We replaced the windows of our terraced house in South-West London. The windows were built and installed by Sashed. The whole process was hassle-free from choosing the material/design to the post-installation clear-up. The company customer care is exceptional throughout and Stephen and Mark deserve the five stars. The installation team (Karl and Dan) were superb - very efficient, very polite and friendly and they left the site in an immaculate state. The quality of the work is excellent - our new windows have made such a difference in terms of noise reduction and quality of sleep.

Having endured several strange quotations and pitches, I came across Sashed that seemed to provide an expert opinion alongside what appeared to be quality solutions for our windows that needed replacing. The quotation was by no means the cheapest that we had received, as I mentioned we had endured a strange process up to that point, but the ease and consistency alone made me feel comfortable to go ahead with the instruction (of course alongside generally being wowed by what was on offer) of what was a significant investment. The installation surpassed expectations. I was under no illusion that the relatively old house that I lived in would not be a simple job, but here we are today with a brand new set of windows that look fantastic and were completed within the designated time frame. I appreciate that it is a process that requires a lot of thought and time, but I would thoroughly recommend Sashed.

My six high quality stunningly beautiful windows were installed quietly with meticulous workmanship and the work was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. The project was completed well within the agreed timescale. When I changed my mind about the style of window locks, Pat cheerfully replaced them all the next day. This is an impressive company, maybe not the cheapest, but well worth the cost. It’s also reassuring that Sashed is eco conscious using only sustainable timber. I’m delighted with all aspects of the installation and most importantly the impressive finished result.

The whole process from initial consultation visit to installation went very smoothly. I was impressed not only by the high quality of the windows themselves but also by the expertise and product knowledge of the staff. The workmen who installed the windows took the necessary time and did not 'rush' the job; they were also considerate and helpful in their approach to the work.

I appointed Sashed to replace my sash windows after reading reviews on Which? Trusted Traders and was not disappointed. Their work really exceeded my expectations as the finish and attention to detail really do have the WOW factor. Photos don't do their work justice. From the first time I contacted them, I was very impressed by their technical knowledge, explained in non jargon language, and awareness of local government regulations. (My flat is in a conservation area.) This was in contrast to other companies I contacted who probably assumed I was just concerned about the price. Their quote was detailed, transparent and reasonable and they broke down what materials they would use, giving me options (e.g. what type of wood, different fittings). Their customer service is also excellent as they respond quickly to enquiries and were punctual and courteous when the work was taking place. Buying / replacing sash windows isn't cheap and even though I received cheaper quotes from some other companies, I did not have the same level of confidence as I had when contacting Sashed. I would like to thank Steven, Sam, Pat and the rest of the team for making this job stress free. I strongly recommend Sashed if you need your sash windows replaced.

We had Sashed Ltd install two replacement wooden windows in our bathroom in summer 2018. They were excellent all-round: their customer service was great; the fitters were professional and polite, worked fast and without disturbing us, answered any questions we had, and left the house spotlessly tidy at the end; and the windows look great and work really well.
