Sandking construction knocked my kitchen into the utility room creating a much larger kitchen. They managed the whole process from building regs, the structural engineer, roofer and everything was seamless. I'm really please how this project went and with the quality of the workmanship. The lads were punctual, tidy and clean up at the end of each day. Thoroughly recommend.

The Sandking team handled my extension's foundation and building work, and I couldn't be more impressed with Jay and his team from the beginning. Our survey had overlooked the necessity of "airbricks," making the initially suggested foundation unsuitable. Jay spotted this oversight within two minutes of being on-site. He took it upon himself to liaise with the local authorities and the builders to rectify the situation. Jay was highly apologetic when it was confirmed that we needed a raft foundation despite it not being his mistake. Remarkably, they proceeded to install the raft foundation at cost. Although the foundation issue took about eight weeks to resolve, Jay was consistently on hand to follow up and sort everything out. Once the team could start work, their professionalism and attitude were immediately apparent. The personal touches they incorporated into their work were exceptional, from matching the bricks to the existing house to ensuring the floor was perfectly level. Throughout the project, I was convinced that they had my best interests at heart, providing outstanding service. They always turned up when they said they would, finished on schedule, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. The result was a fantastic service and an amazing extension, leaving me feeling secure in the quality of their work. The downside was their singing. It was Christmas, so I let it slide, but they were rather fond of the radio and East 17. I jokingly suggested they make it to the finals of X-Factor's worst auditions. Their rendition of "Stay Another Day" was awful! Overall, I highly recommend the Sandking team. Their dedication and attention to detail are second to none. They truly deserve recognition, and I hope they win the Trusted Trader Award.
