Many thanks to Mark for fixing our boiler so quickly and for his advice and honesty about the fate of our old boiler . I would (and will) recommend him to anyone . Same day service and a lovely chap to boot . Excellent .

I had already had an emergency plumber attend courtesy of my insurance service and had been told they would need to make a hole in my kitchen/toilet wall to fix the leak. So I contacted my insurance company who agreed to pay if I arranged the plumber. So rang Save Your Energy who arrived promptly and fixed my leak within the hour, they did not have to knock any hole in my walls. Just replaced the leaking pipe, cleaned up and gave me an invoice to pay. Absolutely first rate service and I would totally recommend them.

Called Save your Energy when our gas boiler broke down. Mark came the same day to diagnose the fault and see if he could fix it there and then. When it turned out we needed new parts he didn't have, he ordered them and came back the next day to finish the job efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will consider using them again.

Had an issue with the boiler not working. Mark arrived, introduced himself, showed ID and followed coronavirus safety protocols. Diagnosed the issue, provided approx cost, changed the part, checked all the system was working and explained the bill. Good value and would recommend, as arrived also when he said he would.

Our Valliant boiler packed up in the early hours of Saturday morning leaving us no hot water or heating. Calls to my 'Home Emergency' insurer left me less than impressed as after 2h they hadn't found someone to come and Valliant's service line confirmed it was likely to be a main board failure but '"don't do emergencies" so couldn't help til Tuesday. Having found a local stockist for the part I contacted several boiler repairers but none were willing to do a main board change that day most citing unavailability of spares, despite me having found a stockist (though to be fair one would have done it on Sunday). Mark however, despite being on a job elsewhere, agreed to fit me in, was happy to fit my own part, and advised me to get the board so that it was here when he arrived. He kept me advised by text of his progress and turned up pretty much when he said he would, confirmed the main board fault and within the hour had it up and running again. He also advised on a couple of issues with my installation and suggested things to improve the long term reliability. Mark is a friendly and personable guy who clearly knows his stuff and 'does things properly'. Given it was a weekend emergency call-out his prices were similar to, or better than, others quoted. I shall be using him again to follow up on his recommendations. .

Save Your Energy were recommended to us by a friend of mine about fixing our toilet that hadn't been flushing properly for quite a while...but then the boiler also stopped working so I called Mark, who came around within 2 hours, as he said he would, and diagnosed both problems, neither of which were straight forward things to deal with.....both problems were sorted out the next morning, no fuss, no nonsense, and the bill was very reasonable indeed....excellent service all round

First time using this plumber to service my boiler. Came on time and carried out the job efficiently as well as advising on potential future issues for our heating system. I will be using him again.
