Recently purchased a new e-bike from Sevenoaks Bikes and would highly recommend. Tim patiently helped me through the process, talking through the different specs of a few options. Had the opportunity to test ride and even change my mind a couple of times! Never felt any time pressure from Tim and the team which is appreciated when making a decision on something you plan to spend a lot of time on. Great experience buying a road ebike with these guys. After a brilliant test ride out with Tim, we worked out a lot of spec options before going out on another test ride so felt really comfortable. Went ahead and purchased and comms and service from then on were great. Based on my experience, really recommend this group.

I purchased an e-bike and the service and help I received was first class The bike had to be ordered from Spain and arrived on time. The help received to set it up was good as was the service It was given after 6 months. The bike arrived in February 2024 and was serviced 6 months later. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have recommended the company to cycling club mates.

I purchased a GoCycle electric bike from this company using a cycle to work scheme. They were extremely helpful prior to purchasing the bike even joining my companies cycle to work scheme so that I could buy the bike from them. After using the bike for a week there was a minor issue with the bike which was quickly fixed by them. I would recommend this company.
