Sheerwater Glass is an excellent local company who we have complete trust and faith in. Our front door, installed by Sheerwater 2 years ago, was starting to become difficult to close and open. The Sheerwater engineer was quickly able to identify the problem and fix it within 25 minutes. It seems that the door had dropped slightly and was affecting the locking system. This work was carried out under warranty.

The men who fitted my door arrived on time and were very professional. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the new door. I highly recommend this company.

I required some replacement DGUs for some existing windows which in all other respects are in good condition. Sheerwater Glass provided exactly the service I required from the initial site survey, a detailed quotation and final installation. They were very professional in all aspects, particularly the site work which was carried out in a safe and competent manner. They are to be commended, and I will use their services again if/when the need arises.

I had nine blown double glazing units and three window handles replaced. I am completely satisified with the result. The replacement leaded units are identical to the original. The work was done with minimum distrurbance and the place was left very tidy and clean afterwards. From making initial contact with Sheerwater Glass to completion of the work, the team were polite, helpful and always professional. The initial, pre visit, quote was hiigher than the final price which was a very plesant surprise.

Sheerwater Glass constructed new conservatory, replacing old one. Project completed to time and budget . All staff excellent, as were associated builder and electrician. We were kept informed throughout; everyone arrived on time and left things tidy each day. I would recommend them for glazing related home projects.

I had two sets of double glazing replaced by Sheerwater Glass in the past six months. On both occasions, they responded rapidly to my calls and undertook the work on schedule and efficiently. The windows they provided look good and work well.

Two blown double-glazed windows were replaced. The work was carried out very efficiently, on time as planned. Installers were courteous,tidy and hard working; an absolute credit to their employers.

We have just had three sash windows fitted in the bedrooms upstairs at the front of the house. Two were normal width single sash for one bedroom and the third was double width with a large central sash and smaller sash panes either side for the other bedroom. The product and fittings are excellent quality and having discussed the installation with the fitters, Scott and Ben, and watched them at work, it was clear that the quality of the fitting was commensurate with that of the windows. Scott and Ben were a pleasure to have in our home, cleaned up completely at the end and we are very happy with the outcome. The job was completed on time and on budget and we would recommend Sheerwater Glass to others.

It is no wonder that Sheerwater Glass are one of the oldest and most trusted companies in the Woking area. From the 1st visit by the Estimator who listened to and wholly appreciated what I wanted to achieve, the Surveyor for the more precise measurements etc and the fitters who undertook the works, all were truly superb. On the day of the works I pointed the fitters in the right direction and left them to it. A few hours later it was as though my old rotten door had magically disappeared and a new one had grown in its place. No mess, no bother and their attention to the finishing details was just 1st class. This is not the 1st time that I have used the services of Sheerwater Glass and it will certainly not be the last. Very simply; just good old fashioned service at its very best.

We recently used Sheerwater Glass to replace our front door and right from the start the service was amazing. Not only did Simon interrupt his holidays to ensure our particular wishes were met and answered but he also went to great lengths to find an example of our particular door and glass design for us to view before final order was made. The office kept us informed and gave very clear communication on lead times or delays that arose and the wonderful installation team were both very polite and courteous throughout and made sure the area was clean and tidy upon completion. We first used Sheerwater Glass some 40 years ago (patio doors), then again two years ago (back door) and have now used them for a third time to have them replace all our windows. Three 5 star ratings were earned by the whole team. We had six windows installed by Sheerwater Glass including two bays. Very impressed by their professionalism from start to finish. The installers were very efficient and tidy. One glazed unit was cracked upon installation but this was sorted out and replaced very quickly.

I used Sheerwater Glass twice: several years ago when we did our house renovation and most recently for our garden outbuild. We bought our windows and doors there. I can't compliment this company enough. On both projects, they impressed us. Firstly the people there are amazing - very professional and responsive. I didn't chase them for anything. And they gave us excellent pieces of advice along the way. Mark, Nic, Claire, Chris, Stuart and the rest of the Team, you are incredible! Secondly, the product is of very high quality. Not many companies offer uPVC windows which are almost as sleek as aluminum! And in case you do have any problem (e.g. one of our window keys stopped turning properly), it is very easy to book the aftercare service and at no cost! Last but not least is the price. Of course, we shopped around on both occasions and both times Sheerwater Glass were the best value. And with our most recent project, the company has shown incredible flexibility and customer service. I would definitely recommend Sheerwater Glass and we would use them again and again.

We contacted the guys at Sheerwater glass looking for some help with a self cleaning shower screen - which sounds odd, however they came up with the goods, understood exactly what I wanted, had the product we needed and came round very promptly to measure up. Shortly thereafter they came back to fetch part of the frame to bond the new glass in and returned soon thereafter with the finished item. Really happy with the results. Sheerwater were highly efficient, very reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. You get a strong sense of family business values which is rare these days.

I have used this company for installation of windows over fifteen years ago. Two gearboxes now renewed, this were carried out at a reasonable cost. I was kept up to date by Melanie and price agreed by her Manager Phil. Fitters Andy and Daniel carried out the work to a good standard and timely manner. Sheerwater Glass replaced the floor to ceiling windows and doors of our kitchen and living room. We were very happy with the whole procedure from the first visit to the installation which was carried out quickly and with the least inconvenience. Great people to deal with. I'm always apprehensive of not being around when my elderly mother needs work on the house and I don't know the folk doing the work. However, with a long-established company like Sheerwater Glass it wasn't a problem. Quick and efficient assessment of the problem, part ordered and fitted a few days later. No fuss, no problems, just downright good service!

Sheerwater Glass experts came and measured up making some very helpful comments at that time. They clearly know their trade and we had used them some years earlier. The designs and plans arrived on time and were correct we signed them off and paid the deposit. The technicians came and completed the installation within a day, everything was properly fitted, working, and demonstrated to me. I was in hospital the day the windows were installed leaving a relative in lieu. She was impressed with the work which was quite involved removing 3 large old windows and secondary double glazing on the first floor. Upon my return I was thrilled with the new windows and how clean and tidy it was. Cannot fault workmanship.

We have just had five new aluminium windows fitted - the fitters were great and the product good, backed up by friendly, non-pushy sales staff and an efficient and pleasant back office. They are in addition to our recent back door also from Sheerwater and we will definitely use them again when needed.

From the first exploratory visit to the final installation of my new porch, I was kept fully informed and options were explored. The final installation was completed ahead of schedule. The fitting team Stef and Andy left no mess and did a super job. Claire, in the office, was charming. I particularly liked the fact that the final payment was not expected until after the completion of the installation.
