We completed a build a few years back of which Hars had done the drawing for. very detailed, easy to price drawings. would recommend Hars to anyone looking for an architect with an eye for detail.

Site survey, site layout plan, house design and the completion of the planning application process. Samrai Associates were patient and supportive throughout. Hars provided creative suggestions and was very responsive to our feedback carrying out several iterations in a short space of time in order to come up with the presentation that went to planning. Hars' 3D coloured visuals were particularly helpful. We would have no hesitation to work with him again - our objectives were aligned in that Samrai Associates seek to unlock and fulfil the latent potential of a project and are motivated by the opportunity to create and demonstrate added value.

Hars did a great job of remodelling an old tired house and brought it into the 21st century.

Hars drew up plans for a single storey extension for us. He was timely, professional and this assisted us greatly with the design and build for our project.

Samrai Associates provided me with pre and post-planning services including a survey, submission of the planning application, technical drawings, and support with Building Control Compliance. My project was the conversion of a large dwelling into two separate houses. I had some initial ideas for the designs and considered not employing an architect at all, but on reflection choosing Samrai Associates had a huge impact on the overall success of the project. I am certain that the process would not have been as smooth without the knowledge and experience of the company. Also, the end result was a much better layout than I could have imagined due to the vision of the architect. Samrai Associates were always very responsive and able to accommodate my needs. When we were faced with some minor challenges regarding Highways restrictions, the architect was able to quickly re-design the site plans in order to satisfy the requirements. At the end of the project I received continued help, advice and support through to the final sign off with Building Control. We had some issues with whether some building regulations were relevant to the project and the architect was able to resolve the issue very quickly and satisfactorily.

Having decided that we would like an extension to our home we engaged Samrai Associates to provide advice and draw up plans. We were given clear costs in advance and plans were drawn up, amended and agreed and submitted to the planning portal. Hars Samrai liaised with the local planning officer and kept us advised through to approval. He also recommended a Structural Engineer.
