I was considering the purchase of an e-bike as a retirement present to myself. Having done some research, I needed to find a dealer in my locality. I met with Tim Dibble at Sevenoaks bikes to discuss and trial potential options. I was nervous about my lack of knowledge and how to justify the expense of a new bike to myself. Tim and the team were just great. Tim took great care and time to establish what I wanted from the bike and what I was going to use it for. This enabled him to identify the type of bike that could meet my expectations. I had identified a Moustache J All e-bike but needed to ensure it was right for me. Tim gave me the opportunity to try one out and to answer any questions. At no time was I pressured to make a decision and he gave me all the necessary information. I took time to consider the purchase and called the next day to confirm my order. Tim and the team are very passionate and knowledgeable about bikes and have integrity in their approach. It has been a pleasure dealing with Sevenoaks Bikes and I now have a fantastic bike that suits my needs. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done.

These guys are actually legends, after purchasing a bike elsewhere and receiving terrible customer service on a warranty claim, causing the warranty issue to take 4 long months to resolve! When searching for dealers nearer to me, I happened across Sevenoaks Bikes, Tim was really helpful from the off with excellent communication. They took over the warranty claim for me and when my new frame was delivered, unbelievably Mike had a full emtb rebuild done in a day start to finish!!!! Cannot recommend them enough. I need an option for more ⭐'s because 5 doesn't do them justice. Thanks again guys 👍🏼

I was considering buying a replacement e mountain bike which is a big investment and visited Sevenoaks Bikes as a specialist in this area. Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful not at all pushy as he knew I was in no rush to change my current bike which I love but it’s getting a bit old now. Tim gave me loads of time so he could understand what I used the bike for and my capabilities so he did not suggest the wrong bike just based on price plus he knew I really enjoyed the bike I currently had. He showed me examples they had in stock but did more research after I left and sent me links to the shortlist he worked out for me. Once I decided which I wanted he had me back with my old bike to measure it up against the possible new model. He then contacted the manufacturer and got me an unbelievable deal which I accepted. The new bike arrived within days and was set to my weight, height and age by the massively experienced workshop team. Tim’s handover was detailed and answered all my questions as well as fine tuned suspensions and brakes along with quick test rides around the block to make sure all changes worked. I know there will be fantastic backup from the the workshop team as I bought my wife’s ebike from them last year and aftercare was one reason I came back for my bike.
