when my boiler broke in freezing weather. I feel that what they say is trustworthy, and they never try to sell you something you don't need. The engineers were courteous and efficient, and made sure they did not cause a mess. I have used them now for several years and have recommended them to my family, who have also been very happy with them. It is a great relief to find a plumbing company that you can trust!
