Booked a boiler service and engineer was prompt and professional. Left him for about half an hour and he was trustworthy in my property. I needed a new oil pump as I had a leak. He ordered and when it hadn't arrived the next day the company went out of their way to go and collect one and fitted it before the Easter Bank Holiday so I wouldn't have to put up with the smell of oil. I did phone the company and thanked them very much for going the extra mile to get it sorted.

Despite the severe weather conditions at the start of a complete refurbishment of my bathroom, care was taken by Lee & Alex to keep the house warm & mess to a minimum. The results of their hard work have proved excellent & in particular the new walk in shower, plus its extra aides, much appreciated.
