SDB construction did my house renovation, they kept with the time that they had given me with outstanding results. I will be using SDB for any further renovations or DIY.

SDB was highly recommended to us by a friend who worked with them on a major renovation last year. We completed a double story side extension, double story rear extension, front extension , loft conversion and full gutting and redoing of our house . SDB not only didn't disappoint they exceeded our expectations. They were immaculate, good attention to details, kept us informed throughout and acted as both an advisor to help our decisions (and trust me they ate so many) as well as construction firm. They were very easy to deal with, open, honest and very understanding. We had a schedule of build and cost estimates at the beginning with clear details of items included and not included. They delivered ahead of the agreed schedule and the quality of their work and the quality if the finishes is just superb. Some of our bespoke fittings was not easy to implement but SDB continuously raised to the challenges throughout the project and delivered. We decided to buy all of our second fixes to ensure it is to our tast and quality. SDB worked with us throughout the project to create a timetable for decision and procurement of the second fixes that followed the build schedule. The final result is extremely high quality finish both inside and outside that makes the house stand out in the street. We will use them again for future projects

Called in for remedial work after previous 2 storey side extension and loft extension. Rebuild much of the work and did an excellent job. Punctual, efficient and really know what they are doing! Great work overall.
