We struggled to find a heating specialist to come and advise us on the best way forward with our requirements. We had a very old Stanley Range cooker that also supplied our heating and hot water (very badly and inefficiently). We asked three other heating specialists to come and advise us. They either didn’t turn up when arranged or never got back to us with solutions or quotes. Both my wife and I work in industries that customer service is the key to success, it’s so refreshing to see great customer being delivered back. John turned up on the time and date arranged and talked us through the options. He gave us sound advice on the local authority and other legal requirements we needed to comply with. We got the detailed quote back and a timescale for the installation. We would definitely recommend that you visit their showroom to see the options available, it’s friendly and a non pressured environment (coffee is good too). The Esse Range is made to order and we had to wait a short while, but it was worth it. It’s a beautiful feature of our kitchen and is an amazing cooker too. The new boiler is very efficient and heated the house effortlessly. The team John has is very good, they are polite and knowledgeable. The arrived on the day agreed and completed both installs in the agreed timeframe. So if you are looking for a professional, friendly and trustworthy heating specialists...Sarsen Energy are the people.

We had great service all the way. We had decided to look for a wood stove over Christmas and went to the Sarsen showroom. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable and we arranged a site visit. Dave came on time and helped us sort out installation times etc. The weather the day before was atrocious, with freezing fog and 6" of snow but the install team of Colin and Jordan were on time and even dug out some of the neigbours snow to position their cherry picker. The install took a day and has proven to be very good. before the inset wood stove was installed we were plagued by cold draughts down the chimney - now a thing of the past. Yesterday we popped into the showroom again to pick up some tools and supplies , courteous and friendly service. I think it is important to see that the whole train of the installation process, from ordering , estimation, install and after sales care are as important as the actual stove sitting in our lounge. Full marks to Sarsen. .

Had a wood burner fitted, great service and friendly company, even when we had to cancel the original fitting date because the wood burner had not arrived at the depot, they apologised and gave us some free wood for our troubles, something that was out of their control and something they did not have to do, would recommend them to anyone

From the first phone call to the fitting, Sarsen Energy have been fabulous. The quote was very competitive, and the workmanship is second to none. Sarsens were recommended to me and I am so thankful that they were. Brilliant, brilliant brilliant.

I quite honestly cannot praise John and his team highly enough. The job had to evolve during taking my fireplace back to original proportions and install a new Rayburn. They were creative in their approach; incredibly hard working and a pleasure to deal with. I now have the most wonderful kitchen, absolutely of my dreams. Huge thanks!!
