I would highly recommend this company, I had a problem with my guttering and called about 5pm on the Tuesday night, luckily they were in the area the next day and said they would pop in to take a look, they were at my door at 9am and fixed the problem there and then- was an amazing quick and reliable service. A neighbour who runs a local builders recommended Simon to fix an emergency leak. Subsequently, we used his firm to replace some cladding. On each occasion, the job was completed to our complete satisfaction so we asked him to quote for a long-overdue new garage roof, including removal and safe disposal of the existing asbestos sheets. From getting the competitive quote through to tidying up afterward all went without a hitch and a job we had dreaded having done was completed in quick time and without any drama. He and his equally helpful mate even had time to fix a leaking gutter at no extra charge! As a householder, it's exactly what you want. Trustworthy, responsive, keen pricing, excellent customer skills.

SD roofing came and gave an estimate for a flat roof replacement and a timescale. Bad weather delayed this and he advised me of a revised time for the work. When he arrived to carry out the work, upon further investigation he advised that he felt a repair was sufficient to prevent the water ingress. They were both very helpful and supportive of my issue. The bill arrived and he had reduced the cost accordingly because of the reduction of work that was carried out. I would recommend the company to any other people who might need repairs as I felt they were very honest with the work that was required and the costing.

We contacted Simon and agreed a fully insulated roof with EPDM, rubber membrane surface, new facias and gutters and plasterboard inside, all plastered. Simon kept regularly in touch so that we could aim for dates that coincided with dry weather. He and his team arrived and carried out the work precisely on the agreed days and to the agreed specification and budget. Their work cannot be faulted and we are delighted with the finished article and cannot praise Simon and his team highly enough.

Simon and his team replaced my old asbestos garage roof with a new rubber membrane. They also fitted new facia boards and guttering. They arrived promptly both days. The quality of work and attention to detail was excellent. At all times Simon and his team were polite, and kept me fully informed as the job progressed. He arranged for the old asbestos sheets to be removed by a registered company. I would be very happy to use SB Roofing in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needed roofing work done.

Simon and his team provided a great service and the new roof looks fantastic. They even managed to fit the work in earlier than planned. Arrived promptly and were set up ready to go before I had a chance to properly say hello, very keen. Once the work was done his team even took time to inspect some guttering on the house, all checked ok. All tidy too, no trace they were there, except the new roof of course. A great local company.

No praise is too much for Simon & his team from the initial visit, fair price quotation together with the quality of the work carried out in replacing the adjoining garage roofs of my neighbour and myself. It was an extremely cold day but not one complaint was heard from them. Numerous complimentary comments have been made by passing friends and other neighbours about the excellent workmanship and appearance. Several have asked who the Contractor was to which we were delighted to pass the information. 5 stars is not enough recognition for this trusted trader who we would recommend to anyone who asks.
