We made an enquiry about fitting a water softener and what our options might be. The response offering to come out and see our property and explain options came very quickly, and we were able to set up an appointment promptly. At the appointment, the whole process was explained very clearly, including how it would be fitted, where and what it would do, as well as ongoing salt costs and a full quote for installation. We were able to arrange fitting very swiftly, got a text the night before reminding us and stating the time of arrival (which was spot on- no hanging around waiting). And the fitting was straightforward and completed in less than 3 hours. Everything was left neat and tidy, no mess. And we had a clear explanation about salt replenishment and how to order, how to deal with any problems, etc. They also offer a salt delivery service, which was also explained. Very professional, prompt, and hassle-free service. Highly recommend.

Richard came at the agreed time and date. He was competent friendly and focused. The work was carried out in a timely manner and the job site left clean and tidy. I was very satisfied with the outcome. We did experience some challenges relating to the available space to site the new water softener but Richard solved these creatively and professionally.
